Every person we dealt with - from the person who answered the phone to the technician who diagnosed the problem to the salesperson who gave us the quote to the installers - were friendly, professional, and honest. We are very happy with Simmons and would recommend them to anyone looking for high quality HVAC service.

This company is excellent. They have long time employees who know their stuff and very responsive. Jim was very through in inspecting the house for any mold or mildew issues.

I do not usually do reviews for anyone by today just happens to be different. We had a problem with our AC not working for a couple of days so we called Simmons to get it looked at. This is the very first time in my life and I have been around a long time that the Tech came out ask what the problem was and knew exactly where to go to fix the problem, in and out in ten minutes I really didn't believe it. I know there are a lot of companies out there, some are to big to really care about what they are doing but these guys are small, kind and really a pleasure to have around. You all should give Simmons a try, you will enjoy it.

We have had a whole house generator installed and maintained with Simmons for over a decade, and it’s pulled us through many power outages during that period. The annual maintenance has proven to be well worth the effort to keep this working! This one was a bit higher, but it was battery replacement time.

I called Simmons Heating & Cooling when my furnace was not working this week. Within less than 24 hours, their repair technician, Scott, arrived to diagnose the issue. Scott was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and was able to fix what turned out to be a minor problem very quickly. I was only charged for the minimum diagnostic/visit fee. I HIGHLY recommend Simmons for any of your HVAC needs - they are very responsive, knowledgeable, and most important for me, reasonable and honest!

Simmons HVAC responded promptly to my request for a quote on a new geothermal unit. Jason was out to the house on time and provided me with a quote the same day.
Upon agreeing to the provided quote the installation team were there on time and completed the installation professionally and efficiently.

A wonderful experience. Their staff were polite, professional and most importantly turned up on time. It was a great help that they were able to text updates as it related to their arrival, and which technician would be arriving. I highly recommend.

I READ ALL THE 1 star reviews & still gave them a call , learn from my mistakes & Don’t call them they are crooks . Don’t know how they are rated 4.9 with all the 1 star reviews that is skeptical. They charged me 125$ for a tune up that turned into a “ service call “ the tech they sent out had to get trained via iPad FaceTime , lost screws to my unit , & couldn’t check the system correctly due to not having the proper tools , Call them if you want to be billed for nothing . The receptionist is rude and don’t care about customer service. They are not family friendly and only care about collecting your money . VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
I’m truly unsatisfied with the service provides to me . EnergyPro heating and cooling is a much better option.

The receptionist assured me this morning no one will be coming out .
What ever wire Tyler disconnected on Friday to make my compressor stop running , all weekend kids freezing during the snow storm ENERGY PRO heating and cooling connected it back Monday morning , only charged me $211 .

The installation crew was top notch & detail oriented. Jason was Very Helpful with the equipment selection process. The project exceeded my expectations & I would highly recommend them!

Technical expertise above all others wrapped in care and professionalism. Simmons explained ALL my options and walked through everything with me. The technical expertise and knowledge was fantastic. I shopped around a lot and there was no decision in the end. I feel like I got a fair price with exemplary service. Truly nothing but glowing remarks through the entire process. Go geothermal! Always great, honest service. We received a quote from another company that was tens of thousands of dollars to fix a simple issue. Simmons came out and their expertise was clear from the start. They found the true problem, educated us on our options, and provided exceptional service. We will never go with another HVAC company again.

After being in the cold for 7 days, in walks a young man with a smile on his face only to make you happy. Joe was the best, the best! repair man in my 72 years I have ever had!. The company was very nice and spot on with the problem. They asked u questions in order to make them understand just what needed to be done. The second time I had to deal with Shaffer, just as good as the first time. Timely response. Good work and great price. I highly recommend them. I had them place a sticker on my outdoor unit so I can always remember who I need to call. I'm extremely grateful for this company.
