Since we don't call air duct cleaning every year, so, we need to do our homework before scheduling not for for Air Duct clean but especially for Dryer Vent also.
We are glad that we made a good decision and and schedule service with Atlantic Duct Cleaning on 2nd week of January 2024. Both Daniel and Isdes (may be I misspelled his name) did a superb satisfactory job :-). They came with a smile and after doing hard work to help make our air circulation clean through HVAC they left with smile.

They both were very friendly, cooperative and professional. They explained what needs to be done before start the job and what to expect once job is done. A good service to be called again in future.

Atlantic Duct Cleaning (Ron and Wilfredo) did an excellent job cleaning out our clothes dryer ductwork. Their team was thorough, professional, and efficient from start to finish. You can tell they take pride in doing the job right.

We needed both duct and vent cleaning, and I could tell I'd made the right decision hiring Atlantic Duct as soon as Antonio arrived for the initial assessment. Before even entering our house, he put on shoe coverings, so as not to track dirt into the house and smiling, explained they always seek to leave a house cleaner when they leave. I can't tell you how many firms I've hired over the years whose workers tromp through our house with dirty boots.

The team that arrived to perform the duct and vent cleaning were amazing. What a pleasure. Carlos, Edgar, and Elson were friendly, professional, prompt, and very proficient at the work. Carlos showed me before and after pictures. We went from extremely dirty ducts and clogged vents to ones that were spotless and gleaming.

Rigoberto R, Jose R, and Jeremias R did great and explained what was causing some issues with the dryer in which they went into the attic to remove some clogged lint. Afterwards they stayed and ensured the dryer wouldn’t run into a d90 error. Thankful for the three of them!

The interaction with Atlantic was simple and straightforward from the start. They gave us the exact price it would take to clean our air ducts prior to installation of a new HVAC system as well as cleaning the dryer vent duct upfront, with no surprise fees on the day of service. Rigoberto, Jose, and Eddie were on-time, very friendly and professional, and even though they were mostly packed up right at the end, they discovered they weren’t fully satisfied that the dryer vent duct was fully clean and got back out their equipment for one last round with it, cleaning off my window screens as well. I recently had Atlantic Duct Cleaning at my home to clean the supply and return vents in our HVAC system. The technicians were Roger, Douglas, and Jose. Before the procedure began, Roger took the time to provide me with an overview of their process. He ensured that I was fully informed about each step, explaining what would happen and addressing any questions I might have. The team placed drop cloths throughout the house to help prevent tracking of dirt. They also vacuumed around areas where they were working, so there was no extra cleanup for me when they left. When the team was done Roger showed me several before and after photos of the ducts; I could see a major difference after the cleaning. Strangely enough, my original contractor left some drywall material in one area of the duct, I was glad to have that removed. Unfortunately, you never know what the contractor is going to leave behind. I was very pleased with the work and would highly recommend contacting Atlantic Duct Cleaning if you have vent cleaning needs.

Rene and Guillermo performed dryer vent cleaning for us and were fantastic! Our dryer vent was pretty blocked up with years of lint that built up. They were able to locate, break down and clear the block like the pros they were. Rene and Guillermo were on time, efficient, and very professional. As an added note, communication with Eric to set up the appointment was great as well. I would definitely recommend Atlantic Duct Cleaning.

I hired Atlantic Duct Cleaning because there were mouse droppings in the return vent of my HVAC. And I didn't want to disturb the droppings and aerate the dust all over my house due to health concerns.

However, during th cleaning, they were dusting the vent covers and dumping the content right at my opened front door, so the contents either landed on my doormat and doorgap or got blown back into the house by the wind. After the cleaning, I found mouse droppings inside the HVAC (past the filter) and all around the vent covers after the cleaning. These were not present at the start of the cleaning. This leads me wonder why the contents of my vents are all over my floor and dumped at my front door, given how much they promoted their cleaning process during my initial scheduling. Unfortunately, I've been exposed to mouse droppings and dust, which was the only reason that I hired professional service to prevent.

The company states their duct cleaning work takes 1.5-3hrs and they charge $500 (well above their competitors) because of their “expertise”.

$500 later and my home air quality is terrible. Technicians took 40min, didn’t hit all the vents, and clearly didn’t fix the problem.

Their management team just told me they’ll send another team out for $500, and cant guarantee that the dust will go away 🤣

So customers pay a premium of $500 for their expertise without any guarantees.

And to top it all off, the gentlelady who spoke to me over the phone ended the call while I was mid sentence 😂

And I’m a veteran with asthma- now imagine what they’ll do to you. Lots of other companies in the area- go elsewhere.

Daniel, Isaiah and Nelson did an extraordinary job cleaning our ducts in our new custom home and we were shocked our builder did not take care of this prior to moving in.
