Ahmed was outstanding! He quickly diagnosed the problem with my garbage disposal and resolved the issue immediately. I then asked him if he could look at my fireplace and he fixed that with ease and also gave me excellent tips. Fantastic service!

I had a problem with my garbage disposal. American Home Shield was contacted who immediately arranged repair service with United Air Temp. I was contacted the same day and United Air Temp sent Gio, a plumber, the following day. Very quick service by American Home Shield and United Air Temp. Geo arrived at my home on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair. Gio was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He was also a real gentleman and easy to communicate with. I am totally pleased with the service and highly recommend United Air Temp.

I received great service from two amazing people, Carlos W and David, who helped diagnose the issues with my shower and bath faucet. Carlos did amazing at putting everything together. Both were easy to work with and super professional. humid (sp) their manager was also ultra helpful over the phone

I really appreciate United Air Temp. They are Alicia on time and transparent. Elton was extremely professional and took time to listen to my concerns. He called ahead of time to let me know his ETA and was able to show up much earlier than the estimated window. Before entering my house, he wore plastic bootie’s over his shoes. He clearly explained everything that was going on and what he was doing. He wiped up water from his diagnosis. I had to get a new disposal installed and he tested it several times to ensure it was functioning without issues. Highly recommend!

I had a new heat pump installed that wasn’t working correctly. Jeremiah spent the time to learn and understand my new system and didn’t leave until it was running perfectly. He is prompt and professional! I am so pleased with my United Air Temp experience!! 10/10 recommend.

I needed my air ducts cleaned and my dryer vent line cleaned. I called Argent and they came out and did a great job. My technician, Cameron Colt, kept me informed of what he was doing at all times. Argent installed my Heat Pump and indoor unit back in 2008. I keep it under contract with them so i recieve a service 2 x annually, You want to protect your investment. I have had nothing but a good experience with them. I like the fact that in all these years i have only had like 3 technicians. I usually get the same technician each time for several years at a time. To me this is sort of un heard of. I have gotten to know the guys which is nice. The Customer service for me has always been great, communication is decent and they work with my self employed schedule and let me have a smaller window of time to expect them.

Called Argent to look at a n on working fridge ice maker. Tech came next day and spend an hour or so identifying the problem. He explained the problem and left the ice maker in working order. The charge was very reasonable.

We were very happy with Argent's service. They were able to get us a next-day appointment for a broken air conditioner on a hot summer day. Wilfredo was on time and very professional and friendly. He had our machine up and running in an hour. Would highly recommend!

We highly recommend Argent for your hvac needs. Alex was an excellent technician who was very thorough and knowledgeable as was Tamika who was great with the installation during the second visit. Their office staff and management were helpful and friendly.

Argent Heating & Cooling, you guys are the best. The most honest and reliable company we have ever worked with. We had some issue with water heater and hence no hot water. We called some plumbers asking if anyone can come out to see the issue. One company came and gave us a price of 1.5k to 7k range from fixing to replacing. Note: we never had any issues with the water heater and this was the first time.
We have used Argent in the past for AC work. We called them asking if they provide service on water heater issue. They said yes, and sent technician immediately. The guy came did a minor fix and we got the hot water. Also mentioned if it happens again, they will come and fix it. Yesterday we had the issue again, we called Argent. As promised, they came replaced the heating element. Argent heating and cooling, you guys are the best!! Big shoutout to Mike, Rachel, Alex and the whole company!!

Thank you Argent Heating for excellent and responsive service when our air conditioning unit was not functioning. Alex, The service Pro , was competent and efficient. He had the supplies and parts needed to complete the job in his truck. No return visits or long waits for parts were needed. My husband and I were very satisfied.
