We just had 6 areas of carpet cleaned by Eco Carpet Pro. The whole experience was excellent from the initial contact call to the completion of the cleaning. Everyone at Eco are professional and knowledgeable. Chris, the technician was courtesy and on time. Thanks for a job well done.

Eco Carpet Pro was awesome! They were able to work with me despite the fact my house lost power. Despite the lack of power they did an outstanding job on the carpets...they never looked better. The crew not only called to let me know they were on their way, but they finished earlier than expected too. Overall I would highly recommend them.

From my first phone call to after the services were completed, Eco Carpet was top notch with their customer service. Every employee I talked to sounded happy, motivated and acted like they wanted to be at work. The services were great by Bobby and he went in depth on some problem carpet areas I was having. Shawn followed up after the service to make sure everything was great.

My technician’s name was Chris. He was both professional and friendly. He gave me great tips on how to care for the rug in the future, and he even pointed out how to tell that the rug was hand-knotted rather than machine-made and suggested getting an appraisal. He was prompt and efficient. I would use this company again!

I highly recommend Eco Carpet Pro. I found them in a local shopping magazine and was drawn to their advertisement. The local owners had mentioned that they started the business due to not being satisfied with cleaning services they had received in the past. This is often how I have felt over the years. My gut told me this company was on to something. I am so glad I booked their carpet cleaning services. I was very impressed by the quality of cleaning that was done on my two area rugs and furniture upholstery. Everyone from Ginger, in the office, and Robert, our Technician, were friendly and went above and beyond my expectations. Ginger responded to my email request for a quote almost immediately. I received a quote over the phone and another by email. Ginger followed up with a phone call a week later to see if I had any questions and wanted to schedule an appointment. Majority of service providers never follow-up and this was impressive. On the day of service, Robert, contacted me by phone and text with an estimated time of arrival. Again, most service providers do not do this and you are left hanging with no idea as to when they are coming. When Robert arrived he was very professional and explained how the cleaning worked. He was conscious of wearing shoe coverings throughout our home and took care in cleaning up after the service. Not only did everything come out very clean, but it was all done safely without using toxic chemicals. The slightly higher pricing is worth it based on the quality and professionalism that this company provides. I will be using them again in the future and if I ever need home cleaning services, I will be using their sister company, MaidPro. Thank you for a job well done!

Rob and Will cleaned and sealed our master bedroom carpet, master bathroom floor, and master bathroom shower. They did an outstanding job on our carpet and tile. The carpet looks brand new. They showed me areas on the master bathroom tiled floor where the grout wasn't completed in the grout line ... due to poor construction by the builder. They were very kind, helpful and one can tell they truly enjoy their job!! Very reasonably priced. We highly recommend this company and crew. I really appreciate the explanation of the process, amazing results, and the overall quality of the service! So happy that I switched from Stanley steamer and will be using Eco Carpet Pro from now on.

I am very happy about my carpet cleaning, the job was done very professional and in a very timely manner. The questions that I asked were answered very properly I was given a window time. Actually the tech called me a few hours before the window time and said he would be coming an hour or less. When the tech arrive (Perry Williams) he explained by steps how he was going to clean the carpet. Perry was very friendly and professional. What really impress me about him that he seems to really enjoy what he was doing and very knowledgeable about his job. It is no doubt that I will be definitely using them again and will be recommending ECO Carpet Pro to family and friends

Thoroughly impressed with Eco Carpet Pro. Service was awesome. Easy to make an appointment and I was given a two hour window in which the technician would be at the house. Bobby called 30 minutes prior and let me know he was on his way, he showed up on time. He was very nice and professional and very informative regarding the cleaning process and maintenance for my carpet. The floor came out awesome especially the high traffic areas. The best part is they are eco-friendly and use no harsh chemicals. I definitely have found my permanent carpet cleaners in Eco Carpet Pro!!

They did a great job on our carpets, even managing to completely remove a few stains I wasn't sure they'd be able to. The carpet tech that cleaned our house was courteous and very knowledgeable about the products they use, and took the time to move the furniture around to clean every possible space, something the other cleaners we've used in the past never did. Overall they did a great job and we will certainly be using them again!

I had my carpets cleaned last month and Bobby did a great job. He was honest, friendly and on time. I'm glad they had wonderful reviews online as I wanted to hire a company that strives for good customer service. They definitely lived up to it. I would highly recommend this company! My Technician Willie was fantastic! I had my tile in kitchen and both bathrooms cleaned and sealed. They look wonderful. My overall experience was great! I will definitely be using ECO again in the future!

We had Eco come and do our carpets about a year ago and we were very pleased with their work. When we needed them done again we didn't hesitate to call them again. We were also pleased that we had the same tech. Robert Davis and another gentleman come. Again the wor k was done professionally and quickly. Both were a credit to the company, I will not hesitate to recommend Eco to others.

Very easy to schedule. Will, our cleaner, was knowledgeable and thorough and all around wonderful! We definitely recommend them and would use them again for any deep carpet cleaning needs.

1st of all let me share with you that our tile and carpet look amazing!! Robert Davis and Will Bell were our technicians . they did an amazing job as soon as they got here at they greeted me and immediately putting on their blue booties. After a quick tour of the house they explained to me the process and the reason for the process. then they got to work. after watching them work for a couple hours I was pleasantly surprised to see how strong their machines were with pulling the water out of the carpets! They also cleand the kitchen tile and what I thought was an already clean floor looks phenomenal now !! the colors are so much more vibrant ! I would 100% recommend this company and these 2 technicians I had a lot of fun getting to know them!!
