We've used these guys for some repairs at my work & they're awesome. Prompt work from the time we put the order in. Had one repair awaiting parts when we submitted another & the tech showed up two days later and knocked it all out in a day. Best part? No runaround. Tech was honest & told us how to fix some simpler problems on our own without having to pay him twice what it'd cost for us to fix it ourselves.

Excellent service. No complaints at all. Very fair pricing and was explained everything prior to new heating system being installed. The original company I got a quote from was trying to upsell me to something that I did not need. Rubio Mechanical was professional and on time when installing and delivered as prommissed. Highly recommend them for any HVAC needs.

Awesome service from Rubio Mechanical. Professional, quality work, affordable and quick. I finally called Rubio Mechanical - they had my part in two days and the problem fixed on day 3. The service manager went above and beyond with assisting me personally and the rest of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Rubio Mechanical for repairs and maintenance.

I’ve been using Rubio mechanical for at least 10 years now. They have been very helpful in fixing/maintaining my mini-splits, insulation on pipes, installing covers on outdoor wires/drain pipes, etc. Same with indoor heating system over the years.

They were very responsive when we had an emergency with our heating system and charged a very reasonable price, particularly given the urgency of the matter. They also later gave us very reasonable quotes for other projects that were done professionally and on a timely basis. We would recommend them to family, friends and neighbors.

My condominium’s air conditioner/heating crashed after 20 years. I called Rubio Mechanical –Fairfax VA- for an estimate on a new system. Everyone I spoke was very polite and most important very knowledgeable. Jorge came and explained options and recommended the best system. They scheduled a date to install the unit. Merlin and Juan came on time and were very professional. They were very informative and explained in detail how the new system works. They cleaned up after they were finished.
I highly recommend this company, are very reliable and provide an excellent service.

Had an overall positive experience with Rubio. 2 weeks ago, our pool heater stopped heating. It would turn on, but would have an ignition failure message. We saw the great reviews for Rubio and called them. They sent someone to come out within a couple days. The technician diagnosed the issue quickly, stated we needed a new pilot assembly and bracket after a 5 minute diagnosis. He was knowledgeable and fast.

Service calls were always scheduled within a couple days. Had a couple challenges with front desk/dispatch staff and misinterpretation of the parts/service required. I let the technician know that there were somethings I would have done better in terms of diagnosing and replacing parts in a more common sense approach (e.g. if you change part X that cost Y dollars, it could reduce the risk of an older system not working efficiently or at all). He escalated it to the owner who seemed to genuinely care about the level of service and took my feedback and even modified my bill to be cheaper, unprompted. Realistically, employees will make mistakes, what matters is leaders in a company who care about providing the best service and correcting those mistakes if they occur. I would use them again.

Rubio technicians are always polite, respectful and efficient. They carefully explain the details of their work and never try to upsell a service if it is not needed. I've used them for several years and am always satisfied.

We love Rubio!! They consistently provide excellent service at very fair prices and all the techs are efficient, friendly and do a wonderful job. We will use them as long as we have an AC/Heating unit!! 😁

I only have good things to say! Juan and his team saved us from having no heat in the middle of January. We found out our furnace was leaking gas and needed to be replaced. Juan came out day of to make an estimate, which was a very fair and reasonable estimate. And then made room on their schedule to come out the very next day to do the install. Thank you so much! We are so happy to have heat and not be freezing when it’s 20 degrees out!

Very fair pricing on both the installation of a new unit several years ago and the ongoing annual maintenance contract. The technicians are always friendly, polite, and efficient. They are also very knowledgeable and take the time to explain to me any work that they did, how the system is functioning, and to answer any questions I have. And something I especially appreciate is that I never feel like they are going to take advantage of me or try to suggest work that doesn't really need to be done. I trust them with a very important and expensive asset in my home. I was referred to Rubio by a happy customer, and I have recommended them to others!
