Kais, was fantastic... had tried to find an immediate repair to my fridge that I noticed was not functioning at around 745 on a Sunday night. Sadly his company was not first on the Google search but after having about a dozen other repair companies either not being open although stating 24 hours or having no one available. He showed up around 930 and took about an hour to bring the compressor of the fridge back to life. If I need more appliance repairs I'll be reaching out to him and his company first.

My washer was leaking and I called one company but they rushed and misdiagnosed the problem. Then I called Kais and he spent time investigating and found the real problem. He was professional, knowledgeable, and after he fixed the issue, he checked in on me several times to make sure the washer to make sure it was working properly. I highly recommend Kais for your repairs!

Technician was on time, detail oriented, focused, calm ( easier said then done after 5pm), thorough and transparent. He resolved the issue and shared tips for preventing it from happening again. Would highly recommend and use again.

I was told technician would arrive between 10:00 and 1:00. I called at the end of window and was told with no apology that technician "would do his best make it to me" later in the afternoon. The technician eventually arrived, diagnosed the problem without actually taking anything apart on the machine, but was not able to give me an estimate on the repair. He then asked for a $200 deposit. He left, then called back in an hour and told me that he would be able to obtain the replacement part and fix the machine immediately for $500. I decided against the repair as it was 2/3 the price of a new machine. I have called twice and am still awaiting the return of my deposit. Not impressed with customer service and would not recommend this business.

Ken is very responsive, fast, knowledgeable , and most importantly, honest. I called him for a second opinion on a refrigerator repair estimate and he saved me $900 from what the other service was telling me it would cost. I plan to call him for any future service we need. I highly recommend him!

Kais is super responsive and professional. When my dryer died, I called him and he came out same day, as well as procured a new part and installed same day. My dryer is in working order again and I’m so thankful to have Kais’ help. Will be calling again if I have issues with other appliances!

They had the technician out quickly and he had our oven back working quickly. He continued to troubleshoot past where I’m sure others would have just started ordering replacement parts. His diligence got the oven working again, saving us time and money. Obviously experienced and knows appliances. Gave me tips to keep all of my kitchen appliances living longer. Will 100% use them again.

Horrible !! Absolutely no call back. Voice mail FULL for 10 days. Are they still in business ?

Wow (3x). Talk about integrity and diligence--this man will not stop until he gets the job done perfectly. And he sticks with his original estimate regardless of what comes up. I had a stubborn Bosch that simply refused to work. Dan, however, triumphed and repaired it, saving us $$$ on a new washer. I will definitely work with Dan again in the future!
