When they say “go back to the truck to check the price”, that’s really code for go call the boss to see how they can cheat you. And make sure you don’t turn down any recommended overpriced services or they’ll charge you more than the $89 service check they quote you on the phone. Apparently 89 is just to get them to your door.

They installed a new hot water heater for less than others quoted. Fast, efficient- I now have my hvac maintenance program with them. Very pleasant to work with.

Consumers Choice replaced a part on my AC unit. The AC stopped working a week after the service and part replacement. Of-course all this is happening on the hottest day of the year and they were slammed.

Regardless, the owner gave me a call and had a tech at my house that night (after working hours) - fixed the AC and didn't charge me. A+ customer service.

HVAC charged $378 to replace 2 pounds of R410A freon in a Heat pump system that they installed two years earlier. I recently learned that R410A freon currently and at the time costs far less than the old R22A. It actually costs under ten dollars per pound wholesale so the repair costs were absurd and should have been covered under warranty as most leaks occur in the A frame coil in the inside air handler. Shame on Consumers Choice

A wow experience! If you want honesty and job well done don't look further Consumer's Choice is your choice... The problem of my system was simple leaking and the first company that diagnosed my system said we have bad and leaking TXV valve and coil and the repairs will cost approximately $3000.00 but thanks God I called John at Consumers Choice he sent his crew and checked the system and the only problem was a leaking pipe they welded the pipe, test the system for leaking and refilled the refrigerant and the $3000 problem was solved, reduced to couple hundreds dollars... I love capitalism but the Aquiles hill of capitalism is greed. Thank you John and crew

We've been using these guys for about four years now and they've been great. They are honest and are reasonably priced, which are both hard to find nowadays. It has been easy to get on their schedule and they have after-hours service for those emergencies. Recommended.

I am so impressed with this company especially our technician Rick. He answered the phone on a holiday July 4th tried to trouble shoot over the phone. We realized it was an issue that he needed to come out and fix. He was at my house within an hour and fixed my air conditioning within two hours. He was courteous professional and extremely knowledgeable. He is a huge asset to the company and I cannot recommend him enough. I will definitely use him in the future he did a great job. Now I get to come home to a cool house!

Heat stopped working on the coldest day of the year. Called Consumer Choice and they were at my house within 30 minutes. Fixed everything in under one hour. Amazing service and I highly recommend.

HVAC and related technicians are best when you don't need them! But like death and taxes, you absolutely need them, and that too 5 minutes ago, when these system need repair at your home. Then of course, you shudder at the cost of using such companies and the work they will do.
Luckily, if you live in the area that Consumer's Choice services, you can rest assured that you are in good hands.

I have been using Consumer's Choice for over 5 years now. They have serviced my HVAC system in the past, and more recently, replaced the water heater too.

These guys are 5 star technicians and know what they are doing. They also give a good price that beats most other companies. Work done by then is good too.

I have been using Consumers Choice for over 25 years. They did routine maintenance, and when needed, replaced my hvac system. The owner, John used to come but they are bigger now. John teaches HVAC and picks new employees from his pool of students. CC is not the cheapest HVAC company in town, but the work is top notch and the staff is excellent.

Brendan was just here from Consumer's Choice. I have had an annual contract with them for many years. It includes inspections with routine servicing twice a year (fall/spring). If you ever need new equipment you will get a discount.

They just inspected my gas fireplace for a small additional fee.

The office is friendly for scheduling, and the technicians are knowledgable, polite, and friendly.

Just had a HVAC and Water Heater installed by Consumers Choice. The team of 4 guys were very professional, friendly, and efficient in their work. This was a big job and they left me feeling very confident that I picked the right company. Their estimate was much more reasonable than competitors and I had gotten great recommendations from other residents in my condo who used them. These two things factored heavily into my decision to go with them. Should definitely give them a look.

I had a very good experience today using this company. They performed the work as agreed upon and for the quoted price. The technician was very competent and personable and his advice aligned with what we've heard from other HVAC companies looking at our systems. The office staff was very responsive and easy to communicate with -- everything from setting up the job, to the technician arriving and doing the work, to settling the bill was painless, which is actually a rarity nowadays. I've had issues with the air conditioning unit in my condo for the last 3 years.
