I had an urgent issue with my HVAC and damage to my home. This company was a life saver by dispatching a highly qualified technician in Jorge. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and attentive. I was overly satisfied with the service received. It's comforting to know that in time of need, there's a company who provides outstanding service.

These guys are the best. From the very first visit they have been absolutely fantastic. No games being played, no nonsense. They know what they are doing and they get the job done right.. everytime. Specifically, Brian is always on it. He typically does our calls and i know the second i see it is him my issue is resolved. Now that's the business side of things.. 5 stars

They are great people, plain and simple, and that matters a lot. You are not a customer or a reciept, that's how you feel when having them in your home. Its like having your buddy over :) Professional but personal if that makes sense. If you want people who you can trust and value you as a person, this is the company. 5 stars plus

I just had my second experience with Chesapeake heating and air-conditioning. Once again, I cannot say enough about this company. Very professional, very thorough with attention to detail and very reasonably priced. Everything you could ask for, don’t hesitate to give this fine company a chance to earn your business, you won’t be sorry.

Tom was the tech that came out to do the service on my Air Conditioner. He was very thorough and explained everything to me and showed me what he did while serving the unit. And gave me insight on how the unit works & what I need to do if anymore issues. And said they would send someone back in a week or two to make sure it was still running good. If any issues before then to just call & let ya'll know & they would send someone out sooner.

Amazing service! I highly recommend Chesapeake Heating and Air Conditioning! We requested an appointment for our broken AC unit and they came out first thing the next morning. Jorge was extremely professional, diagnosed the problem, and had us back up and running in no time at a very fair price! 10/10!

Brian and his team are hands down the very best! We use them at the office and when my unit went out at home he was the first person I called. They made the trip to Carrollton and even my husband was impressed with the quality of service. I can’t recommend them enough.

Extremely professional and answered every question I had. Was very upfront with prices and asked before continuing at every step. Middle prices but reasonable and appointment could be booked soon. Included refrigerant check with normal capacitor service and investigated attic area for a quote request for future service. Above and beyond and very middling prices for the high quality service.

Very good company to work with best prices in town got four or five estimates. Brian beat all of their prices and installed better equipment, had a hard time trying to find a company to install the ductwork. NO company did not want to install ductwork, every company that I called did not want to install the ductwork they said they only do change outs this time of the year go figure, quick money .. Brian took on the job with no problem … Thank you Chesapeake heating and Air for a great job.

Staff/techs were professional and responsive. We had our system replaced (both AC Condenser and heating system) and Brian and his team did an awesome job for an affordable and reasonable price.

The entire crew in this outfit was first class! I had my entire a/C unit replaced, and was kept apprised of every step along the way, and was quoted a price that beat all the competitors. Mary was superb and keeping me in the loop with the equipment arrival, when the text would arrive, and when the job was complete. I highly recommend this outfit to anybody in the Chesapeake/Hampton Rose area who needs help with their air conditioning/heating units.

Honestly, Chesapeake heating and air conditioning have consistently been a great company to work with. I would never go to another company after working with them to fix my system. Seeing them work shows they have an expertise in their trade and take pride in what they do.

I could not be happier with the service we got from Chesapeake Heating & Air Conditioining! Called them on a Saturday morning, got a return call in just minutes and the on-call tech (the owner of the company) arrived before 1pm, and solved the problem in less than an hour. Absolutely nailed professionalism, politeness, and customer service! 👍👍👍👍👍

I am very happy with the customer service I receive from Chesapeake Heating and Air. Jorge has been to our house several times and is friendly, extremely knowledgeable and always willing to answer my questions. I would recommend this company and especially Jorge for his great customer service!

We were originally told we would be charged $75 plus the price of the parts. Instead we paid $75 and the price of labor (which we weren't informed of until it was done). We had a broken damper. It was taken out but they didn't have another one so now we don't have one and we'd have to pay for them to come out again and pay the same price. Super disappointed in the communication of cost and lack of parts on hand.

FOLLOW-UP (Changed to 5 stars) - The company reached out to us and refunded the extra charge. It was done promptly and we'll definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

Since December i ve been having problems with refrigerant leaks and cold 59 deg downstairs and 70 degrees upstairs In this review i will talk about the leak For many years been w Kellam mechanical but they ve been very unreliable and costly repairs despite part warranty Replaced them w Chesapeake HAC and so far very satisfied They are prompt and understand the urgency of my heat issues and arrive to my house same day Bradley , Brian and even Ms Mary in the office reply back to me promptly This company have been honest and i feel that I can trust them Very friendly , understanding, professional , knowledgeable to their workmanship Highly recommended and will definitely keep this company for my hvac needs Thank you so much!

Such an awesome company we’ve been using them for years now. I called yesterday morning around 8:30 someone was here by 2 to fix the problem. The technician was very professional, he even asked for a dustpan to clean up his mess. I think his name is Jorge. Thank you Brian for getting someone out so quickly!
