Had a top to bottom deep clean done in August and the two ladies did an amazing job! Very professional and thorough!

Wasted time & energy having an estimate done and on the service date making my family get up early as we all sat around for two hours waiting for the cleaning crew. This, after a scheduled appointment and a prior day confirmation text. When I called, it was discovered that my appointment has been moved to a different date. I am disappointed. I would have extended grace, except this was the second concern for me.

We’ve had a wonderful experience with All Shine. I am a perfectionist and the attention to detail is impressive. They’re professional, pleasant, always on time, and very thorough. Best cleaning service I’ve ever had.

We recently stayed in a Vrbo cleaned by this company, and we were so pleased at how spotlessly clean everything was! If I lived in Richmond, I would definitely hire them to clean my house or business.

My husband and I just moved to our apartment in Glen Allen a month ago, and are expecting a baby any day now. Since moving in, we have cleaned several times, but find that there is a lot of dust in the apartment that begins to settle almost immediately after cleaning attempts. I did a quick online search and found this cleaning service and called for an appointment. They contacted me very quickly and set up a time to come by, give me a quote, and explain what they can do. We decided to do an initial "deep clean", and they were here immediately the following morning ready to work. When we arrived home later that day, the place was SPARKLING clean, and the presentation was very neat and tidy. This was days ago, and there is still absolutely NO SIGN of the dust that has been circulating in spite of our own multiple cleaning attempts. We are 100% satisfied with the beautiful job they did, and intend to have them come regularly every 2 weeks.

Andreiza and her team were able to fit me into their schedule last minute and worked tirelessly/overtime (into the night) doing a DEEP move-in cleaning for my husband and I.
