Technician Roni T was a very professional and polite young man who took the time to understand our dryer duct issue. He did an excellent job in the cleaning the dryer duct and when he encountered an issue with heavy lint built up on the outside of the duct located four stories up on the roof, he was able to find a solution and cleared the obstruction.
