Fairfax Mechanical installed a central HVAC system for our house, an older Cape Cod which had a non-functioning ductless system in the second floor. Several other large contractors wanted to place a new ductless system or a central HVAC with a lot of additional costly construction. Fairfax Mechanical suggested/installed a high quality cost effective central HVAC system without any additional construction. They are responsive, on-time, professional, very up-to-date in offering latest solutions in the market, and all at a very good price.

Fairfax Mechanical did a fantastic job installing a new AC unit and coil at my property. Matt was excellent with his timely communication and honest opinion of how to remediate my issue. Not only did he recommend the install but he provided maintenance by flushing out the existing system. They also provided preventative sensors in case of leaks in the future. Products were ordered and installed in a timely manner. Finally after installation, they walked me through the installation and set up of my new Nest. Matt and his team are amazing. I broke my A/C by trying to install a non-compatible thermostat, and these guys were the only ones willing to come the same day. They quickly found the problem and then proceeded to reinstall my old thermostat and let me know the issues with my current unit.
