Freezing in the winter, sweating in the summer. I have had people come in at least 6-7 times and nothing fixed. I do not understand this. Last tech that came didn't want to be there at all, and stayed a total of 6 minutes just to tell me he reset it and doesn't know whats going on. This is your job. I'm EXHAUSTED. I cannot live like this anymore. 5 months and no resolution. What a nightmare. I have been nice and understanding but I just no longer can handle this anymore. I need the AC/Heating fixed and it seems no one will.

had a very disappointing experience with United Air plumbing, dispatched through my American Home Shield (AHS) home warranty. My toilet in the master bedroom was clogged, and the plumber, Mohammad, came out to inspect the issue. He attempted to snake the line but said their equipment was not strong enough to clear a blockage in the main 4-inch pipe.
I asked him to call his manager or someone who could bring more powerful equipment, but he refused. Instead, he said they would reschedule with two other technicians, which didn’t happen and wasn’t helpful at all.
Later, I called AHS to follow up, and they told me that the plumber reported they used a 35-foot snake and claimed the issue was due to "wear and tear," so it would not be covered. I strongly disagree with this assessment. The problem wasn't resolved, and I feel the technician didn’t make a proper effort to fix the issue or escalate it when necessary.
Very frustrated with both United Air and AHS for how this was handled. Poor communication, lack of effort, and no resolution.
They just wanted to make the money from service call ,That's all . -
Sure - I'll explain. You came via the AHS Warranty because I had a drippy faucet in my bathroom, looked at it, said you had to order a part, then left. After several days, the drip turned into a constant run, then pour, causing severe damage to my bathroom. After waiting 7 days from my initial call to you, I called you again begging you to come back because it was now an emergency situation with constantly running water in my bathroom, and your team said you couldn't help me until the part arrived, which would be an additional 7-10 business days, and that I needed approval from AHS warranty for any additional emergency help. Of course, AHS said I had to wait for your part to come in, and that I was better off calling a different plumber who could come right away to fix the emergency issue. I called a different plumber who came right away and actually had the part on his truck. I had to pay $1200, but at least they came right away and helped me when I needed it. If you had fixed it the first time you came out, then I wouldn't have had additional damage in an emergency situation, and wouldn't have had to pay so much outside of the warranty. Both you and AHS did not care about my situation. Oh and now, 17 days after my first call to you, I'm receiving calls from your team that "the part is in, when can we come out to fix the drippy faucet" -- if I had waited for your part to come in, I would have had thousands of dollars of water damage to my bathroom.

Technician of today was highly effective and resolved our furnace not generating heat. He replaced a part that should have been replaced during the last technician’s visit. Now we have heat! Great job!

Through my insurance company the water tank was replaced back in 2023 with a smaller tank by United Air Temp and I ended up paying for it too. Two years later 2025 in September water tank started leaking and technician came and changed part! Right after 2 months later in November same thing happened (water leak from the tank)! Technician came and said it was a valve so he replaced it. Today January 6th 2026 again hot water was leaking strongly from the tank and I had to shut off the valve. Technician came and checked said nothing wrong with it! Water was all over the utility room and went to the laundry room as well so we had to dry it out. Technician called the manufacture ( State Water Heating) and they gave him instructions what to do! So all he needed to do was to change the temperature from B position to the Hot position not too hot. I don’t know if will solve the problem or not but this is 4 times United Air Temp comes to fix the same issue! and I ending up paying fee to my insurance company every time they come and taking off from my work. This is Not acceptable and I will follow up with my insurance as well as United Air Temp. I paid for this and I need to the job be done professionally. Not to have my water heater breaks down every two months.
Thank you for understanding. -

Recently, my garbage disposal failed. A plumber from United Air Temp installed a new garbage disposal, but he badly messed up the installation. He didn't bother to check if there were any leaks, before leaving my home. He also left 2 wire nuts inside the new disposal. It took me an hour to get them out, because my hands are way too large to fit into a kitchen sink drain.
When my original garbage disposal started leaking, which happened suddenly, I went to great efforts to clean up all the water immediately, and dry my kitchen cabinet bottom with a blower fan. I knew if I left the water sit, it would seep into the plywood cabinet bottom, and both weaken and warp it. When the UAT plumber improperly installed the new garbage disposal, he scratched the clear coat off of the bottom of my sink cabinet with a bucket. I didn't realize that he had messed up the installation for about 1.5 hours after he left my home. That was all the time it took, for leaking water to destroy weaken and warp the plywood bottom of my kitchen sink cabinet.
Before UAT came back to fix the leak, I asked them to bring some clear waterproof paint in order to fix my kitchen sink cabinet bottom. They should be responsible for fixing damage that occurs due to one of their plumbers making a bad mistake. The plumber showed up and fixed the leak problem, but he did nothing to fix the cabinet bottom. I asked him about it, and he said no one told him about it. I had told UAT several times that I wanted them to fix the damage they caused, and they had agreed to do so. -
Jose was great serviceman. He was scheduled to come in the afternoon but called to see if he could come earlier when his schedule opened up. He was very respectful and informative about our system.

As always, service was completed quickly and in a professional manner. This was an emergency plumbing issue on a Saturday, they were in and out by noon.
I’ve been with United Air Temp for 26 years. I highly recommend them.
