We have Zone Control out after we had another company out to say we need a new unit. Then some one recommended them
and they came out and repaired the unit at a lot less cost. Very
nice company to do work with .I would recommend them to anyone their people are very professional.

I was pleased with Technician Ronan's work to inspect my HVAC/plumbing system per property management requirement. He was knowledgeable and detailed-oriented. He discovered air handler leak and gave me recommendations for replacement and what to do as a home owner for product selection. I will recommend Zone Control and Ronan's excellent work.

Let me preface by saying that when our air conditioning unit stopped blowing cold air, we scheduled two different HVAC companies to inspect our unit, one of whom we had been using for quite some time. Both companies told us that our AC's compressor stopped working and that we would need to replace an entire new system.

Feeling somewhat defeated, we decided to give Zone Control a chance. You know how the third time's a charm? Well, that's where Zone Control brought their magic. Ronan did more than just bringing our AC unit back to life; he inspected the entire system, including in our attic and outside units, conducted multiple testing, and stayed longer to ensure that our AC was back in good working order.

Outside of being our saving grace and saving us a ton of money, Ronan and his team at Zone Control are very kind and courteous, professional and efficient, and knowledgeable and patient. They take their time to explain the issues in a way that make it easy for customers like us to understand. We'd like to add that the company's office manager is super responsive, very friendly and accommodating to communicate with us.

Our AC failed late one night on one of the hottest days of the summer and Zone Control was able come out that same evening. Their technician was a true gentleman who took care of the initial problem so we could have AC that same night, but had to come back the next day to complete the needed repairs. The cost was very reasonable and the service was exemplary. We will call them in the future for all our AC/Heating needs.

Zone Control a specialist in air conditioning in Virginia, DC and Maryland has just completed the replacement of our Air Conditioning system. Without doubt I can say this is the best service we have experienced. The entire AC system was replaced in a day at a competitive price. This is my first experience using Zone Control for plumbing repairs. I had been a Clover customer for 30 years. Clover service is now owned by Zone Control and I am very pleased with the service I got. The plumber who came out was excellent. The service was efficient and fairly priced. All in all I am very happy and will continue to use Zone Control for all my plumbing needs .

I had been dealing with an issue with my 4-year-old furnace for the past two years. Whenever the outside temperature dropped below 35°F, the system would shut down the thermostat and fail to restart. I had two different companies come to diagnose the problem, and while both suggested costly repairs, none of their fixes actually resolved the issue.

Finally, I reached out to Zone Control, and technician Ronan Queiroz arrived promptly. After explaining the issue to him, he immediately began diagnosing the root cause. Unlike the previous technicians who simply replaced parts without addressing the underlying problem, Ronan took the time to thoroughly analyze the situation. He determined that the system's intake was too small to properly cool it down, which was causing the shutdowns. His solution was to install an additional intake, and ever since, the furnace has been running smoothly for the past two weeks.

I’m incredibly relieved to have this issue finally resolved and highly recommend Zone Control—especially Ronan. His expertise and attention to detail truly set him apart; he’s the 'neurosurgeon of HVAC'!

I used to be with another HVAC and plumbing company and started with Zone Control six months ago. The scheduling office is super responsive. The techs are professional, courteous and excellent trouble shooters. For my seasonal AC servicing this week, Mason alerted me when he was 30 minutes out. When he arrived he explained what he was going to do and why. He noticed an issue that could be kicked down the road, but he suggested taking care of it now rather than waiting for a problem to surface. An excellent company. I'm happy to do business with them.

My old water heater finally gave out this past Sunday right before President's day. I originally called a different company but still have not heard back (thumbs down). Zone Control responded promptly and send techs on Monday to install a new one. The service was phenomenal. The technicians were courteous and professional. They were meticulous about ensuring everything was kept in order and clean. The install was perfect and they even took care of some other leaky valves that were identified during the install. Techs had my hot water running by evening and owner came back to inspect on Tuesday to make sure all was done to his satisfaction. Would highly recommend them. Zone Control was amazing. Picked up every time, we’re informative and very kind. Very flexible on dates and times. German came out to see the work we needed he was also so great at informing us about what was happening and what was needed. He got everything done in a very timely manner.
