Ralph is a great communicator and punctual. He diagnosed the cause of the heat failure in my house and gave a realistic timeline for parts to be ordered. He completed the repair a few days later and the system has been functioning great ever since!

I love dealing with FH Furr. I just had a plumbing issue and I was blessed to have a young man named Tamron come out. Tamron was polite, professional, personable, and knowledgeable. It's a good day when you can smile after a service call.

Jermaine is professional and did an excellent job with my free estimate and installation of my new water heater, explaining everything about the water heater, from its features and how to use it to how to maintain it over time, plus the fact that the 10-year warranty means I can always call for assistance. Jermaine came to my door with a beautiful smile and demeanor. He was personable, knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain everything to my husband and me and even asked if there was anything we needed him to address. I was extremely pleased with his visit and his advice. If we ever need another plumber, I would ask for him.

I had a very bad experience with F.H. Furr plumbing. An employee named Jonathan came to my home to look at my furnace. He claimed that he cleaned a small plastic two in the furnace and that’s solve the problem. The furnace began working while he was there, but about an hour after he left it stopped working again. Over the next 24 hours, I repeatedly called F.H. Furr So that I could have another person come out and look at the furnace. At the time it was only about 10° outside and I was leaving town the next day.

Because the furnace was not working, I was scared that the pipes in my house would freeze. Still, despite constantly calling for 24 hours, I couldn’t get confirmation that someone could come to my house. I finally arranged for someone from F.H. Furr Plumbing to come two days later, after having no heat in my house for several days. Shockingly, after the appointment was confirmed F.H. Furr plumbing then cancelled the appointment, knowing that I was going out of town the next morning.

I immediately had to scramble and find another HVAC company to come the same day. Thankfully I was able to find a relaible HVAC company. When they came and viewed the furnace, they discovered that the person that came from F.H. Furr did not fix the problem at all. There was a completely different issue that was ignored. Thankfully, the new company was able to replace the part and fix the problem.

But my experience with F. H. Furr plumbing was extremely disappointed.

Reggie was amazing he showed up on time. He called to confirm before arriving. He came in assessed the problem gave us three different solutions. His follow up was amazing. I strongly recommend Reggie and his company. Five stars Reggie assessed our furnace, our ducks and made recommendations for a quick fix a mid range solution solution and a long-term solution providing timelines in his professional assessment.

Robert does fantastic work and was very persistent to solve an issue with my ejector pump system. He was thorough, very professional and communicates every detail. He was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him!

Mr. Sellers did a thorough review. Since their Did not seem to be a operational problem with the furnace, I will monitor the furnace and the thermostat For the next two weeks. He did discover a noncompliant gas line inside the furnace, and we will need to open the wall so that we can reach the gas turn off valve due to poor placement by the last contractor. he also pointed out that I had a sump pump which I was unaware of. Mr. sellers was professional and efficient.
I will cut a hole in the wall to gain access to the gas, turn off valve to the furnace, and he can return to put the correct line inside of the furnace. I would recommend his services to anyone.

Ronnie did an excellent job diagnosing my HVAC system. His explanation was clear, thorough, and easy to understand, which made the entire process stress-free. He walked me through all the options and left the final decision completely up to me, without any pressure. Ronnie was extremely professional and knowledgeable throughout the visit. I also really appreciated that the diagnosis fee was waived, which made the experience even better. I highly recommend Ronnie and F.H. Furr for their outstanding service.

Tamron the plumbing specialist was excellent. Very professional. He let me know when I should consider replacing my water tank which was very helpful. He checked the tank, drained and reminded me to do this annually (I needed the reminder). I was very happy with Tamron, excellent employee you have there.

Polite, professional, knowledgable, efficient. Was able to find and repair the leak above a bathroom ceiling in one site visit, without price gouging or attempting to upsell Not cheap, but worth it. A welcome departure from the trades folks that I have encountered in recent years. Going to try and get him to come back for additional projects.

Both Neil simmons & Mike Miyasato are a dynamic duo. Both were excellent and knowledgeable about what was wrong with my old furnace. It would be a serious hazard if I would have continued to use it. And Mike was knowledgeable about the new furnace and what was going to be replaced and was a wizard with the numbers. He made more comfortable with explaining the process. Thank Very Much. Mr MUHAMMED did a excellent job on replacing my old furnace. He efficient and told about the new furnace and was very knowledgeable setting up my thermostat.

My water heater finally gave up the ghost after 38 years. F.H. Furr answered my first call, set up a plumber meeting for the next day and kept me informed of arrival time. Mel Rutledge went above and beyond to replace my water heater in a very timely and professional fashion. He treated my home as if it was his own, you'd never know he was here after all of the work was completed. Can't compliment Mel enough on his work ethic, a true professional. Assessed the situation, offered me several options, and after selecting my choice had a new water heater installed in a few hours. Highly recommend F. H. Furr for plumbing services and maintenance.

We had an emergency event last night and FH Furr came to the rescue. We had water in our basement. The tech was quick and knowledgeable. We worked with “Mel” and he was superb. Very reasonable with prices and no upselling. Friendly and kind the entire visit even though it was a late night call. He came the next morning right away so they could install a brand new hot water heater. We will now continue to use this company regularly. We highly recommend.

Bryan at F.H. Furr did an outstanding job cleaning my mini split units. The photos shared showed they were spotless! I was impressed as the before photos seemed impossible to get completely clean. His communication was professional and I decided to sign up with their maintenance agreement.

Victor did a fantastic job in inspecting and assessing the state of my 13 year old HVAC, he was gracious courteous and absolutely professional in every aspect of the process. FH Furr provides comprehensive services in all aspects of system repair and maintenance so Victor was able to install a UV disinfecting system and schedule duct cleaning. He went over repair and replacement considerations thoroughly in order to fully inform my decision to go with full replacement. This is EXACTLY why I trust FH Furr with all my HVAC needs. I now not only know the state of my system, I am getting a seamless turnkey replacement of the system.

Later on, Cesar ‘Mike’ came by today also and upon Victor’s recommendations, Mike came in and assessed my condo for the in-condo and rooftop portion. Again like FH Furr people always, not only was he absolutely knowledgeable about the system I needed, he ensured the logistics of install details was streamlined by buying a rooftop unit called a side discharge that is skinny enough to allow carrying unit up the five story walk up versus hiring a crane that is needed for a conventional compressor. FH Furr also provided discounts where they could and came in under their initial estimate. FH Furr is not only seamless in their technical expertise, they are comprehensive in all aspects of their service and are all simply the nicest people. I’d hire them to build the spaceships I work on if I could pull them away from how passionately they do their jobs.

For Install phase, Kirill and his co-installer Jackson were great. They were efficient in every sense with proactive property protection provisions and laying out tools and equipment to be installed. They assessed and instilled great confidence and validated Mike’s install assessments that all was as expected.
They managed the crane coordination to realize efficiency to make that complex and inherently hazardous operation to lift new rooftop unit five stories above a busy city street and lower old unit look easy.
They worked cohesively up on roof and in-condo to install both the indoor and rooftop segments rapidly, comprised of many complex touch labor tasks. The removed all old equipment and new one’s packing, then showed me the new WiFi digital control operation as well as show the salient features of the configuring. Most importantly, their customer focus was paramount in every aspect, to ensure that all needs were not only met, they were anticipated and as a result they exceeded every expectation. FH Furr sets the bar high for its teams. Like my work in support to the NASA mission I did before I was forced into retirement by recent US Government decisions, only the best people make the cut, everyone at FH Furr I would hire in a minute to help me in my 40 year career as a Rocket Scientist doing AI&T on just about every human rated and autonomous spacecraft in these past four decades.

Our family recently had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Billy Lopez, and we cannot speak highly enough about the experience. Luis did an exceptional job. He was punctual, he offered suggestions for the issues at hand, and answered my questions. He ended up replacing two hoses and a faucet. And once he finished, he cleaned up. I thought the price was a bit high, but it was a job well done. And he did mention it was backed with a warranty. I would certainly recommend him for his services.
