However, they truly stand out in their responsiveness and efficiency when urgent needs arise—such as removing large trees and branches after storms.

In addition to landscaping, Professional Grounds handles our snow removal, salting, and sanding. They take a thoughtful and conservative approach, working closely with management and the Board to balance cost efficiency with resident safety. We just had a major snow storm and they literally sat in our parking lot, for almost 2 hours (doing nothing). Then they left.

Then residences complained, they came back, and plowed some spots, and then LEFT without doing the BARE MINIMUM.……. There’s literally half of building where customers can’t park cars, residences can’t relocate vehicles…….

This snow storm was terrible. Not only was there snow, it was ice concrete. Eric came to the rescue and helped. He was very professional and takes his job very serious. He helped us out and the whole neighborhood in 30 minutes!! When you call to schedule you need to request Eric!!!!

Eric and his team did some drainage work for me. also did a paver walkway and stoop.I couldn't be happier. I would recommend pro drainage to anyone.

A 5-⭐️ work and here is why: ProDrainage delivered a 110-foot French drain installed, along with an additional 80-foot extension, and I couldn’t be happier with the results 😊 The crew were professional, trustworthy, and genuinely great at their job with from start to finish. Danny, the owner, and Eric, the engineer, took the time to explain everything clearly. Junior, head of crew, showed real attention to detail, and his team delivered high-quality work exactly as promised.👍 It is not easy to find contractors who combine skill, reliability, and a positive attitude, but they absolutely did.
The final result looks excellent (see pics) and functions perfectly. On top of that, they were just really nice people, which made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality drainage work done right ✅

For many years, our community dealt with an erosion problem behind several townhomes. ProDrainage came up with a design solution that controlled the flow of rain water, and it even looks attractive. Easy to work with, professional and does great work.

Jim was really helpful when he came out to look at what I needed to fix my drainage problem. I've wanted a garden area for years but it was just not possible the way the water drained (well, didn't) on my property. JES identified the problem right away, and got me on the schedule as soon as I made my decision. Jim even came to pick up my deposit so I could get on their scheduled as soon as possible going into their busy season - how's that for customer service. I couldn't be happier! The kids are helping me put in the garden on Mother's Day.

The Pro-Drainage crew did an outstanding job solving my significant drainage problem! Beside completing the work I contracted them to do, when they came across a drain or a problem that would have inhibited their work - they fixed that, too! Plus, they made sure everything was cleaned up at the end of each day. I have had several companies come out and work on my problem, but I truly believe that Pro Drainage has finally fixed it with attractive landscaping as well! Very professional! Very skilled! Very easy to work with!

Excellent! Eric and Blake were great to work with! We had serious drainage issues in the back and side yards. Blake came out and presented a plan to take care of it. Eric followed up with a a plan to install a french drainsystem .Eric, Blake and all of the men working were very professional! I was so impressed with every detail from putting the system in ,grading ,reseeding and the beautiful river rock border!! I would highly recommend !

True rating somewhere between 3 and 4 stars. Great sales people, emphasizing execution over sales. Pricing a little higher than average. Proposal was sent quickly. Good follow-up on where the deposit was, but once they received the deposit, I did all the following-up -- was the deposit was received, when the work would be scheduled, etc. Based on their responses, my sense is they were interpreting my questions as impatience, but in reality, I just needed timing info so I could order sod and plan for other contingencies. Quality of work remains to be seen (not enough hard rains yet). Was VERY generous to re-order my sod from a third-party so I could benefit from contractor pricing. However, left a bad taste in my mouth when sprinkler heads were buried almost 2"; when I asked about it, it was suggested to me that I hand dig and re-set the sprinkler heads myself. Principal was on-site at start of work, but did not personally review work at the end -- lead worker FaceTimed the principal instead. Would recommend in limited circumstances, but there are many other good drainage pro's in Northern VA, especially for straight-forward work.
