United Air Temp did a fantastic job installing a new water system. They also moved the washer and dryer, something many companies won't do. Their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile truly set them apart.

The plumber claimed that he did not service the plumbing vent causing the gurgling sound. He could only work on clogged plumbing pipes but not the ventilation pipes. He ran hot water and determined that the pipes were not clogged. The gurgling sound most likely is the ventilation pipes. He charged the $98.00 for the visit. So, zi still have the gurgling sound coming out of the kitchen sink pipes.

(Same day) He was professional, courteous, and respectful of our home—he even put covers on his shoes before coming inside. Carlos was amazing!! I called bc I thought my water heater was leaking. Carlos quickly diagnosed it wasn’t my water heater but the water coil on my refrigerator. He repaired the coil, cleaned up the water near the water heater, replaced the valve in less than 45 minutes!! He was friendly and clearly knowledgeable…great experience!

Are service with United Air Temp has always been good. We have used them since 2018. They really explain everything and why the work or service should be done. Never felt pressured to get anything but have and do not have a complaint

With the temperatures as they have been, a technician was here extremely fast!!! Super knowledgeable, he was able to triage the issue in minutes, and had the system up and running within 30 minutes. We know some repairs unfortunately take longer due to numerous challenges, but we were lucky, and United Air Temp was amazing!!!
