Wayne was very clean, respectful and professional on time and accurate work completed in a timely fashion and everything was left clean and as it was prior to his arrival.

The team was So Professional. My heating problem was quickly assessed and fixed without any hassle. Everything was explained to me prior to any work being done as well. You won't regret using their service.

Our heat went out and On Time Heating & Air Conditioning came through for us. They showed up quickly, diagnosed the issue right away and had everything up and running in no time. The technician was professional, efficient, and the pricing was very reasonable.
I’m so grateful for their fast service, especially with a disabled child who depends on a stable home environment. We’ll definitely be using them from now on and highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable HVAC service.

This is the second time I call Chesapeake heating and air AND IT'S ALWAYS AMAZING TO USE THEIR SERVICE!!! I purchased a unit from them in 2019 and they came out December 2024 to help me again and I signed up for their maintenance service as well! John came out today and gave an amazing experience! He was patient, understanding with my questions, and thoroughly made sure I was all set before leaving! Excellent customer service!

Tom was excellent. Showed up on time, knew what he was doing, provided useful information regarding ways to keep system running efficiently in hot conditions, and did a thorough inspection and cleaning. The price was much better than the guys filling the airwaves with bogus maintenance claims, too. I recommend these guys to anyone looking for exceptional service at a reasonable, no nonsense price. Chesapeake Heating and Air Conditioning replaced my furnace and A/C eight years ago and maintenances my Heat and A/C systems twice a year. Their professionalism is exceptional and I love Jorge because he’s polite, thorough and I trust him. My choice to use this company for my heat & A/C needs has 100% been the best choice ever !!!

If I could rate 10 stars I would. Our technician Tom arrived early in the 4 hour window we were given, was very friendly, figured out and fixed the problem quickly. Will be using again if we need to and I’ll be recommending this business to anyone who asks me if I know a good HVAC place.

I wanted a second opinion for the repair of my AC unit. I called Chesapeake Heating and Cooling based on their reviews on quality, swift availability, and fair pricing. And I am glad I did! Tom came out less than a couple hours of me calling. He made quick work of diagnosing, answered any questions I had, and explained what he was doing and the issue very clearly. Their quoted price was more inline of what I researched online, which was well under our first quote from another company for the same part and work. Needless to say, I agreed to their proposal on the spot. I would highly recommend giving Chesapeake Heating and Cooling a call for any AC issues!

Company awesome! From the receptionist to Bradley, the HVAC technician. I contacted this business and got a same day appt. Bradley came out, diagnosed the problem with my system and got it repaired afterwards. He was very personable, professional & informative. He also demonstrated the upmost respect & regard for my property. Lastly, the overall price was reasonable, including their fee to come out.

Brian is very honest and helpful give me his honest opinion about the AC system and freon charge now I will call always chesapeake heating and Air conditioning whenever I have repair/replacement in future.

Our gas pack heating system was making a horrible sound and she needed a repair.. a motor replaced and within 24hrs, Friendly and got er dun.

As a first time home buyer, this was my first experience dealing with an HVAC issue and I was stressing out haha.
When I called their office and spoke with Mary, she was very nice and helpful answering all of my questions which put me more at ease. I actually had an appointment scheduled with One Hour already but thought their prices didn't sound right, so I started calling around. I enjoyed Mary so much and they were able to get me in so quickly that I cancelled my appointment with One Hour and went with Chesapeake Heating and Air Conditioning instead. I'm so happy that I made that decision.
I called on a Monday morning and set up an appointment for Wednesday afternoon. They called me later Monday evening and let me know that there was a tech near by finishing up a different call and he could swing by that evening which was amazing. My tech, Bryan was wonderful and found the issue quickly. I also found their prices to be incredibly fair. I'll definitely be sticking with them for all of my heating and cooling needs. 100% recommend them.

I had an incredible experience with Mary and Jorge the HVAC technician. Our house was getting uncomfortably warm, so I called in and spoke with Mary—she was kind, professional, and acted quickly. Turns out Jorge was already in the area and stopped by within the hour!

He diagnosed the issue, recharged the system with Freon, and had everything up and running in no time. From the moment I called to the system being fixed, it took less than an hour. Fast, efficient, and friendly service all around. Thank you, Mary and Jorge!

This was my first time using Chesapeake Heating and Cooling. I must say this company is awesome. Called at 7am when they opened. The lady that answered my call was so nice. My air conditioner was back up and running by 11am. The technician Bradley was extremely professional. This is my go to company from now on for my HVAC.

My Technician was Tom and he was spot on from the time walk in the attic. He’s very knowledgeable and made sure I understood what the problem was and how and why it needed to done. He’s also check every thing else and made the system was working properly and made I knew when to have it service again to prevent this problem from happening again and any other problem. Thank you Mary for your professionalism as well you really over and beyond the call of duty to squeeze me in you guys busy schedule and my family really appreciated it. I thank my supervisor Heather Lilam who is a faithful customer for years whom referred me about you guys and I definitely will be referring my subdivision and friends.

Horrible communication. Told receptionist at 8 a.m. our unit was blowing but air wasn’t cold. She told me to turn off unit off until tech could arrive between 2 - 6. I told her we could not do that because my elderly mother would be in the home all day. She said she would note the account. Brian called at 2:45 and told me he wouldn’t be able to do anything because we didn’t turn the unit off. I called another company since Brian didn’t come. The other tech said if our unit was blowing any air that meant it was not frozen up and there was no need to turn it off. Do not use these guys.

Your reaction in your response below to a potential customer proves my point. Bad attitude. Customers beware. I told your receptionist I couldn’t turn my unit off. She scheduled the appointment anyway knowing that I wasn’t going to turn off the unit. The good news is I was able to get a far better businessperson to take care of us this afternoon despite wasting most of the day waiting on you. This company was very professional, explained why there was no need for me to turn off the unit and walked us through the repair process. Any customers on here looking for a better option call Conner Mechanical. You won’t be sorry and you won’t have to deal with the terrible attitude you get from Brian.

Jorge came on the same day that we called which was very much appreciated since it was in the 90’s yesterday when we discovered that we had no air conditioning. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and did the repair as well as a full maintenance on our unit. And he stayed to make sure that the unit was actually doing its job. He was very personable and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We are very pleased with his work and it is so much cooler than the hot spring this is turning out to be. This is the 3rd time I’ve called this company in 3-4 years and they are always helpful and quick to come out and do whatever service is needed on our 15+ year old unit.

Tom was a great technician. Represented the company very well. From the owner to each and every technician I have had great service. Side note. The owner goes out and does the same work as the technicians. You never know who you will get but it’s really cool to know the knowledge goes from top to bottom. Seems more like side by side. They work like they have amazing work life balance. Not focused on charging me but performing a great service. Thank you again

Bradley came out after hours after our AC stopped functioning and it was 100 degrees outside! They charge very reasonably for after hours compared to other HVAC places I called. I want to add my tech was knowledgeable, patient, kind and professional. I trusted him whole heartedly I knew he wasn’t gonna rip me off or overcharge me and it’s really difficult to find technicians with integrity like that. I can’t say enough good things about him! Give these folks a call! UPDATE*** After having such a positive experience with this company I opted into their biannual servicing. Today Jorge was my technician and he was awesome as well! Also Mary in the office is fantastic. You really can’t go wrong with this place.
