Excellent communication, timely responses and service! Would highly recommend to anyone with any issues with their pool! Their wealth of knowledge made our array of issues with our pool much less daunting.

Don is INCREDIBLY knowledgeable, professional and available. EVERYTHING he told us to do worked EXACTLY as he said. He wouldn’t suggest anything that was unnecessary and he totally could have, he over explained everything to make sure I had a firm understanding, and answered every weird question I asked with patience and wisdom haha. HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone!

Don is an incredibly nice guy who is very knowledgeable, thorough and helpful. Most of all, honest. Looking forward to working with him for a long time.

I just want to say WOW! What a super good guy! Don couldn’t help me with my liner floating in the deep end, but that did not stop him from doing everything he could to find someone who could help me. He even called a few businesses for me. I had a bit of luck on May 17th. I had a nice man doing what he could to help so I wasn’t frustrated and alone in this situation (I’m a widow ), and I had a local company who just happened to have a cancellation. My pool is looking nice, my liner’s looking nice but my smile is from finding some kindness in today’s business world!
I will definitely give Pool service Advisors my business and so should you!

Don has been super helpful and on top of everything we have needed for our pool. He helped with closing the pool for the winter as well having the liner replaced. He has been awesome. Highly recommend.

Contacted Don for a consult and some education before we purchase probably an above ground pool because in grounds are crazy price wise these days…so knowledgeable about all aspects, didn’t try to sell us or lean us towards anything, just gave us the information and was so nice! Before you go to a pool store or have any questions call him first! Highly recommend!

Needed some basic information as a new homeowner and first time pool owner. He was very helpful and genuinely cared about the questions that I had. We were having issues with a previously installed liner and were introduced to Don through our neighbors, who were also in the market for a new liner. Don has been great to work with. Very knowledgeable and professional. His prices were on par with most of the other pool companies, but after meeting and talking with him, I felt like he would provide the best quality of service. So far everything has been great. He recommended an installer that did an excellent job as well. Hoping to get years of trouble free use out of our new liner.

Our local pool supply store recommended Pool Service Advisors to me and I reached out to see about getting our sand replaced in our filter for our above ground pool. So knowledgeable and so kind! Was able to schedule me in really quickly too and brought all the supplies. Prices were super fair and I really loved that I didn’t feel like I was being pushed to buy anything or buy the most expensive thing. I would highly recommend and I’m so happy I found them! ☺️

Don and his partner James were absolutely incredible. From initial call regarding pool issues; Don spent valuable time helping me try to diagnose and fix before he came out to fix. James his partner showed up on schedule and got my new motor and pump installed!! I’ve dealt with almost every pool service company in the Hampton roads; and by a mile; Don and James were by far the most honest; trustworthy and knowledgeable folks I’ve met in this industry yet! If you need pool help; save yourself the headache and call Don and James; they won’t waste your time and will get it done the first time; the right way! Really appreciate you Don!!

I'm impressed with this company's expertise. I was given Dons number by my local pool supply company after expressing frustration to them that the company whom had opened my pool was suggesting replacing my entire pool pump which was only a year old due to a filtering issue. However, after a single call, this company offered a complimentary suggestion to check a specific switch. It turned out the switch was incorrectly set, and the pump began functioning properly immediately. Not only did Don get my pool running over the phone but he saved me the price of a new pump and another house call!
