The owner is a rude racist man. I didn't see one of his signs and he rudely asked me if I knew how to read English. I wish I could give 0 stars. Customer experience can only be as good as the person delivering it.

Southern Goodman came out instead of the company Comfort Champions heating and a/c. They never honored our warranty and charged us a trip fee and labor, which was not in the warranty. The technician seemed to be OK. But we never got one piece of paperwork showing the break down of the charges or why I had to have a monthly membership, which I canceled. Not a great experience.

Love this company. Reliable, efficient, friendly and professional. I don’t use them often, because they do it right the first time but have done business with them over 20 years. I trust their integrity.

Rick is not running the company anymore! You will talk to an answering service not a local employee when you call. Assuming the money saved paying a phone service instead of higher a local employee is not passed on to the customer and/or pay raises for current staff. Additionally, phone calls and emails are not returned the same day. The new company vision is to venture in other home repairs and crawl space encapsulation so stand by for the technician to sell you something you did not call for. Not sure if Ricks Heating & AC is really Ricks so if you want to talk to a local employee when you call and avoid up sale of other items look for another company. Finally, the last yelp review was 2015 one can make their own assumptions on why.

I've used these folks for about 12 years. Nothing but the best. When Rick suggested it was time for a new system, he gave me a much better deal than I expected. That was 5 years ago, and the routine maintenance calls are always outstanding. In fact JD was out last night to correct a minor A/C issue. What a nice person! A pleasure to have him in your home.
