Our fan went out in the heat of summer, I contacted another company who came out and tried to up sell us into a bunch of things we didn't need. Then I found out about Oasis through a friend of mine, I called, and Joe came out the same day, and fixed the fan with none of the add on's that the other company was trying to push. Very honest, prompt and trust worthy! I highly recommend them!!

Fair and reasonable pricing for their great work. They stick to their quote for you. It's also the only of maybe half a dozen companies I sought a bid for a major duct/furnace estimate that didn't come overloaded with cologne, wasn't the sales guy, but the actual repair man. I appreciated this greatly and will turn to no other when I need major AC/heating repair or advice even! I know the others market/advertise more but this company is definitely the ones to go to for reliable and knowledgeable work in your home.

We've been customers for 24 years and have had nothing but the best service. Semi-annual maintenance checks, small repairs, and entire system replacements have gone flawlessly. Nothing bothers Joe and his crew. Highly recommend.

I've used many HVAC contractors in the past but have stuck with Oasis. They maintained my prior unit until its end and installed a new Lennox system. It's been a great investment and driven down our monthly electric bill significantly. They've always been courteous, responsive and professional.

I can't recommend Oasis high enough. I've been using them for 25 years and the owner, Joe, is reliable and super-meticulous. He always does it right the first time. It's obvious that he cares and stays up-to-date with the latest equipment and technology. I wish I had a person for everything that I could count on like Joe!

I'm highly disappointed with Oasis Heating and AC, particularly with team members Joe and Greg, and Lennox. They incorrectly wired my Lennox system's thermostat during installation, leading to the auxiliary system malfunctioning and causing the heat pump to overdrive. Now, just two years in, I'm faced with a costly compressor replacement. For those considering HVAC options, I strongly recommend looking at Carrier to avoid such costly mistakes. Spare yourself the headache and steer clear of Oasis and Lennox.

Joe and his team were excellent. Professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. They saved me hundreds of dollars and helped me pick the right AC unit for my house (no up-sale). Others tried to sell me the top of the line unit, but Joe and his team took the time to find out what I needed and how long I was going to be in my house. Thanks Joe and the Oasis family!

Oasis maintained a very old system for a long time. When we were ready to replace Oasis was our only call. They are dependable , on time, courtesy and provide quality options. Our most recent call came on the morning of showing our house for selling. We were panicking-no cold air!! Oasis came right away and we had cold air before our first showing!!! Now that's service.

Outstanding Service all the way around. I discovered Oasis when the AC in my rental house failed. My previous provider couldn't get to me for a week. I called Oasis late in the day and Anita in the office told me Brandon could be there the next afternoon. I got a call in the early afternoon letting me know Brandon was on the way. He quickly diagnosed the problem, had the parts needed on the truck and completed the repair on the spot. I was impressed. Then last Saturday my tenant called to let me know the AC was not working again. I called the office and much to my surprise, got the answering service, and even more to my surprise was told that they would get a repairman out to the house early that afternoon. I got a call to let me know the technician was on the way and yet again was surprised to find Joe, the owner, already working on the troubleshooting and repair. Again, the situation was diagnosed quickly, but the part needed was a proprietary part from Carrier. Joe ordered it on the spot and provided a solution to keep the unit cooling until the part arrived. As I said, great service all around. Anita in the office is a pleasure to work with and both Brandon and Joe are truly professionals. I now have a maintenance contract with Oasis on my primary residence. I'll be a customer for life.

Greg and Brandon were great accomplishing short-notice emergency repair on our furnace. Professional, courteous, efficient - we are very happy with their work, so much so we signed up for OASIS' annual service package. Great little local company!

I've been a customer of Oasis since 2000. Joe and his associates have performed fall and spring preventative checks each year and replaced both my furnace and air conditioning systems when it was time. His service has been consistently great and in the rare times that an unexpected issue has occurred, he's been extraordinarily quick and efficient with repairs. You can't miss with Oasis. Highly recommend.

Oasis has provided great service to us for 14 years. They do not do repairs unless necessary and provide helpful advice on how to keep our current system working. They never press when I have deferred repairs over the years. Each of their service technicians is always on time and ready to answer questions. When we moved out in 2008 and rented our home we signed a contract with Oasis for regular check ups and service calls. They've always followed through on the contract and never billed for anything outside the terms of the contract. Our tenants have appreciated Oasis' responsiveness and politeness. For a recent failed water heater they had a new unit installed within 48 hours of our initial call. As a smaller company I appreciate their personal approach and their willingness to work billing with us from our current home out of state.

I still standby my original review of Brandon the technician being awesome. But where I ended up going elsewhere was being told that there would be an inspection free of charge, only to be billed +$300 to be told that I need a new system or costly repairs (only the visit fee was waived). They also tried to quote me for a leak test, which was incorrect and later removed. This is on top of a repair that was +$2000 a few months ago and +$500 the month prior, accounting to ~$3000 in repairs with a still leaking unit.

Buyer beware of the costly hourly rate and the R22 freon cost (I know it's legacy and costly, but it's still way above the market). Stayed due to loyalty, but leaving due to an empty wallet.

Oasis has been taking care of both our home and our rental property hvac needs for several years. They are reliable, reasonable and trustworthy. They are my first choice for hvac and they even replaced a gas hot water tank for us recently. I just trust that they will do the job right and won’t sell me something I don’t need.

Oasis Heating, A/C provided emergency service on my flower cooler last week. I am an event florist and was expecting a large flower delivery for a weekend wedding. Without a cooler, I was in big trouble. I was impressed with the help provided by Betsey, of the office staff, who listened to my problem (and panic) and promptly provided a same-day solution. Greg and Brandon, the 2 technicians who worked on my cooler were professional, efficient and able to fix the problem the same day. I have not been so fortunate with other service companies. I highly recommend the services of Oasis.
