Scott Ruhl did a fantastic job! He found the problem within 15 minutes and had the repair completed within 30. He was very personable and gave us good information. We will definitely be recommending Simmons to our family and friends.

I was taken very good care of! The heat was unbearable and Simmons left me with a window unit to survive until my new A/C came in. It only took a few days and I was up and running with central again. Good service good workers.

Update 9-8-25 Had Jason to our house for the second time and he did not disappoint. Just as kind and professional as the first time he came out to our home.

Mayish 2024 After some frustration with competitors, I gave them a call. The front office staff was super friendly. They even called me when they had a cancelation to see if the earlier appointment would work for me. We had Jason as our technician. He was so nice and answered all my questions. Outstanding experience from start to finish. I will definitely be a return customer.

One of the most professional technicians I’ve ever dealt with for repair. He knew Immediately what was wrong with my HVAC just by the sound. And diagnosed another problem with my second AC. If this is the level of technicians we get from this company. I give them my highest recommendation!

Jason provided excellent communication and timely estimates.

Tyler, Shane, and Alex arrived punctually, were friendly and respectful.They removed the old handler from the attic, built a new platform for the new system, installed the outdoor condenser unit on a new platform, and ensured everything was level and neatly installed. Their attention to detail and cleanliness impressed me, and they left the house clean from any dirt or debris.

The friendly staff, precise communication, and excellent workmanship made the entire process smooth and easy. I highly recommend them for any heating and cooling needs!

Glen Pope, The scheduled technician from Simmons, heating and cooling incorporated. Brought my generator. , Up to par. Needed an oil change, oil filter and new battery.. He took the time to look at the manual to make sure all was well And correct. I now have peace of mind since we have entered hurricane season. Thank you.

Joe is awesome and he always says hi to my dog Lucy who is happy to see him. He is knowledgeable and extremely professional. He never minds explaining to me what he is doing and always answers all of my questions. Simmons Heating & Air is a 5* company. They have been servicing us for the last 2 to 3 years. I love that Not only do they do a great job and have great employees, but they are honest And have great customer service. They don’t try to sell you something you don’t need, they are on time. You just couldn’t ask for a better company I would definitely and highly recommend them for any of your AC/heating needs.

I have had a great experience with Simmons Cooling & Heating Inc. They came and evaluated the problem; the technician explained not only what was wrong but why it happened.
I had to wait some time to fix it because the part was not available at that time, but that was not their fault. Once the part arrived, they left it working perfectly and will come back later to make sure everything continues to work correctly, as it has been very hot lately.

The technician, Mr. Ruhl, was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He answered all my questions and concerns.

I have used Simmons for my HVAC needs several times in the last few years and this time was no different. Superb service from the minute they pick up your phone to schedule the service appointment to the technician, Glenn, who knew what he was doing, fixed the problems, and also taught us a few things that helped us get a lot more airflow through our system, which is god sent during this heat wave. Highly recommend Simmons heating and cooling!

I had a backed up drain. It was leaking in my attic on a Sunday in July when it was 100 degrees. Simmons came and worked for hours in the hot attic to fix the problem. I'm very thankful for their prompt professionalism to hangin there and get the job done. Thanks Beau

Had a full heat pump system installed. A two day installation. A big job. From beginning to end, the Allegood family and their staff took tremendous care to keep us updated and informed. Features of the system were explained to us, and all questions were answered promptly and thoroughly. Special thanks to the installers….Austin, Zack and Antonio. They were incredibly respectful of my WFH schedule, trying not to “bother” me unless absolutely necessary. Clean, new runners were placed on our wood floors and carpeted stairs. After install, they replaced the edging around my attic entry, which they’d advised had to be removed to get the old system out, and the new system in. (They did so with the caveat that they would do the best that they could). One would never know that it had been removed. No surprises re: cost. Everything was spelled out in great detail, and we paid what was quoted. It is working great thus far and we have received a few follow-ups checking in on us. We are looking forward to a long relationship with Simmons. Thank you!

I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Simmons Heating and Cooling, and service repair technician Tim Carter. I always ask for Tim because I get a professional job, and he is a great person to talk to about heating and air and everything else. Great guy! His visits are always cordial and informative, and second to none for skill set. He is always polite and well mannered. He explains exactly what he is doing, and all the associated repair options, or none at all. He does my yearly checkups and any associated maintenance. Just like a car, they are a great thing to keep on top of. Jennifer and Lauren are also great setting service and appts. Very accommodating and communicative. I couldn’t ask for better. Tim’s attention-to-detail, professionalism and superb work ethic reflect great credit upon himself, and Simmons Heat/Cool. Pass a well done to all these service professionals on my behalf.

Tim showed up on time, friendly, polite and professional. He was thorough, discovered the issue. Made the repairs. He stayed to make sure air conditioning was working properly. Great job.

They were able to show up on short notice the day before to the forecasted snow storm and fixed the issue. Tech was friendly and even had treats for my dogs :)

The absolutely hottest day of the year and our a/c quit!! I called Lauren and she was able to shuffle the schedule to have Jason come the day after I called!! To our delight, Jason discovered that the circuit breaker on the unit had tripped and that's why it wasn't running. He checked out everything completely in case there was another issue, but all was just fine. He is certainly more than a 5-star technician! Thank you, Jason!
