The plumber was polite and respectful and fixed a leaking valve in my laundry room in a timely manner, his customer service was outstanding. I greatly appreciated that! And of course I can run my washer now so, overall great experience.

If I could give zero stars I would. We have had Michael and Son’s out numerous times over the years. They are expensive for the quality of work and the most recent issue we’ve had is our last straw.
We bought an entirely new unity from them in 2023. Woke up the week before Christmas to no heat and unit completely off and not sending enough power to our thermostat. They sent a technician out who said we need a new thermostat. They wanted to charge us $299 to replace it (which is a 5-10 minute process). We opted to replace the thermostat ourselves. That did NOT fix the problem. The new thermostat was having the same problem as the original thermostat (turning on when plugged into a charger/ outlet, but dying from not receiving power from the unit).
I called Michael and Son’s back and they were going to charge me ANOTHER diagnostic fee to have someone come back out to diagnose THE SAME ORIGINAL PROBLEM we were having since their solution didn’t rectify the problem.
They said it was because we changed the thermostat and not them. Regardless of who changed the thermostat, the issue needing to be solved is the same. It’s not a thermostat issue if the same issue is happening to two completely different thermostats. This company cared more about $89 than good customer service for someone who has dropped nearly $14,000 with them. Insanely unprofessional.

Michael & Sons always does the best work! Our technician Jason Bernasconi installed our new water heater today. Always on time, prepared, and communication was professional from start to finish. Jason removed our ancient water heater and expertly installed the new one in just a couple hours. Thanks to Jason and Michael & Sons!

2 old electrical outlets were replaced. Orion explained everything that he was doing and why it was necessary. When he was done he cleaned up the areas. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Would recommend his work to my friends for electrical work without hesitation. 5 star work. Will definitely call them to have my remaining electrical outlets updated.

Scott and James his assistant were so polite, efficient, professional and prompt! They replace my toilet after the inspection quickly and cleanly. I could not be more pleased with their work.10 out of 10 Highly recommend!!!

Jacksson M was absolutely phenomenal! He came out last minute to help us hang a massive 12-foot ceiling chandelier in our entryway, and the results were stunning. He was incredibly professional, communicative, and went out of his way to make sure we had the best experience possible. The level of customer service was top-notch — it’s rare to find someone so skilled and genuinely committed to doing the job right. We’re so happy with the work and will definitely be calling on Jackson again for future projects. Highly recommend!

This is the first time I've used their services, and they were great! They were very prompt to my emergency. Bryce, the plumber, found the leak quickly and informed us of what the repair would entail. As an added service, they sent their restoration representative to assess damages in my crawl space from the leak; I didn't even have to ask for that. Their team of restoration personnel (Marvin, Rob and Ryan) have been great to work with!! I would definitely use their services again!

I had a great experience Standrick the electrician. He was very professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was doing and made sure everything was safe before completing the job. I’m very satisfied with the work and will definitely be requesting him again the next time I need electrical work done. Highly recommend!

My service agent was great. She figured out my problem quickly and didn't just try to take my money for the sake of it. She told me my water heater was still under warranty and I would be able to get a free part through Lowes. It was great to have a plumber who didn't just want to take money but wanted to help a customer. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Michael &Son deserves 10 stars actually. Dave was so professional and this company really proved that they care about their customers. I had no heat or hot water because my water tank needed some repairs. Dave was able to fix everything that was needed in a few hours. I thank Dave and this company for looking out for me. Kindness goes a long way and on top of professionalism, kindness was extended. Thank you !

Michael and Sons employee Brain "Scott" came out and was so knowledgeable. He went above and beyond. He was so patient with me and working with my Home Warranty and answering all their questions. Honestly I am not surprised Michael and Son's has the best employees. Thank you Scott for everything!

Bryce Beckwith is an excellent technician With Michael & Sons. He answered many questions that I had. He was very knowledgeable & experienced. He had the new sump pump on hand in his truck to complete the job. Top rated company and a pleasure to do business with.

Michael "Brandon" Hollifield was our plumber tech. A pipe in my wall burst and after I turned the water off at the street I called them for an emergency appointment. Brandon was extremely professional, knew exactly what he was doing/what needed to be done and also fixed the indoor water shut off because it was not working. Gave us a great price! Would 10 out of 10 recommend him to come to your rescue!!! He even did an estimate for me for something that should have been on my water heater when it was replaced a couple years ago. I couldn't do that today, but scheduled him for next Monday to come back and he said he would give us the discounted price, not the full price. Love this guy! Very straight forward, showed us exactly what he was going to do to fix everything - I just don't know how to write all the great things about him!
