Marcellus was wonderful, he explained in detail everything he was doing to get our fireplace up and running smoothly this season, he explained the maitenance plan in detail so that I and my daughter could understand what was involved. Our fireplace looks and works well now.

This company is an absolute joke. We’ve paid for a monthly maintenance service and haven’t received the service when we need it. Been trying to reach someone since March to get this resolved but no one will call us back. We’re only able to speak to receptionists. They won’t connect us to a manager although we’ve repeatedly asked. This morning a technician just stopped by for an appointment we never made. After six months of reaching out, they sent someone over without even asking if we’d be home to receive him. This company is running a scam.

I have annual gas fireplace maintenance service contract with Cyprus. I’m going on my third year. Scheduling is easy and I like the text reminders. A shout out to Mr. Derrick Dorsett, the tech was professional, courteous and prompt with today’s service.

Ivan was promptly on time. He was professional and very knowledgeable about the three air conditioning units that were recommended. He answered all my questions and was patience with my confusion, explaining clearly for my understanding. We had a few laughs too. I was comfortable with him. He throughly discussed the financing process and made some recommendations. I am satisfied with the serviced I received. I find Ivan to be a great asset to Cyprus Air. Thank you Ivan.

Henry, was punctual and professional. Henry a d his crew were fantastic a d they've installed my new HVAC system quickly with no issues. His team cleaned up their work area spotless. Henry took time out after install to explain my new unit and answer all my questions and concerns.

Dejuan inspected my hvac outdoor vent because concerns were raised about possible deterioration at the cap. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He is a great asset to the Cyprus Air team and I will use him again for chimney inspection and maintenance.

Mr. Ivan Kovalets, Introduced himself in a professional and courteous manner. He asked what is the problem with my gas fireplace and I explained to him the issues. After looking at my fireplace which is an older no longer manufactured one, he suggested trying to fix it before getting a new one. The technician Jay quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He answered all my questions. Our fireplace looks better than it did. The one-time price is high, and so I went with the one year maintenance plan, which is only a bit more.

Nathaniel was the consummate professional. He did far more than expected despite a unit on the third floor, circuit breakers in the basement and the external unit outside the garage. His attitude throughout the work was cheerful and despite the best efforts of our over-eager dog, he was thorough, polite and responsive to every question asked. Your technician, Jay Giles, did a fine job. He was prompt, very thorough, explained everything he was doing and why, and answered all my questions. From his actions and explanations, it seemed the system was responding, and I was hoping the problem was solved.
Unfortunately, that was not the case. This morning when I woke up there was an alert on the Ecobee system, a copy of which is also attached along with an email message. What is the solution? Your tech certainly all he could while here.
A second question I have is why no sensor was installed when the HVAC unit was installed? No one ever mentioned sensors and what the advantages were. Without sensors, how can the system check itself if it is running properly? Would a sensor provide a solution to the problems we are having here?
Finally, is there a resolution to this situation so we can be comfortable at home and not be getting ongoing alert messages?

We have a Rainsoft water conditioning system and there are very few technicians that can work on these systems due to proprietaries.

We had Ray Roman, Henry Montalvan and another guy named John help us with a non warranty piece that needed to be replaced.

These guys were all professional, punctual, friendly and happy to work with us to get our water system working again.

We are lucky because these guys are the only ones local enough to come out and they were very easy to work with.

Dejuan was fantastic, quick, and polite when he came to clean our chimney. He was incredibly helpful on some tips specific to our fireplace because of the structure of the house. Fair price and no pushy upselling. I'll definitely be using Cyprus again in the future.
