Edit: as can see by owners rude response, should avoid this company at all cost!!

I can only assume some of these other reviews are fake. Not sure how this company is rated so high based on interaction I had with them today. Two very rude employees showed up to clean my vents and they informed me at that point they needed to park (DIRECTLY) in front of house. First time I was informed of this. Multiple emails about other aspects of their service were sent but never once was this mentioned. Two very disgruntled, rude employees were acting like it was my job to magically move cars that weren’t mine. We spent the entire morning moving stuff around our house and prepping for them just to drive off and say they needed to reschedule. What a joke!!

I used this company to clean my air ducts and want to say both Rigoberto and Jose R. were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They did an outstanding phenomenal job. I was also speaking with Alissa in the office and she was also very knowledgeable and friendly throughout the whole process.
I highly recommend Atlantic Duct Cleaning for your home.

Would’ve been nice to have been told to move any sensitive materials or items away from the areas where they did their cleaning. After they visited, large amount of debris ended up on one of my bathroom sink tops. This in itself is not a problem, however, I had some toiletries (including a toothbrush, ew!) get covered in all this miscellaneous debris. We received no communication or warning to move similar things out of the way, and as someone who doesn’t know exactly how their process works, I think it’s a little unfair to have just been expected to know this without any other communication.

Alfonso, Gerber, and Erick from Atlantic Duct Cleaning came to my house to clean and seal my heating and air conditioning ducts. The ducts had been installed in the house over 50 years ago and were dirty, leaking air, and inefficient. Gerber and Erick opened all the ducts, cleaned them and then checked for air movement. Then they sealed the ducts using Aeroseal. They reduced my duct leakage by 97%! After the sealing was completed Gerber and Erick carefully cleaned and vacuumed throughout my house and stairs and returned the furniture and carpets to their original places. They used a fan to ensure that the fumes were kept to a minimum. All equipment was dismantled and returned to their van. They were courteous, went about their work quietly and efficiently without disrupting my daughter who was working from home. Alfonso informed me during the process and answered all my questions. He walked through the house letting me know what was done in each room and checked for cleanliness. This could not have been a better experience and I can’t wait to see my next gas and electricity bill!

Atlantic Duct Cleaning did a superb job. Their 3 technicians (Roger, Douglas and Roberto) came on schedule, worked efficiently, and were happy to answer questions and show us what was done. I highly recommend their service.

Joel and Jose did a fantastic job cleaning the air ducts in my older home. Within a short time I can already tell the difference - much stronger air flow of clean, cold air is coming out of the vents. Thank you!!

Freddy and Octavio provided Areoseal for the ducts in my daughter's home. the service was part of a contracted service received from ESA, which installed a new HVAC system, and offered the duct sealing process as an option to assist in improving a consistent air flow throughout the house ductwork.
Freddy explained the process of what the Areoseal service could provide in the form of expectations of the sealing process and its limitations in accordance with the duct system.
Freddy determined that from the initial process of trying to create a vacuum seal from the return duct, there was a problem. Freddy and Octavio, through investigation, determined that there had been some previous damage/repair and that the return duct was using a floor cavity as a run. This cavity was sucking air from the Basement laundry room, where debris was present in the return.
Freddy provided some options that clearly outlined the scope of work that could be done at the time due to the errant return duct's lack of performance. We appreciated the flexibility offered and the options, whereby Freddy and Octavio resumed the process, which in the end did provide a significant reduction in the air duct leakage.
The Duct sealing report yielded a before service stat where it was reported that there was a 416.4 CFM of leakage equivalent to a 78.7 square inch hole or 35 % of the system capacity of 1200.0 CFM. The after service yielded 22.8 CFM leakage equivalent to a 4.3 square inch hole or 1.95 of the system capacity. In total, the Areoseal process reported a 95% reduction in duct leakage.
Freddy kept me apprised of options that could be done at the time of service and some options to be taken upon the completion of the sealing process, such as cleaning the return system ducts and having ESA repair the damage ducts and cavity and a return of service by Atlantic Duct Cleaning to retake a pressure test and sealing of the return duct. Advice that was well received and will be acted upon.
Freddy and Octavion were kind and professional, and they ensured to take great care to protect the home during the entire process, and ensured that the cleanup was done.
Overall, the job met our expectations, with the limitations as noted, but we were happy with the printed results. The cost of services, in our opinion, was fair and reasonable for the work that was performed.

Roger and Douglas were efficient, kind, and diligent with their work. They made sure the areas were clean and put back appropriately. They showed me the cameras and pictures throughout their workflow. Highly recommend

The 2 guys that came did phenomenal job. It smells and feels better. They were polite and finished working in timely manner. When i need this done again, I will definitely be calling Atlantic Duct Cleaning. Especially the 2 guys, Gerber and Jose to come here

Very pleased with the results and happy that I did it! First of all, I managed to get an appointment within 2 days which was exactly that I needed and at a reasonable price compared to other companies. Atlantic duct cleaning company did great and the crew of 3 people Anthony, Jeremiah and Doug came on time and finished within 3 hrs. I was always skeptical about doing duct cleaning, but when I saw the condition of the ducts, I immediately decided to do it. It has to be done as we all breath that air day in and out. I also did dryer vent cleaning and the amount of debris there was huge. Thanks again to the crew for an excellent work and definitely recommend the duct/dryer vent cleaning and this company to anyone!

Andreas, Abel and Carlos did a great job cleaning the ducts. My parents house smells wonderful now! I’m curious to see how their allergies improve after this. My wild guess is they will improve. Andreas was very knowledgeable about the system that he was going to be tapping into and explain to me in detail what he was going to do and answered any questions I had. they left the duct access areas, floors, baseboard, and walls around in cleaner shape, than they found them.

We had a great experience with Atlantic Duct Cleaning thanks to technicians Daniel S. and Alvaro. They were punctual, professional, and took the time to walk us through the entire process. They treated our home with care—laying down protective coverings and making sure everything was clean when they finished.

I hired Atlantic Duct Cleaning to clean two HVAC systems and two dryer vents. The total cost, even with a military discount, was $1,620, so I expected a professional and careful service.
The technicians arrived on time, but the quality of the work and care for my home were disappointing. When I returned later that day, I found:
Furniture moved and not put back
Dirt and debris left throughout the areas they worked in
A box of trash left sitting on my washing machine
A chip in the corner of a wood desk, clearly from moving equipment to the utility room
When I called to report the issues, Eric was polite and apologetic, but the supervisor only offered a $50 credit, which is unacceptable given the price of the service and the number of problems caused.
For the cost and the lack of care, I would not use Atlantic Duct Cleaning again and cannot recommend them.

Ron, Wilfredo and Edgar were great. They obviously pride themselves in high quality work. They took a ton of pictures, and explained in detail before starting what they would do, and after completing what they had done. They took care to keep the house clean during the process. Highly recommend.
