Jason did a fantastic job repairing and replacing parts of our faulty gas line and stove hook up. He was friendly and did a fantastic job.

Chad McGuire with Michael and Sons came to determine what the problem was with the water flow in my kitche. He came back to install a new faucet and he is a very professional young man. He walked me through everything he was doing and if anything changed, he provided detail information on what needed to be done and made sure I was OK with the change. I would recommend him to anyone for plumbing needs.

So grateful for the amazing tech named Orion that was placed on our service request! He was ready to get this ceiling fan up for us despite our ceiling being vaulted and over 20 ft! He called to let us know when he was on his way (during our service window), showed up promptly, was quick about install, cleaned up the work area and was overall kind. Plan to use this company in the future and have him assist on our future projects!

Danny resolved the problem which I thought was a bad circuit breaker but turned out to be a bad electrical outlet. He had to trouble troubleshoot to locate the issue and it quickly and fix the problem thoroughly. Great job

Bryce with Michael & Son did an amazing job with replacing toilets in our house. He was very thorough with the inspection, knowledgeable and helpful during the process. The team has been prompt with scheduling and completing services. Joana also helped with some electrical repairs. She did an amazing job as well and helped get everything up to par. They’re all very nice and easy to talk to. I highly recommend them for your plumbing, HVAC and electrical needs.

Work that was conducted was explained prior, during, and afterwards in detail for transparency. Scott’s kindness, craftsmanship, and care gave me the impression the company was family owned with that level of care and service.

Scott made repairs that was outside of the scope of work instead of taking advantage of a quick sale for a tankless water heater. The integrity speaks volumes of his character and who Michael & Son employ.

Jacksson did a terrific job rewiring 3 bedrooms a hall way and bathroom. He was awesome at answering all our questions and took the time to explain everything to us. He did a great job in a timely manner. He was very professional and respectful twords us our animals and our home. Thank you so much for your service.

The stars are reflecting service on the electrician I had come out, Joana. She was absolutely amazing. It was great to watch her dive into my electrical issues with full confidence in what she was doing. She answered all of my questions and made sure that I fully understood what were talking about. She went above and beyond with helping me locate and understand certain breakers. My issue was with my GFCI outlet no longer working. The pricing I found to be expensive but sometimes thats what you have to pay for an expert. The dispatch fee is 69.99 but that is waived if you have the work done. For the troubleshooting was $266.xx and then a rough number to have the GFCI replace was over $300, and thats on top of the $266. A GFCI is about $20 from a hardware store, so do with that information what you will. If I have any more electrical issues I will surely request for Joana.

I was told my fireplace valve needs replacing by another company.
Joseph arrived in a timely manner, called ahead and was very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. He was able to get my next appointment scheduled while he was here.
He replaced my gas fireplace valve and fired up my fireplace that we were unable to use since we bought the home, 5 years ago.
I’ve had great customer service at every interaction since calling Michael & Son.

Bait and Switch. Advertised on their site a HVAC Tune up which listed cleaning as part of the $69 service. Technician seemed nice, but arrived 1 1/2 hours late without calling and told me he was here to do an inspection at $69 and then we can discuss the cost of cleaning and treatment of the coils at an additional price. Bait and Switch…

Canceled and will reach out to another company that won’t advertise one service and then up charge you upon arrival.

Jason Bernasconi did a great job replacing old Crest water supply lines that had started to fail and leak. Highly recommend Michael and Sons for your plumbing issues. Jason was highly professional and got the job done, 100% satisfied with the work performed.

Amazing experience with Jason Bernasconi. He leaves no stones unturned with making sure that the customer is always taken care of. He arrived on time for every appointment and completes work in the time he estimates from the beginning. He performed a gas line installation to install a gas range, and the inspector who came to certify the work was astonished at how clean it was performed. Based on tech’s work, it would be 5/5. My only complaint is that their tech dispatch service doesn’t seem to be fully synced. They have sent the incorrect tech to my home (electrician for an hvac job) and it took several days to be contacted to schedule my final inspections. And when I was first trying to get questions answered for my Hoa to get the work approved, I had to pull teeth to get in contact with someone to answer my questions. I will still definitely return to Michael and Son’s for future projects.

It's tough having your hot water heater go out in the dead of winter. Michael & Son had the cheapest service call and diagnostic fee of any of the companies I called, and they had the quickest appointment time available.
The technician Dave showed up on time, 3 pm, and tried to fix our Bosch tankless hot water heater. It was 18 years old and the manufacturer no longer made parts to repair it, so we had to get a new one installed. Dave did the installation of the new hot water heater the next day. It works great.
It's not cheap to purchase a tankless hot water heater, and have it installed. It was way more than the last one we had put in. I hope this one will last longer, to make it worth the cost, $6,100. We did purchase a service agreement that reduced the cost by about $1,000.
I feel like the service was great but the cost of the new hot water heater and installation cost is way more than it should be, but we went ahead with the installation due to not having the time to shop around.

Wayne and company were extremely fast and efficient. They serviced my call with priority and professionalism when others were TOO BUSY. Their product, service and character were bar none some of the best I've seen in years. Highly recommended.

They fixed the existing unit when it so easy to convince me to get a new one. Trust me, it was a very old one too. Once it was completed, the cost was far below what I expected. They are now my go-to for HVAC and will get them to replace the system within the coming year.
