I had Irwin Santos serivevmy home on 11/11/23 and he did the repairs needed but he recognized that I was challenged in ambulating the steps and he helped me out without me having to ask, he’s truly special!! We have worked with Ronan at Zone Control for years. We have had many rentals and properties that have need repair or replacement and the service has always been honest and fair. We will continue to use them for years to come.

VA spring kicked in and when the temp got over 85 degrees we turned on our AC and quickly realized it wasn’t working. It was late, past 6 pm and when we called I wasn’t expecting much. Zone Control arrived that evening at 830, after hours to save the day! I cannot recommend this company enough, they are responsive, have fair pricing, and Rownan is SUPER professional and knowledgeable!

It was freezing cold and our heater stopped working. We called their emergency line; Ronan showed up a couple of hours later. He quickly diagnosed the problem (a blown fuse). Many services that I've used in the past would have taken advantage of the situation and charged us two arms and a leg. But, Ronan only charged us a very modest amount for a service and diagnostic fee. He also quickly fixed the wiring on our thermostat, and we were warm that night!! Thanks Ronan!

Ronan was very thorough in his assessment of my HVAC system, and took his time to explain the current condition of all the components to me in detail and in a way that I could understand (I learned a lot about my HVAC system during the process).

New customer. Excellent service and responsiveness. Semi-annual inspection, replaced UV lamp that was a bear to get replacement parts for, and brought furnace up to code. ZC even registered the new lamp under my email address which I thought was a nice touch. I can't recommend more highly.

We had a great experience with this company! Our AC suddenly stopped functioning and they were able to come out within 4 hours of our call. They quickly diagnosed a problem with the capacitors and replaced them within 15-20 min. Very professional, reasonable costs, friendly technicians. We will continue to remain cool for the rest of the summer!

Hired Zone Control to replace my Water Heater. I was assigned Master Plumber "Ronan". From beginning to end, he knowledgeable and professional. Water heater was installed on time and per code. Hard to find good plumbers with fair prices. I have a few more project that need done, Yes I'll be calling them again. Highly recommended!!!
