I’ve never had to dust after a cleaning service left. Terrible. I should have questioned why they were only here for two hours when it usually takes a service at least 3 hours to completely and thoroughly clean our house. Lazy, lazy, lazy and this was their first (and last) time here!

We brought in Elaine's House Cleaning when we were getting ready to list our home for sale and again when we moved out. The team was great! They left the house in show ready condition.

Nightmare!
Barely spoke a word of English. I couldn’t give them any instructions.
So first I had to totally go through all of the garbage they emptied from my upstairs. Apparently they clean the floor by throwing it away. I found a legos, wooden train tracks, a funko pop, Pokémon cards. Then as I was going through all of that I realized that they dumped my recycling into the trash. I very clearly and intentionally have separate trash cans for recycling and for trash. Also I saw about 10 of the flushable toilet bowl cleaner pads in the trash. I was confused.
Then I’m looking through the rest of the hosue and I realized the reason for all of those toilet cleaning pads was because they used them to clean my bathroom sinks and the toilet seat etc. So no I have a lovely blue stain. Wonderful. Now I get to try to bleach everything. O and speaking of bleach, they did use it some because 2 of my bathroom rugs have bleach spots now (not anywhere near where I was using it).
So yea. Not happy!!!!

Sent people to my home that spoke no English. How was I supposed to communicate with them what I wanted. Threw away several items including my driver's license and bank/credit cards. Threw away some items that I can never replace.

Elaine’s did a very profession and thorough housecleaning in my apartment every two weeks. They were courteous and respectful.

The ladies at Elaine’s house cleaning were super friendly and professional. From the initial estimate to the actual cleaning, I was very pleased with the entire process. My house hasn’t been this clean since I moved in! Will book again.

Well worth paying to have this done. I didn't have time and was already exhausted after clearing out the house. The two girls that showed up went above and beyond. Though they did come an hour earlier than I scheduled which crossed over with some other people getting furniture can out. Bit I guess it worked out.
