After a mishap with missing an appointment, the owner reached out directly and came out on a Saturday to look and fix the system. He was a great guy that was very apologetic for the mishap. Overall great experience after the initial hiccup.

DO NOT Let them work on anything in your house!
My experience with this company has been horrible. My warranty company sent them to evaluate and/or repair my HVAC unit that stopped cooling. This company deemed that the cooling failure was caused by "misuse and abuse", they are stating that I or someone deliberately damaged the unit and b/c of their notes sent to my warranty company they denied my claim. I've never done anything of the sort, we get our units serviced 2-3x a year.
This company has questioned my integrity as a man and now refuse to take my calls or explain how they arrived at this evaluation. However, they want me to pay them $2500 to fix the issues. They are setting me up clearly. I have already had another company do a diagnostic and they said , cooling issue is b/c of wear and tear, no abuse or misuse present at all.
Do not work with this company. They have a D+ rating on the Better Business Bureau. The actions they are doing with me, they have done to many others. They are trying to force customers to get repairs done with them at the higher cost. It's a hustle and a scam. -
My a/c went out a few weeks ago. I went through the home warranty thing. They sent this company a new air compressor and they installed it but it short circuited the same day. I called them back to check it out, they came the next day in the morning. They diagnosed it as the air compressor and filed for a new one. Once they got they called and set up the new appointment and had it installed promptly. The owner is very nice and accommodating. Highly recommend their service!

Prompt, professional, and competent service provided by Marcus and the other technician when servicing my heating system in preparation for winter. Have worked with three different HVAC companies in the area in as many months and would recommend this one above the others.

I hired this company after meeting the owner and he explained his experience and expertise and how they could solve my cooling issues with my current system. His crew members showed up on time and were extremely professional and friendly while working diligently to solve the problem. I was so pleased with the service that I have told all of my friends and family about this amazing company that I had the fortune of finding. Amazing service that I highly recommend.

The Technicians (Marcus & Javier) were very courteous and polite. They patiently explained every step that was taken. They arrived within the time frame that they told me they would. I would recommend them to anyone in the 757 area.

One of the most pleasant experiences I have had with a company. The tech was friendly, helpful and got us up and running. After being without for a week, it was so nice to have the AC working again. I will definitely use them for regular maintenance and service.

I'll give my 5 star to Julian and Andy... To be honest, I was so disappointed at first because the first person (Lady) who came to my house was a big disappointment.. I'm not sure who's in charge of there scheduling because I was given first an early morning scheduled 8-9 am so I needed to take a day off from work to make sure I'm home when they fix my AC but it took forever for me to wait for that Lady to come to my house and I don't know why?! What can I do? Nothing anyway. She finally came around 7 pm and left my house at 11:30 pm (that's very late!). Ridiculous because I waited that long but still my AC wasn't fixed. She made another scheduled for the following week to come back. Another week without AC (another disappointment)... Finally another week came and the company sent a different person ( Julian & Andy). They're very good and they had so much patience. They explained to me on what is the problem of the unit and how they gonna fix it... I think the company needs more employees like Andy and Julian who knows what they are doing...

Very happy with the excellent service technician sent to look at my system. Chantelle did a thorough review of my system, explained everything and was a pleasure to deal with. We are sold on CasMech honesty and will be seeking a service contract as soon as possible.

Came out after requesting a tune up through my home warranty. They were very knowledgeable and patient in providing me all the necessary information pertaining to my system. Highly recommend!!!

Was supposed to respond to a home warranty claim within 24 hours, never did, called them and they said “oh yeah I see that now, we can come out in a week”…so no working hvac for a 8 days cool…then the day they were supposed to come between 8am and 5pm (which is ridiculous by itself) they don’t show, I called them around 2 and they say they’ll be there within an hour and a half. No one ever shows up, no one answers at the office. Next morning I call the office an hour after they open, no one answers, no one returns the call. We prepaid a $150 service fee already. Still no communication, no working Heat during coldest weeks of the year.

I got assigned them through AHS, trying to get through to talk to someone was practically impossible. Over the entire summer they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my system then they put the wrong coolant in and ruined it and stopped returning my calls until after the 30 days AHS would require a new claim to be opened. I asked for a second opinion and that’s how I found out about the wrong coolant in my system. I tried to get ahold of them multiple times to see if they would make it right, to no avail. Instead I was stuck with $4k in non covered costs through my warranty company to have it replaced by a new company.

Two technicians came out to inspect my 29-year old York AC Unit that stopped working. Shortly after they began their inspection, all power went off in my home. The technician explained a wire shorted to the ground. What he didn’t recognize was that the shut off box on the building above my unit is actually my neighbor’s shut off and the shut off to my unit is on the building above the other unit. A professional from another company explained this situation to me during his preliminary inspection. The CasMech technician did say they were “connected somehow” as evidenced by a tube connecting the boxes, but I still do not know what made the power go out.
I do know that the placement of the boxes was cause for my unit to remain on, while my neighbor’s unit was shut of. This was confirmed when my neighbor called his heating and cooling professional after his AC stopped working. In fact my unit remained on even though the technicians left the property without even replacing any of the panel screws. After power was restored to my home, a large portion of their time was spent in consultation with someone on the other end of the phone line. The CasMech rep explained to me that he replace a burnt wire. His professional opinion, and that of the owner, is that I would be best served by replacing the thermostat and compressor in the broken down AC unit that is 10 or 20 years past it’s expected service life (DOM 1995). It would cost me $900 for the refrigerant. It seemed like a “roll of the dice” considering the age and problems with the broken down unit. In fact, several heating and cooling professionals have inspected the unit since, and not a single professional recommended even attempting to repair the 29-year old AC unit—they all said it should be replaced. In fairness to CasMech, I did not afford them the opportunity to attempt to repair unit. Notwithstanding the other professional opinions, the severely advanced age of the system, the power going out, burnt wire, not knowing what shut of switch was mine, my neighbor’s AC stopping, panel screws left out while my unit remained on, and my desire for air conditioning in my home was enough for me to pass on their recommendation to replace the thermostat and compressor and add $900 of new refrigerant. They did return and put the screws back, and my neighbor’s technician told them their unit had simply been shut off.
Response: I never asked you, your employees, or anyone else for that matter to submit a claim of any nature of my behalf. That is a complete and total falsehood. I only questioned the feasibility—to your technician and the warranty company you speak for—of attempting to prolong the life of a 29 year old inoperable AC unit. You think it is the best way to proceed, I sought other professional opinions and am having it replaced. Admittedly, I was astonished by your recommendation, particularly after the power in my house was blown out and wire fried.
In regards to you statement about the unit serving me satisfactorily, as you and the warranty company you’re tied to both know, I have not had air conditioning in my home in well over a month. I’m not sure what you mean by that. -
The two technicians that came to our house in VB came to us last, even though it was late, they still completed the work professionally.
They took their time to figure out the issue and took enough time and care to repair and clean my air duct and hvac issue. I appreciate their hard work.

Went through AHS. This company did a horrible job assessing the issue. Told us he didn’t know where the issue was and that it COULD possibly be a damaged wire somewhere (he never found it) but told AHS that a rodent chewed our wire, which wasn’t true at all and ultimately caused AHS to not have the issue serviced because they don’t cover “rodent damage” smh then when we called another company to check (which is how I know it wasn’t a rodent issue) He diagnosed the actual problem and told us that the last technician disconnected a lot of wires and never put them back together. He showed us pictures and everything. They did a poor job and $200 literally down the drain.

I give this company 5 stars due to Mr. CasMech and his company/ staff was so professional, kind and thorough. He is a man of his word and went above and beyond to insure our family had adequate heat in our home. Due to this experience I will always follow up for any further issues with this company alone. Great job!!

Chantell arrived at the residence promptly and conducted a thorough inspection of the HVAC system. She effectively diagnosed the underlying issue, which was causing the heating/cooling malfunction. Using her expertise and diagnostic tools, Chantell pinpointed the problem quickly and explained the necessary repair steps.
Once the issue was identified, she efficiently performed the repair, ensuring that the system was restored to optimal working condition. After completing the repairs, Chantell tested the system to verify proper operation and provided the homeowner with maintenance tips to help prevent future issues.
Her professionalism, technical skill, and attentive service ensured a smooth and satisfactory experience for the homeowner. -
Tech that came out was great. Professional and kind. I live with my daughter and she was at work. The problem has persisted and u called again. They were supposed to come out a couple of weeks ago and the tech was sick. Talked to them a couple of days later the tech was sick again. I’ve been waiting for over a week for them to call and reschedule and we were going to go ahead and service it and no call. So…..

Our home warranty company sent them to do a general service check on my furnace. I told the technician we did not have a filter replacement because we didnt know what size it needed. I did not ask him to remove it! The furnace is located in the attic. We didn't even have a ladder at the time. We had moved in the day before. When the technician finished he handed me the filter and said he removed it because it was dirty. So we went and bought a ladder and filter. My husband and I climbed into the attic and could not get the filter to fit anywhere. We contacted the company 4 times and even sent pictures so the technician could tell us where he pulled it from or walk us through how to put it back in. They kept saying they wouldn't come out to put it back but they would try to walk us through it on the phone. They even lied to the home warranty company and told them they tried to walk us through it. They did not. The home warranty company (AHS) was no better and did the exact same thing I did myself, contacting the company. But they gave me the same answers as Casmech. So it's winter and my furnace is running with no filter and no recourse to get it fixed. I have been told to look on you tube among other solutions. But we have a Lenox furnace and dont know the model number so we haven't found a video that even remotely looks like our furnace. Casmech could have taken 5 minutes to just call and tell me where the filter goes ( right, left, up, down) but I just got excuses how changing the filter is not part of service and they weren't going to come back. Too bad when companies don't stand behind their service or technicians.

The service was quick and seamless . My heat was out for days , they came early to assess , left and came back with parts to fix my thermostat. Everything is working perfectly . The 2 gentlemen were professional courteous and efficient. Thank you so much for making this experience a pleasant one .

In August our AC quit working. Went to the home warranty company and got assigned CasMech heating and cooling. This was the 2nd time we had been assigned this company. First time Great!! This time however different technician who as we found out later intentionally cause damage that appeared to be a surge in power and warranty claim was denied. A second company was called and what was done was discovered and repaired at our cost. Warranty company sent a different company and they diagnosed properly and repaired. Due to that technicians dishonesty CasMech will never be allowed on our property. Sorry for the owner because I see good reviews, unfortunately employees can ruin a company's reputation.
