This was our first McDaniel plumbing inspection, done by Chris Johnson. Chris inspected all plumbing fixtures and connections in our unit. He was thorough and answered any questions we had. He also offered a few suggestions for us to keep everything in good working order, including flushing our water heater. All in all, a favorable experience.

Outstanding and immediate service! We woke up on a Saturday morning in mid-December to a cold house and started calling around at 8:30 am. McDaniel was the first company that could book us the same day. By 10:00 am their friendly technician, Ryan, had arrived and by 10:30 he had diagnosed and fixed the problem. Excellent experience from start to finish!

Right after the awful snow/ice event here in Virginia (and with frigid temps that were undoubtedly causing a ton of service calls), my main sewer/drain line started backing up in my laundry room--I could not run any water or flush toilets without flooding. I booked an online service through their website--with low expectations that they'd be able to make it out, but they were out the next day as scheduled. Two plumbers/technicians cleaned out the line (it was tree roots so it had to be snaked and ground up). They were efficient, polite, and professional. And, I was charged a fair and reasonable price, particularly for this weather and such quick response. 100% will use again and recommend to friends and family.

He was extremely professional and polite. A clean well done job. I would have him do any service around my house that he felt competent to do.
I was in the home service industry myself for 40 years.
I called McDaniel service yesterday and was pleasantly surprised to find that they could come out to do the work today. All communications were clean and clear. If the rest of their crews are up to the standards that I experienced From Will and his compadre today, And I have no reason to think otherwise, I recommend this firm for any work that they are willing to take on.
The price was not the cheapest I could get for this job. However, I got what I paid for a first rate job.

Our air died in the middle of August called Brennan's they came out gave us an estimate and were here early the next morning to install a whole new AC unit. Bill and Rich were very nice and professional, did a great job clean and efficient. The areas where they worked were cleaned up. Will recommend to friends!!!!

Bashir was great. Came in less than 24 hours after we called, and fixed a dripping issue on the water intake pipes of our system. Very capable, and very professional. Highly appreciated!

I was suffering from heat going out inside one of the two apt. units in my townhouse during an extremely cold period. There was an additional, unrelated issue with unusually loud noise coming from a compressor for that unit. The tech, Ronnie, was on time, was extremely professional, yet pleasant and personable, and was quickly able to get the heat restored in that unit. He explained that condition and the other issue very clearly and thoroughly. He was excellent to work with.

Shaylon came and replaced our water heater tank in one day. He had to negotiate slippery snow to get the tanks exchanged and worked hard in difficult cramped conditions without complaint. He did an excellent job. Highly recommended on all counts
