The girl at the front is completely and utterly rude. Talks over you like she owns the world and thinks she is right about everything. Very unprofessional with somebody trying to give her the correct information.

Been using them for 30 years. Have a contract with them. They lent us space heaters to use til they could install a new furnace. Excellent service and extremely friendly service people.

Today’s maintenance check by Quenten was friendly and professional. We have been customers for years and ACE always provides a great experience.

The ACE team is top notch. We had an air conditioning issue on a weekend and they were out to our house quickly and diagnosed and corrected the issue immediately. Great people - great prices.

I was looking for a quote on a new installation Lennox heat pump and air handler. Kevin was very knowledgeable, timely, and helpful.

When we moved into our new home, we called Ace to inspect and clean our HVAC system. The tech, Henry, was great. He arrived on-time, was customer service focused and just a nice guy. I was very comfortable having him in my home. He found our system to be functioning well and didn't recommend any additional work. I will definitely use them again if we have any problems.

We had an excellent experience with ACE replacing our HVAC system. Everything was handled promptly and professionally - from the attractive quote, to installation, to followup questions. We are pleased & pleasantly surprised how great it was dealing with their crew for the install.

I used ACE to install a new Lennox HVAC unit in 2016 for our three level townhouse in Falls Church. It wasn't the most expensive unit, but it was a nice one that had some 'smart' innovative features. While it worked decently well for the first two years, we started having issues with the AC not cooling our home in 2019. We had ACE come out several times and seemed to fix the issues, but after a few days, it would go back to not cooling properly. Eventually I was running out of patients and tired of our home being 5-10 degrees warmer than the outside temp.

As Spring transitioned to Summer this year (2020), I escalated my concerns and frustration to Neal in ACE's office. He reviewed my customer records and agreed that what we were experiencing was unacceptable. He committed to fixing the issues permanently at no cost to us. It took a couple of diagnostic and repair visits, but he followed through 100% with his commitment and didn't charge us a penny. Our home has never been this cool and comfortable during the summer, and it's been so nice given the 95-100 degree days we've had this year. It is wonderful to work with a company that stands behind their work. I ABSOLUTELY recommend ACE to anyone looking for help with their air conditioning and heating needs!

If you love excellent customer service, great communication, trustworthiness and a smooth process, hire Ace! I purchased my condo about 7 months ago and go figure, the heat stopped working the week the temperatures were dropping! While on Yelp and Angie's List, I read excellent reviews on ACE. I knew I had to call and see if they could quickly come out to give me a quote. When I explained my situation, Jamie told me she could send Kevin out later on that morning! I was not only relieved, but thankful.

Kevin came right on time and was so nice. I explained what was going on with the current system and how I didn't want to pour money into something that wasn't worth it. He was understanding and then looked at the system I had and took measurements and photos. He told me he would be able to email me with a few options that afternoon. As he left, he thanked me for the opportunity to do business with me (I was really impressed). I was so thankful that Kevin was not only nice but was never pushy. I could tell he wasn't about making a sale and never pressured me to select ACE. As promised, I had the quote that afternoon! His quotes were excellent and competitive and even better then another I obtained. Before accepting the quote, I called and asked Kevin some questions which he was happy to answer. Seeing I didn't have heat, he assured me they could install the new system on Friday (today) which was only 2 days after I signed and accepted the quote.

Well, the crew they sent was amazing! Matt and Carlos called when they were on the way and even arrived early. They got right to work but made sure to cover my carpet and floor with drop cloths. Matt was working on the inside unit so I got to talk to him a bit. Both Matt and Carlos were courteous, respectful professional and worked efficiently. Before Matt left, he made sure to show me how the system and new thermostat worked, cleaned up and made sure to answer any questions I had.

I've used ACE since the 1990s when I converted my furnace from oil to gas and then added central air. They have always provided high quality service at a good price. Seven years ago we bought a new Lennox furnace from them and I decided it's now time to put it and my air conditioner under a maintenance service contract. Their technician showed up within the time window promised. He was friendly, professional and did a great job. I've also talked the number of ACE employees over the years and from what they've told me it's a great place to work.

Just had ACE install a new hot water heater for our house (the old one was from 1994...yikes!). The work was done by Jesse and Matt. What a great team. Their job was complicated by the fact that (1) I couldn't be at home when Jesse and Matt arrived and (2) they had to coordinate with some guys laying a floor in the utility room where the new hot water heater was to be installed. It all came off without a hitch and the work was nearly done by the time I got back home. On top of all of that, Jesse and Matt were super friendly and professional. Like I said, what a great team - thanks guys!

Very honest Company! We were told by the former people living in a house that the furnace was over 17 years old. We called Ace and asked about getting a brand new furnace. Kevin came out to inspect. He let us know the furnace was only 5 years old and didn't need replacing yet. He could have replaced it and we would never have known any better. Kevin was so honest. We are so grateful to Kevin and Ace AC/Heating. A trustworthy company indeed!

This is my second year using Ace after switching from a smaller firm that had declined in quality in recent years. When a tech from my previous firm recommended replacing my boiler and provided a proposal, I decided to get two other proposals to compare it with. Not only did Ace come in lower in price, but Kevin, the estimator, suggested there was no need to replace the boiler and suggested a repair instead (as did the third firm). Since then, Ace has provided great service for my heating and air conditioning systems, and also supplied and installed a new baseboard radiator in connection with a first floor renovation. I'm also impressed with the fact that the employees appear to be very happy with the ownership and management.

Seems honest. Had them come in for a check up after my HVAC shut down due to humidity. They told me it was just a filter swap and make the humidity setting weaker to strain it less (Was hot and humid this last week). They could have upsold me on stuff but didn't. Decent price for me to get some peace of mind.

Ace HVAC Technician Cory just left our house on after servicing our air conditioning unit.   This is our second encounter with Cory and Ace. Annual service plan.

Recognizing his professionalism and superior customer service is something I believe Cory deserves.  He arrived on time, put covers on his boots when he entered the house and answered my many questions.

His attention to the small details like vacuuming dust from the unit interior was in addition to checking connections and metering electrical components.  I accompanied him to the outside compressor which he cleaned, from the inside out with our hose and removed all of the accumulated leaves and debris.  Again attention to detail was most evident.

I am a former military instructor and university professor and I immediately recognized Cory has a talent for teaching. Clear concise explanations with a  willingness to answer follow-up questions and clarify for understanding. Particularly impressed with his documentation retrieved from last year's visit.  Was able to determine the equipment was still functioning properly.

The hard sell from other companies to replace old but functioning equipment experienced by neighbors  was absent.  Be assured when that time comes I will purchase the replacement from Ace.

Appreciate the outstanding service and I will recommend Ace to friends and neighbors.

AA Rapid is excellent! I love their fast service and professionalism! The company sent Cesar to fix my water pipe and he was able to quickly diagnose the issue and gives a lot of great tips and information regarding the situation. He’s also very knowledgeable and experienced. He knows exactly what he was doing and was able to quickly find a solution. He’s also super patient and has answered all of my questions and concerns and is super helpful. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and neighbors who need plumbing related services!

Caesar was great, on time, efficient and personable. He let me know the cost of everything up front and explained everything that he was doing. As a female I really appreciated that he never talked down to me like I’ve had other service people do in the past. He also gave me good tips on maintaining our AC system for the future. Fingers crossed we don’t have to use them again any time soon but we’d absolutely do business with AA Rapid again when we need to service our AC.

AA Rapid was great - our air conditioning went out and they came out the same day. Cesar did a great job accurately diagnosing the issue - the inside blower motor was bad. He was able to track down a replacement motor and install it, and now we're back up and running. Would definitely recommend!
