AA Rapid Plumbing immediately responded to our request for service by sending Cesar out to our home. Cesar was not only an expert in identifying and fixing the problem with in our AC unit but was also kind, knowledgeable and attentive. He willingly answered questions I had on the process and was very thorough in making sure the system was fully operational before leaving. I will call him for all of my plumbing and HVAC needs in the future.

My warranty company used United Air Temp as the vendor to handle my plumbing situation, but due to the company’s horrific customer service and failure to address the issue, I called AA Rapid Plumbing. Firstly, they were very understanding of my situation on a Friday late afternoon. Secondly, Cesar came out and inspected the matter and immediately came up with a plan of action. Thirdly, they came back on a Friday evening to deal with the mainline stoppage. The pricing was fair and Cesar kept me informed of the situation. I would highly recommend using the company.

Had a leak coming from our AC unit. Cesar came to inspect and was able to perform the HVAC Repair that afternoon. He was friendly and explained what the issue was and what could be done to mitigate this in the future. He was even flexible in waiting for approval from the property management company.

I recently experienced an issue with my AC unit at my Fairfax, Virginia home which required me to contact an AC repair company. I called a few companies, but landed on AA Rapid Plumming, Air Condition, and Heating for support.

It was a Sunday, my family had finally had enough of our not having cold air within our home, and we needed a company to come out and replace our AC fan motor. Within an hour of my speaking with Carlos at AA Rapid, Cesar was assigned to come out to my home to diagnose and resolve the issue.

Hail to Cesar! He was (and is) a true pro!!!! He was on time, thoughtful, answered all my questions, and even explained what I might need to consider in the future.

In truth, I chose them because they were available on a Sunday. But I received everything I asked for, needed, and more.

These guys are great! My AC got busted on a summer weekend, during a heat wave. I called them on Sunday morning and they promptly dispatched their technician, Cesar, to my house. Only three hours after the call, and the AC was pumping cold air again.

Cesar did not only identified the problem, but ran a quick inspection of the unit and identified a potential concern, that would cost me more if left unattended right away (and was probably the root cause of the current failure).

In the end, despite the invoice to be a bit over from what I expected, I clearly saved in the long run, got my cool air back fast, and received quality service with a warranty for the performed work. The sticker with their phone number will be sitting on my AC from now on!

Caesar came over and fixed a breach in my water tank on a Sunday morning. He got the right parts at a low cost and taught me about what he was doing as he went so I could learn. Great job and will hire again if/when needed.

On one of the most humid days I can remember my AC went out. I called to get the repair done and they were on site in less than two hours, fixed the issue and verified functionality in less than 4 hours after the AC initially broke. Caesar was our technician and one of the best that I've worked with, thorough, professional, quick, and educational.
Will be calling again next spring to take over maintenance. Highly recommend.

They did a terrific job on my hot water heater. Showed up before the snow came so I had hot water and heat in my house. Same day service in Fairfax..

Our technician Cesar did a great job addressing an issue we had with a leak with our air conditioning unit. He was timely, and did a great job communicating what the issue was and how to fix it.

Had a furnace issue late afternoon they came out same day. Figured out the issue and had it resolved the next day. Fast friendly service, Cesar was super helpful, and the updates on when they would arrive were excellent. Glad I went with them for the service.

Update: We had an issue with water in the blower/furnace from the air conditioning and we called on AA Rapid again. Cesar came out quickly, identified the issue, and said this is a fix but you need a new system, it is limping along (it was 20+ years old). Hearing issues from coworkers we were worried about how long it would take.

They were VERY fast, great prices, and excellent service. Cesar pointed out things I need to keep an eye on that may have caused some of the issues with the AC unit, and things I need to do.

This company placed one of their stickers on our 2 year old air conditioner (see photo). We have never done business with them in any way and apparently they think that we are too stupid to know who our go-to HVAC company is. We had a service call yesterday and the technician removed the sticker. Very shady!

Note: the company owner responded that their sticker was placed in an apartment common area. This is untrue. My home is a stand alone home and our property was trespassed on when the sticker was placed.
