we had Atlantic come out and clean our dryer vents & ducts on Jan 19th in Lorton. the pricing was really good, and the two technicians that came out were fantastic. they were very personable and friendly. I wish I remembered their names to let them know how great they were. they took before and after pictures of our ducts so we could see what they removed and explained everything very well. we will definitely use Atlantic Duct Cleaning in the future.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but such an outstanding experience deserves a public shout-out. From the initial online quote to the actual service day, every interaction was pleasant, professional, and seamless.
The efficiency was incredible; within an hour of my online inquiry, Raphael reached out to ensure I had all the info I needed, and we scheduled the appointment right then and there.
On the day of the service, Rene and Guillermo arrived and were two of the most polite and friendly professionals I’ve had in my home. They clearly explained the entire process and provided before-and-after photos of the cleaned ducts, which I really appreciated. If you need duct or dryer vent cleaning, I highly recommend this team!

Very disappointed. The brownish stuff is still in a major intake vent after their service. Incompetent staff could not identify dirt and grease who spray degreaser on it said this was from cooking in the kitchen LOL). It's located in the hallway. Just had major renovations in the basement next to the hallway. There was so much dirt in the bottom of the vents (see the photos). "...compliant with the American Duct work board and got awarded for services"???

We had an amazing experience with this company. From beginning to end, their staff was kind and helpful in answering any questions or concerns we had (regarding dust getting in the home, etc.). Raphael was very helpful and took his time to explain the process. Our vents were extremely dirty and hadn't been cleaned in who knows how long if ever. When they left, they were completely spotless and looked brand new. Very minimal dust near the vents. Highly reccomend!

I agree with all the reviews posted here and then some! Alex was also knowledgeable, efficient, responsive and cleared the dryer vent blockage at the roof vent. Alex explained everything from my first phone call and while he was checking the dryer vent on our roof. Our roof was replaced in October 2019 and the 25 years before that we did not have problems with the dryer vent. But when the roofing company replaced the vent the screen was too small to let the lint out and it collected over the last 5 years. The amount of lint Alex pulled out of there was shocking. He cleared the blockage, fixed the screen so that lint won't collect there anymore, and he weatherized the roof vent when he was done. Excellent, professional, yet friendly service. Easy peasy. ABD was able to schedule me the same day I reached out. Technician was professional and friendly. I’m grateful for the service, as 2 years ago I hired a different company that as supposed to provide dryer vent cleaning, but it is apparent that they did not do a complete or thorough job. Alex came and cleaned and inspected our chimney and was great! He notified us when he was on his way and arrived on time. He did a really good job! Chimney looked great and the smell was gone.

He then returned a few days later to clean our dryer vent. It was a hot mess and he explained everything, showed me pictures of before and after and was really just great with everything!! And their prices are so much better than Winston Chimney!

We will be using ABD for all of our chimney, duct and vent services from now on!!

Prompt and efficient service. Congenial and efficient crew who were careful of the house and its contents. My only negative was being charged an extra $100 because the outside vent was more than 20 feet off the ground. I didn’t measure but it was the standard height for townhouses.

Found this company from their high rating google reviews and I am glad that we did. Initial screening was professional, prompt and a great price. We had our dryer vent cleaned since it kept taking sometimes 3 drying cycles to dry towels. The service was excellent with explanations, good communication, quality, and thorough. I would recommend this company to clean your dry vents.

I called and talked to Alex about the service and price, he scheduled the time with Shawn on the same day, and Shawn is a wonderful man who did the job very well. If anyone whose needs the dryer vent cleaning, please try this company and be aware of many other companies that advertise the low price but when their technician get to your place, they will give you a different price and normally much higher.

They provide clean and high quality services. They do offer chimney cleaning and duct cleaning as well. I'd highly recommend them as their prices are affordable. They were professional and punctual.

EXCELLENT Customer Service!
I needed my dryer vent cleaned and decided to try ABD cleaning based on the great reviews. Roni was a professional. He showed up on time and made sure to educate me on the entire on what needed to be done. I live in a condo with the vent releasing out to the roof. He found out how to access the vent through the attic crawl space and went to work. Took pictures and showed me the readings of the air flow meter.
