We’ve been use First Class Cleaning 4 years and could not be more happy with them. They are very professional, reliable and pay attention in each details.

First Cleaning did a deep cleaning of the house I am renting with some friends. They spent over 5 hours there making sure the place was spotless. We are very satisfied with their work and cannot recommend them enough!

I would like to take this opportunity to leave a review for First Class Cleaning service. It’s hard to believe it myself, but I have been using First Class since 2021 and entering a new year.

I found out about First Class because my neighbor next door used them at their property. I contacted Maioni Vergas because I was interested in getting an estimate and information on the services they offer. I had never used a house cleaning service before, and I did not know how comfortable that I was going to feel about having strangers in my house when I wasn’t there.

Maioni explained to me the services that they offer, what I expected and a schedule that we could agree too. She is very polite, professional and friendly, her customer service made me feel very openhearted into allowing her into my home.

Her staff and team do 100% all the time, my house smells amazing for weeks, my hardwood floors are scrubbed polished, and shine like brand new. My furniture is dusted and wiped down and shine. All my windows, glass tables and mirrors are all clear and spot free. My kitchen looks like it’s never been used, and every appliance looks perfect. The bathroom looks like something you would see on a floor of the showroom and the bedrooms are so pleasant.

Scheduling a service with First Class is very easy. Typically, I get cleaning about once a month or once every other month. Ever since I’ve had the pleasure of having First Class in my home, I’ve never had the slightest dissatisfaction. If I had complaints or wasn’t completely happy with them, I don’t think I would be entering year 4 of having them in my home (haha) .

First Class is also receptive to any requests I may bring to attention, and they have always gone above my expectations.

I would recommend First Class Cleaning Services, in the Richmond and Glen Allen area of Virginia to anyone interested in a housekeeping service.

They dont understand English the time was correct but the cleaning was not on point and they didnt stay the 2 hours that I paid for they we're here for an hour to do a 1000 sq foot apt
