I had a great experience with Pro Drainage. Eric had good ideas for my project, and responded to my questions and scope changes. His crew was professional and thorough, and the project finished on time. And, I am really happy with the end result!

The 18 year old French drain in the backyard was no longer directing water away from the house. I looked up yard drainage companies online and ProDrainage was one of the first listed. They were the first to respond to my request for a quote, the first to show up and assess my property and the first to provide a quote. Their proposal was so thorough that we decided to use their services even though another came in cheaper. I am not sorry that we did. They came out promptly and did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend them for this type of work.

We used Pro Drainage to alleviate a soggy backyard, water getting into a detached garage, and to flatten an area for a playset. We had a positive experience throughout from a no contact inspection and estimate, to taking the time to answer multiple questions before signing the contract, to a quick installation with high levels of communication during the install, and follow up service to fix an unexpected issue. The price was reasonable and competitive with our other estimates but we got a lot more for our money with Pro Drainage. They met all of our needs while staying in our budget. The backyard now dries much faster and is more usable; water has stopped getting into the garage, even with heavy rains; and while other companies wanted to build a retaining wall for the playset, Pro Drainage was able to grade the area in a way to avoid the cost of a wall while still draining adequately. They also took our neighbors’ properties into account to ensure there was no erosion or water intrusion from the increased level of water draining from our roof and yard. They even came back when there was an unexpected issue with water coming from my neighbor’s property creating standing water by the playset to ensure that water was moved into the newly installed drainage. Every time I reached out to Pro Drainage, they replied quickly and professionally. I am completely satisfied with their work and am sure to use them in the future.

From start to finish, Christian provided puntual, expert and very effective drainage design, quote, and installation services at a great value that remedied our ponding issue after the very next storm. His courteous workers were meticulous at working around underground utilities and restoring the turf without a trace of excavation. We are now happily high and dry. We strongly recommend the services of Christian and his fine team!!

We asked Pro Drainage / JES Services to step in and complete our patio project (complete with drainage) when others had failed. We couldn't be happier. The patio looks great and our yard barely shows the impact of the full length drainage runs. Pro Drainage / JES personnel were prompt and professional and we were kept well informed of the workplan along the way (very refreshing to find these days). We would recommend without hesitation.

I reached out to Pro Drainage about flooding in our backyard. They were the 1st ones to respond and worked about my schedule to come visit our home. They were so professional, very kind and the specialist that visited our home was so down to earth and so hilarious! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GREAT ATTITUDES! They were the first to come out and get an estimate to me. They followed up and answered questions. I hired them and they came out fairly quickly to do the work. They did a very good job and the yard was left in meticulous condition. They were also very careful not to damage the concrete next to the drain they installed. It hasn't rained yet so we will see how the solution works but it appears to be what we needed.

I contacted Pro Drainage Solutions about exploring options to remove pooling water near my house. Eric and Chris came out and discussed the issue and offered several options. I had several other companies provide me with cheaper options but I went with Pro Drainage based on their reputation and written reviews. They did a great job and returned the yard back to the way that it was before the work. I would definitely use Pro Drainage again for any further projects.

After others failed JES Services/ProDrainage succeeded above and beyond our expectations. We were starting to think we would just have to live with the swampy area in our yard, until we found this company and talked with Eric. He took the time to explain (in our language) what was needed and had his crew out to fix our problem pretty quickly. We were finally able to get our yard landscaped the way we always wanted - which of course JES Services also did. You can't go wrong with these guys. Eric and his team are fabulous. This was our 3rd contractor to fix the same problem so you can imagine that we were concerned whether this project would fly. Simply put, Eric knows drainage and I just wish we’d found him sooner. He worked on ¾ of our yard, 10,000 square feet of drainage, and it is greatly improved. This was an extremely difficult project with water and mud everywhere. Eric and his team had to dig up prior pipes and replace and expand because they were not big enough, inappropriately placed, or just weren’t effective. We really had a huge mess. Eric consistently showed up to monitor his team’s work for the day and modify any plans, if needed. We had some stubborn areas that he reworked until the drainage was right. You will find him to be professional, responsive, highly experienced in drainage, and really great to work with. His team is also very professional, and you’ll be very comfortable having them at your home. With awesome customer commitment and competitive pricing, I have nothing but good things to say about this firm and give them our highest recommendation.

I contracted with ProDrainage to build a sitting wall around my existing stamped concrete patio. They did an awesome job! The color matches perfectly and it looks like it is integrated right into the patio. The workers took great time and effort to make sure every block fit perfectly. The patio was a curved surface so it wasn't easy, but they didn't seem to have any problem. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

Eric and his team at JES Pro Drainage are without a doubt, top notch and experienced drainage professionals. I had quite an extensive outdoor renovation project completed at my house which led to a major yard leveling and erosion control project in order to open up my backyard. During the project, Eric discovered additional issues with an existing retaining wall which he was able to remediate as part of the job without adding any additional delay. Eric also accommodated additional changes I wanted to make during the project with no issues. I cannot be more satisfied with the outcome of his team’s work and have received compliment after compliment by everyone who has seen the finished product. Truly a 5-star experience!!

Eric, Craig and Zac were great to work with. From the estimate stage, scheduling and throughout the installation of the drainage pipes around my property they provided excellent service. They were reasonably priced, their crew was courteous and professional and left my yard looking amazing considering the extensive work and digging they had to to install the drainage pipe from the back of my house to the front curb. We found an issue we were unaware of and they found a solution, charged me a reasonable price and got the work done on time. They even made time to plant several bushes for me even though it was not apart of the scope of work and charged me a minimal cost for the work. They also came back to lay some additional mulch in my backyard and seeded in sections where the work was done that had no grass, which was unexpected but definitely appreciated! There was no grass in those sections before they began the work, but they seeded those sections to make sure grass would grow. Before JES came my standing water issues were bad, now I can’t wait for the next hard rain to see how the new system works! Overall, I am happy with my experience with JES pro drainage and would recommend them and use them again if needed.

JES installed a French drain to improve drainage away from our garage 7 years ago. The drain had become somewhat clogged. We had a deadline for some other contracting work we were having done. Sarah from JES was super flexible and was able to come out the same day to get the work done. Communication was prompt, price was fair, service was excellent!

If you hire this company for irrigation or sprinkler system work, be aware that they subcontract the entire job to a completely different company without informing you. I found this very concerning and somewhat shady. It also raises questions about how warranty issues or future problems would be handled. When I hire a company, I expect transparency—especially if they plan to have someone else do the work.

Absolutely the best! Eric and his team fixed all of our drainage issues from clogged gutters last year and around our pool deck. This year they built a patio with a retaining wall and laid river jack. We couldn't be happier with their work or level of customer service. Great crew and great owner!
