Professional Grounds have been wonderful for my communities as an HOA manager. Jon is awesome. He is always responsive and works so well with the Boards. The crews are respectful and we have had compliments on the landscaping in communities we never have before.

Jon Zalewski and his crew go above and beyond. I had the pleasure of doing a walk through with Jon at one of our many communities he does work at. He answered all the Board questions in a professional manner and explained thoroughly which plants would work well with the community grounds. He always answers his phone and gets the answer I need back right away! I had a homeowner call in about all the leaves on the ground, Jon had his crew there within a few hours. We get a lot of compliments from our homeowners about how great their landscaping looks.

I have worked with ProGrounds and Jon Zalewski at the same property for the last 3 years. Whenever something is needed whether it is part of the standard contract or extra work that is needed, Jon is very responsive and makes sure the work is completed. Jon and the on-site crew go above and beyond when they are doing work on the property, such as switching out the American, state, and county flags at the entrance of the community for us or re-attaching the windscreens on the tennis courts when the zip-ties break. Jon also stops by the community frequently to check-in and make sure everything is going well. Great company to work with!

I am on the Board of Directors for Georgetown Park HOA in Dale City and we have Pro Grounds for our Lawn Care and they are simply fantastic. The grass always looks so good and they take care of our trees and flowers everything.

ProGrounds performs a variety of tasks for our HOA. These include grass mowing, snow removal and spring/fall leaf blowing, fertilizing, mulching as well as any project that pertains grounds maintenance.
We recently contacted them to develop a small flower and green area for our community and the feed back that was received from the residents was positive.
