A big job - removing our existing heating (natural gas) and AC, and installing a Mitsubishi heat pump system. We researched this, the biggest step in our home electrification journey, carefully - and interviewed a number of contractors. Throughout the process it was made clear that the care and quality of the installation were of paramount importance to obtaining the efficiency and comfort high-efficiency heat pumps can deliver. "Quality and care" were clearly what Comfort Solutions delivered. Their team, led by Irwin and supported by Tevin and Guillermo; consulted with us throughout the nearly 2-day installation process, kept us appraised of their progress, and left us with a complete understanding of our new systems. They were a pleasure to have in our house and took exceptional care to "leave no trace behind".
Just hours after installation completion our house was warm and cozy from top to bottom, genuinely comfortable for the first time this winter.

All the Comfort Solutions technicians are highly skilled, kind, patient, and communicative. Jainer, today, was amazing!

They replaced my minisplit system and it was a easy experience start to finish. Getting the estimate was so informative and they were so helpful. Installation was great. Comfort Solutions , rep, Josh came to our home to give us an estimate on a mini split for one of our rooms.
He was most accommodating, answered all the questions, and responded immediately when we had further questions. We wanted multiple estimates on different type of units for a mini split, and he did just that. He kept us up-to-date as it was taking a little bit longer than he had stated, it was going to take because of all the information that we had wanted.

After getting several estimates, we ultimately went with Comfort Solutions.
Scheduling was easy, and the team showed up first thing in the morning and didn’t leave till almost 6:30 pm in the evening.

They did a fabulous job from beginning to end. From introducing themselves, upon arrival. They worked all day long, and then cleaned up the space when they were done. They also went over the instructions of how to use the unit and if we had any questions. The team that was sent was very courteous, polite, and answered all questions.

I’m glad we went with Comfort Solutions.

A different company told us we would need to replace our entire HVAC system immediately so we got a second opinion from comfort. David arrived just a few hours later to assess our system and provided quotes for various parts and levels of investment, all of which were reasonable. He was very upfront about the fact that the right call would be driven by what the tech found when he got here to assess our system.

Irwin arrived just after David left and did the thorough investigation we had expected from the first company. He ran diagnostics, looked at our air filter (which the competing tech did not bother to check), and came up with a $1400 solution that would at least hold us for a few days and could be a fix indefinitely, as compared to the competitor who told us we would need to spend $17,000 that day or not be able to use our AC until we replaced our whole system.

The diagnosis and fix took about three hours and Irwin was very good at communicating what he was doing and why at every step. He flagged the things we could do but didn’t necessarily need to, was a very honest broker about what would be more and less expensive, and made a Herculean effort to work quietly even though our over-reactive dogs were cooped up in a room right next to the the attic entrance where he needed to do much of his work.

It has been a few days and our AC has been working well. Time will tell whether we do need a full replacement but the $1400 solution of replacing some AC coolant with a bit of sealant has bought us at least enough time to make an informed decision about whether to do a full system replacement, which the competitor told us was the only, immediate option. David was great and Irwin really went above and beyond, and we have only good things to say about Comfort Solutions.

Called Comfort Solutions for regular summer maintenance on my ac unit. Fabian P arrived promptly, was considerate and polite when entering the house and knowledgeable. He explained each of the processes that he undertook in examining and assessing my ac unit. This reflects positively on him and his company. I look forward to working with Comfort Solutions again. Comfort Solutions always provides excellent service. Jainer serviced our unit yesterday. He explained everything he would be checking and then updated me on what he found when he inspected the unit. We are very happy with the service we receive every time.

Rich and office staff were friendly, organized and professional for the initial visit for the quote, as well as getting us the quote! Fabian and Gerson R. were great techs - very thorough, professional, and did excellent work replacing our unit on install day. Would highly recommend their company!

Irwin completed my maintenance service. He also explored my concerns about an error message on my thermostat. He was very thorough and he explained everything in detail. He also utilized his managers knowledge to help identify any problems that were atypical and reset thermostat to correct the issue. He also reviewed the thermostat’s advanced features with me.

Irwin performed two preventive maintenance for my HVAC. He was very informative and detailed. During our discussion I inquired about moving the thermostat from my upstairs level to the main floor and he was swift to call his office to obtain a quote on my behalf. I had assumed the work would have to be scheduled at a different time, but he was able to complete that work immediately which was much appreciated.
