The guys from On Time were outstanding! My AC went out in the middle of the night. So I started calling around to have it diagnosed. On Time came recommended by a neighbor. They were here fast and confirmed that I would need a new AC unit. They gave me a great deal on a new unit and then got started the next morning. They were very professional and kind and they did an amazing job installing the AC. I highly recommend on time and will definitely be using them for all of my heating and air needs.

After recent thunderstorms in the area the A/C stopped working at my mothers house. I called some of the businesses which I saw commercials for, and was offered either a monthly membership for quicker service or it would take days for them to get on their schedule. I kept searching and ran across On Time and the service was great. No hassle to join a monthly membership, and they were able to come out that same day. They diagnosed the problem and had the A/C up and running in a hour. I appreciate their professional service and the willingness to take questions explaining what was going on, and how they were going to fix it. I highly recommend this business above the commercialized competitors.

On Time Heating and Cooling was fantastic. I can’t really comment on appointment time as I called them for an asap emergency call. They were out the next day and they fit me in late after a full work day for them. It was hot out with heat index in the 100’s and they still fit me vice leaving me hang till the next day, of which I really appreciate. This is my new AC company, they earned my business and now loyalty. Very professional, knows their craft and basically did a whole study on my system and can give answers to any questions I have in the future. 6 Stars!

The team exhibited unparalleled courtesy and took genuine pride in their work.
