I used this service twice and both occasions they ran 30 minutes late and did not provide the three hour service which was paid. The refrigerator was not cleaned well as expected. The ladies we’re trustworthy and respectful and cleaned other areas to a high standard. My issue is with timelines and receiving Services for 3hours which was paid.

Disappointed with the service I received this morning (two hours two cleaner) I keep a fairly clean house. The only reason I bought the service is that I have guests coming to visit. I communicated I wanted the oven, refrigerator and two and a half bathrooms to be the focus being it's only 2hrs. With that said they took 1 and a half clean 2 bathrooms and make two beds didn't mop floors in either bathroom and didn't dust off the fans in bedrooms. needless to say, the oven or the refrigerator were not touched and I had to ask them to mop the vinyl on the first floor before they left. I could have saved some money by doing it myself. Lesson learned.... Won't be getting their services again.

I have been with Elaine’s House Cleaning for 4 years. The cleaning is professional and timely. The women are friendly and show pride in their work. Try them out!

This company was great up till about 6 months ago. Then there was different crews coming every time. Things where not getting cleaned. We would call to ask what was going on and it could be fixed. We just received excuses and blank promises. My wife has been using this service for almost 10 years. The manager got very rude with my wife. We do not recommend using this company. We are all about supporting local small businesses and still will.

Elaine’s did a fatstic job cleaning an apartment I moved out of and a house I moved into after renovations and dust were settled. They were on time, on budget and went beyond what was asked for. I’ll keep using them in the future.

They were easy to work with and my landlord commented on how clean everything looked when I moved out. They even did things like the ceiling fan blades and blinds. It was also a very reasonable price for the work.

Be advised that they don't do stains on the walls since there's a possibility of paint damage and you should coordinate what you need on the phone, as there may be a language barrier with the crew they send over.

We've just completed our third monthly whole-home cleaning appointment with Elaine's House Cleaning. The ladies are extremely thorough and do not waste time. They are very punctual, honest, and hard-working. I feel very positively about the job that they do and will continue supporting this company.

They consistently provide top notch cleaning. They go the extra mile. Sometimes we have left a mess and well, they just clean it up. They do a wonderful job. Her employees are very kind as well. I recommend this service 100%.

Elaine’s Housekeeping services were amazing. Customer service was prompt and efficient. The cleaning and maintenance of our move out service was good. They even returned after I requested areas that required a deeper clean. I’m using this company again once our family purchases our new home in the area.

I am so happy to have founds Elaine’s Cleaning Service. I initially had a deep clean done and now have them coming on a weekly basis. I like that they charge an hourly rate for their services and I believe the rate is more than fair. Although I have only been with them for a little over a month, they have always been on time and Allisson with customer care is great as well. I am a Real Estate Broker so I had them do a move out clean for my clients last week and they did a great job on that as well. Highly recommend!

Elaine's House Cleaning did an amazing job cleaning a property for me. I called them the day of and they were able to get a crew out to me ASAP. In fact they were a little early for me per my request. The ladies took their time and worked together to give the house full detail. They were professional and friendly. I would recommend them for your cleaning needs. And lastly their pricing was fair and really reasonable.

We have been using the service weekly for about a year and we are pleased. We have dogs and a fairly big house (5500 sq ft) and cost benefit of service makes sense, they have been friendly, trustworthy and flexible with our date change requests when we travel or have family over. I would recommend.

I have had great experiences working with this company for a couple of years now. The teams they send are always very thorough, quick and courteous. It’s very easy to setup my cleanings and to communicate any special requests I have.

Today was the second time I've used this service. Never again. How many times do I have to say los pisos?!?

The first time: I told the office beforehand and the cleaners when they arrived what I wanted. When they said they were finished, I used my broken Spanish and I even showed them how I wanted the floor cleaned because we had just moved in and I was Pregnant and couldn't do it. When one of them started doing what I asked, the other one stepped in and told her to just go over the floor with a rag instead. The exact opposite of what I asked. We even called the office so they could interpret what I wanted and it wasn't done. It was the main reason I hired them. Whatever. Didn't use this service for a year, despite the constant push contact from them even after I asked them to stop.

This second time, I again told the guy on the phone I wanted the floors and bathrooms, then whatever else. When the cleaners came they went straight upstairs and when I went in 5 minutes later they were stripping the bed. So I used my Spanish to say the floors (including stairs), bathrooms, then kitchen are priority. I also told them I had a party tomorrow downstairs so that was my first priority to get clean and ready.
They started at 9:30 and I left to run errands while my husband stayed. I get a call at 11:15 saying the 2 hours are up but they haven't done downstairs floors or kitchen at all and I needed to pay for 30 more minutes. What?!? Even though the workers last year didn't do it how I needed at that time, they at least had done all the floors and bathrooms in the whole house within two hours!!
I had to agree because I needed them done of course. I hurried home and got there in less than 30 minutes and one was already sitting the car, the other one still "mopping" (Aka pushing a rag around with dirt too). I looked around- there were visible spots in the front room that had been missed with the mop, the toilets still have stuff up under the rim, and THE FLOOR under the kitchen table and chairs had not been mopped OR EVEN VACUUMED!!!! That is the main area for the party tomorrow!! Now I will be doing it myself after paying almost $200, and I will not be using this company again.
Update: every time I put something back in its place I find something dirty hiding behind it, the dirtiness in the toilets came off easily even though they said it was done, walking around in the master bedroom leaves me with dirt on the bottoms of my feet, the walk-in shower floor and head weren't cleaned at all, and downstairs there is dust on the floor in every corner of the rooms. The other thing that is bothering me is that she used the same rag in the toilet that was used on the floor.

Good service at a good price. They've been on time always, except for once when they called ahead to let us know they would not be on time. I appreciated the good communication. I especially appreciate their work in the kitchen; they made my stove look better than I ever could (and I tried a lot to clean it.)

They do an OUTSTANDING job at a fair price. They even include cute little finishing touches to brighten your day. Very flexible as well if something comes up. I would highly commend this company!

Would give 2.5 stars based on my experience after the ladies coming out and receiving a discount on the service. The cleaning was fine once the ladies arrived almost 3 hours past our appointment time.

The late arrival wasn’t the main issue though - this was my first time using the service and every time I called for an update someone gave me a different answer. At some point I was told they’d be there in 15 min then 5 minutes and still no one would show.

That’s the most frustrating thing.

Had I been told they were late because a job ran over I could understand that, but the poor communication from the customer service reps was ridiculous.

On top of that they charged me for the deep clean before Antoine even showed. we couldn’t get because they were so late and they charged me separately for a 2 hour clean even though they told me they would discount my service for the inconvenience.

The company just left a really bad taste in my mouth, but again, once they arrived the ladies did a good job.

I used Elaine's House Cleaning for years until they started sending a different cleaning team every time it was time to clean my house.
Recently, I started to use this company, again. The last time they came I paid with a check and then they went ahead and charged my credit card. Also, the team left 15 minutes early so actually they were overpaid and since neither spoke English, I just let them leave.
The ladies didn't clean the storm door as the other ladies have done.
Also, they marked the walls with the hose from the vacuum cleaner and I ended up cleaning after the cleaning people. I had to clean the shower that they failed to clean in the master bath.
I have terminated this company and have found another one.

I've had many cleaning services in past years and none were consistent, or they just rushed through the job. Elaine's housekeeping girls stay on schedule, hard workers and very professional. It comforts me to know I have the same two ladies coming into my home each cleaning. If I ever question anything Fabian and Grace are right on top of it with great communication. I will be a customer for years to come. If you love a clean home like I do...you should hire them!😊
