We have had our chimney cleaned and checked by a couple of other companies before, but this time we wanted a metal chimney cap installed. Best Chimney Sweep Company came out and Eric did a thorough inspection of our chimney, finding a few issues we didn’t know about. Since I use the fireplace when it gets chilly, safety is very important to me. We had the firebox and flue replaced, and also got a new metal chase cap added. Our fireplace is made of stone, so they had to carefully remove the back to install the new firebox. We also have a friendly dog who loves meeting visitors, and Johnathan made sure to greet him and made our dog feel comfortable. Both Eric and Johnathan went above and beyond, and we will definitely call them for any future chimney sweeping or repairs.

My Chimney needed new cap. The techs found it was as bad as expected. I saved about a thousand. They did great work. I will be calling once a year.
