Trademasters employees Neil, David, and Eddie were prompt, courteous, and knowledgable. They installed a completely new HVAC system/water heater in less than six hours, demo’d the system’s features and user interfaces, and answered all of my questions satisfactorily.

HVAC Estimator came out to explain in detail the options for our much needed heating and cooling system. He also helped narrow the choices to two making it easier to select. Team that came by first thing on the first available morning went to work and completed install ahead of schedule. Well done.

We have used Trademasters for two decades for HVAC work and have never been disappointed with their quality and service. I wasn’t aware that they also did plumbing work so I contacted them to fix a leaky faucet. They sent us Phil, one of their plumbers, who did a great job fixing our sink. He also answered many questions we had concerning possible lead piping in our house. He gave us quite an education. Phil went the extra mile to make sure we understood everything. Eddie worked hard to find the only unit in stock in Northern VA and Phil completed the work to make sure hot water was back ASAP. Most importantly Trademasters guided us to and installed the A/C and furnace of my dreams. Get a Trane; not every HVAC company is Trane certified. The crew arrived exactly on time. The outdoor A/C unit location had to be changed and they came up with a brilliant solution with which we are thrilled. The crew explained everything clearly, were tidy and finished quickly. Back at headquarters I have been told that our warranty was taken care of by the time the work finished. Unlike the extremely bad experiences with other HVAC companies, working with Trademasters has been a joy.

The Trademasters plumbers were professional and thorough. They repaired a leak in the main water pipe going into our condominium. It was a major deal for us. Trademasters did the repair without having to shut off our water. Total win.

I purchased a new HVAC system early November 2026, I was happy with the original installation, but I had no idea the amount of stress this company would put me through in the up coming months.

Unfortunately my HVAC system didn't actually work until 2.5 months later, after over 5 trips out to my house with numerous service men who didn't fix the issue. One particular plumber was so rude and left me with no hot water, and left my house a mess. I was almost at my wits end. I ended up getting my money back for one repair that not only wasn't needed but didn't fix the problem. Upon my last call the manager was very short with me on the phone and rude, which I found astounding since I was the one that had dealt with no heat for that long, along with a period of no hot water. I will add that it turned out the HVAC unit had a defective pump that was replaced by the rude plumber. In the end after dealing with all this. I had a wonderful guy named Ben who came out, with Eddie, and actually cared, and really promised not to leave until things were fixed. Nobody should have to go through this, after purchasing a brand new HVAC, the level of stress that it caused me was off the charts, but I am so thankful that I ended up having Ben and his expertise and caring nature in the end.

We had an entire dual fuel system replaced by Trademasters Inc. The sales process was easy and communication was good. The install crew's workmanship was outstanding. It took a few followup visits to get the system dialed in but thats to be expected.

I got a few different quotes before deciding on Trademasters for a new HVAC system. I was really impressed with the price and the explanation of the process. They did such an amazing job with the final installation. They were able to fit the unit into a new section of our laundry room which optimizes the space better. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the process and have nothing but positive things to say about Trademasters.
