Oasis has been an amazing help to us for over a decade! Today they replaced our water heater less than 24 hours after the old one surrendered!

I wanted to compliment Danielle and Harlan, the technicians who did our a/c system inspection and performed preventative maintenance on our unit this morning. They worked as a team and demonstrated professionalism while being personable and informative in the performance of their job. They were thorough, even replacing contact leads that had corroded as well as a capacitor that was testing outside of normal range. They left documentation of what they did for those who come after them. We feel confident in the performance of our a/c unit going forward .

I’m a very satisfied customer. Joe is very experienced. Oasis does outstanding work and is very customer-oriented. I recently had Oasis install a new heating/air system— very quick and efficient. Several years ago I left a message one Sunday evening when my air wasn’t working—Joe had come and fixed it by 8am Monday morning.

I had a great experience getting my furnace and AC replaced by Oasis. When it was time to replace the very old furnace and AC in my condo, Oasis gave me a quote for $1500 less than my usual company for the same equipment. I got the estimate done on a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend, and they were able to install on Wednesday, which I really appreciated since my furnace wasn't working. Betsy was very helpful with excellent customer service, the installation was friendly and quick, and my new furnace is working beautifully.

We had an initial miscommunication about pricing, but the company resolved it quickly and professionally. Their customer service was responsive and the owner made sure everything was handled to our satisfaction. The tech who came to do the work was extremely knowledgeable and fixed the problem on the first visit. It's clear they value quality and customer care. We’re now confident in their service and look forward to working with them again. Highly recommend!

We had evidence of a gas leak near the gas meter in our garage. We called Washington Gas to investigate, but they found nothing. Then we called Oasis to check. Danielle of Oasis was much more thorough in her investigation, and she was able to find the leak in a joint between two pipes. Harlan and Danielle then resolved the problem by putting pipe "caulk" on the threads of the smaller pipe. Obviously, they did a much better job than Washington Gas !

Annual service performed. Always timely, efficient and walks us thru any issues. Plus great with my dog!

We have depended Oasis for over 30 years and have never been disappointed in their service. They are a top-notch company with highly skilled technicians and caring staff. Last Friday afternoon our water heater broke. Our replacement was not in stock so they ordered one. On the following Monday they drove 2 1/2 hours to pick up the correct replacement and installed it that day.
By early afternoon they were done and we had hot water again.

When it was time to replace our old HVAC the owner spent about an hour with us reviewing the various systems and explaining why the one he recommended was the best

Dave Williams arrived quickly (no small feat in metro DC traffic) and was courteous, efficient, and quick in fixing my HVAC issue.
Highly recommend.

Technician Steve was great, explained what he was doing and answered questions. Definitely will use them again.

9/24Hekmat Bikzad once again did outstanding work. I requested a technician because the water hammer in our pipes suddenly became really loud and scary! Hekmat replaced the pressure reducing valve for the system, then solved another (separate) issue with an emergency shut off valve under a sink.As always—Courteous, reliable, professional!

9/24 Jose Martinez and Daniel were our techs recently to check the status of our sump pump. Professional, courteous and experts. That’s why we use McDaniel!

6/24 Hekmat expertly replaced our water heater. We are so glad we are McDaniel customers!

The team did a great job with my A-line thermostat replacement. They arrived right on time, remained professional throughout the visit, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. I’m happy with the service.

I don’t usually post reviews, but I’d like to share my recent experience with McDaniel Service, Inc. and Hekmat Bikzad (plumber) and his team, who installed my new water heater in Sept ’25. These guys are prompt, fast, efficient, and truly top-notch in their field. I had an issue with my water heater on Wednesday, and Thursday a brand-new water heater was installed. We’ve used McDaniel Svcs for years now, both at our primary home and at other properties, and they just keep getting better every time. The work is always done right the first time, consistently. Chris Johnson expertly changed out a leaking fresh water connection valve for my refrigerator and replaced it with a fully operational fresh water connection valve that does not leak and is fully operational. Chris is an expert plumber.
