I had the greatest experience with Kiyan installing my new HVAC unit. My old unit was 28 years old and it was time for a new one. Kiyan showed up right on time and after going through the work area started the job. Kiyan and his helper did a fantastic job on the new units, work was exceptional and the area was spotless after he finished the work. He spent quite a bit of time with this old man teaching me how to work the new thermostat! His work and personality were a joy to me and my wife. Thank you for a great job and I highly recommend them for the work that was done.

I recently had to replace my aged HVAC system and technicians Kiyan and Milton did an excellent installation. They were very considerate in treating my home with care, both are very professional and knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the full installation process. I've been using M.E. Flow for for periodic maintenance and repairs for many years and have always been very happy with their services and in particular the knowledge and skills of their service technicians.

I had an emergency this morning due to a backup in my kitchen sink. I called M E Flow; they got here earlier than scheduled. Mike Dailey did the job and got the grease out of the shared common tee. Mike explained everything carefully and in plain English. He got this cleared regardless of the amount of time he spent. He also cleaned the kitchen diligently. He also counseled my neighbor about this issue. All in all — A+.

I’ve used M.E. Flow for the last year and a half, mostly for routine inspections. They were reliable for that, no issues. But when my first real HVAC problem happened, they fell flat.
My AC died on a Friday. They came out Saturday, gave me a vague estimate (“maybe $2,000, maybe more”), and said a parts specialist would call Monday to confirm if the part was under warranty. I waited. Monday? Nothing. Tuesday? Still nothing. I called multiple times, spoke with genuinely kind and professional customer service reps—honestly, fabulous people—but no one followed up. Meanwhile, my house was sweltering, my pets were overheating, and I was sweating through my soul.
Finally, after several days of silence, I gave up and called another company. They responded within ten minutes, and by the next day they had reviewed the M.E. Flow estimate, confirmed the part was under warranty, and gave me a transparent, fair quote. Oh—and they hand-delivered a loaner window unit the same day while we waited for repairs.
Then, M.E. Flow finally got back to me… with a quote for $7,000, claiming the part wasn’t covered. (Reminder: it was. The actual cost? $600.)
Here’s the thing: I still really appreciate the kindness and professionalism of M.E. Flow’s customer service team. But a good company needs more than a friendly voice on the phone. It needs follow-through. Clear communication. And honesty. Especially when it’s 90+ degrees and someone’s just trying to get their air back on.
Unfortunately, when it mattered most, M.E. Flow didn’t deliver. I won’t be using them again. -
Kiyan his crew did an outstanding job of installing my new HVAC unit. They were prompt, efficient and took time to explain everything they did. I was extremely pleased. They are great representatives for M.E. Flow

Don’t waste your money! Their fees have gotten ridiculous over the years. They were a company I used to have on speed dial but not any longer. They came and installed a water heater 5 years ago. Less than 1 year later the PVC pipe starts leaking and they charged me to repair it. I called them to come out as the leak returned and was quoted $7,700 to replace the water heater Again. They also mentioned even with the water heater manufacturer warranty the cost would be the same as installing a new one. I will not be doing business with this company anymore after 15 years, they lost a loyal customer!

This company used to be good. They have seriously declined and out to steal your money. They pulled a fast one on me. They came to my home to diagnose a problem. When the guy was here he basically cleaned the tube that collects condensation (simple to do with a little bleach) and said he needed to order a part. He said if I buy the maintenance membership I could get a discount for the part. He came back a week later and not only forgot the part, but said he couldn't work on my compressor with the Verizon people there because he was going to work with dangerous chemicals. He comes back another week later and left the dangerous chemicals all over the ground around the compressor. I have a large dog who is always in my yard. He neglected to inform me not to let my dog out, or mention the chemicals. There were foaming strong smelling bubbles everywhere. My hose was right next to where he was working. DUH???????? I called the company and they said I had to wait until it rained before the chemicals would dissipate. That could have been weeks.
So the other day they come for the FIRST MEMBERSHIP SERVICE. The guy tried to tell me I had black mold inside my furnace. Yes, there was some so-called mildew and dust. You cannot call anything black mold without testing it. I received another opinion and was told it was just some mildew, did not appear to be anything alarming. M. E. Flow simply wanted me to spend 3k to buy an air scrubber, etc.....On top of trying to rip me off, they told me the first time they came, I used one of the service inspections. NO WRONG.......
I recommend that you get 2nd opinions before wasting money here. -
One of my worst service experiences of my life. I’m never trusting them again and neither should you. My AC unit isn’t working and it’s been 90+ degrees outside. I call M.E. Flow at ~0945 on Friday desperately trying to get a same day service and am confidently assured I will have a technician between 1300 and 1700 that day. I managed to get last-minute notice leave approved to come home for that. I wait and wait and finally get a cancellation notice from M.E. Flow at ~1400. That’s way too late in the day and I try unsuccessfully to get another company technician to come same day. So I just accept another appointment with M.E. Flow for today, Saturday. Then, about an hour ago, another cancellation text from M.E. Flow. It’s now noon on Saturday, so no other company can make an appointment until Monday. So me, my wife, and our long-furred dog have to endure an 80+ degree home interior for the weekend just because this company won’t simply be honest and say “no, we don’t have availability today.” I spent 4 leave hours at work, will have multiple sweat-soaked evenings, have to try multiple ideas to keep my dog from overheating, and wasted two days where I could have been finding a new, trustworthy HVAC company to come fix my AC. Oh, and I’m SURE it’s just a coincidence that I’m getting 10x the amount of spam calls since giving this company my number…
I know all they’ll do is send me some AI-generated or stock language apology, but this situation is so especially bad that I had to make it known. This is beyond gross incompetence or negligence. This is an AC issue in the middle of summer; just let people know you can’t manage a same day service instead of stringing them along. -
I was able to schedule an appointment quickly, which I appreciated. However, this is a rental property, and I specifically asked for the technician to call me — Clinton didn’t, even though he wrote on his ticket he did. I knew he was arriving within 30 minutes, so I kept my phone next to me. Instead, he told the tenants the issue couldn’t be fixed, turned off the hot water tank, and then provided an estimate for a hot water unit that includes a power vent I don’t currently even have.
I also called and asked for a manager to follow up. That never happened.
Overall, the customer service and follow-through were disappointing. I would not recommend based on this experience. -
Great service from Kiyan and his colleague. They showed up on time and immediately started the removal and replacement process. They were prompt, efficient and took the time to explain everything they did, and made sure we understood everything.
I can’t say the same for the corporate side. The salesman was really nice, but he said he would show up for the installation but didn’t. Corporate had arranged a crane to hoist the outside unit to the roof, but it was late and corporate didn’t provide contact info to Kiyan. When we called corporate, I felt blown off. When I expressed that, I felt dismissed again. I was told I couldn’t speak to the supervisor. Kiyan got hold of him and the we were able to speak, but it felt like he really didn’t care. I had requested that the salesman call, but he didn’t.
Kiyan saved the day though. Kiyan was excellent, very professional, efficient and kind. He was thorough and proficient, explaining about seasonal servicing and how everything worked, which was great since so many places don’t have good service any more. Ask for him when you call. -
We recently had ME Flow install a new heat pump in our home. The unit is located in our attic and getting the old unit out and a large, bulky new unit up a ladder and into a very restricted space was no easy feat. To add to the challenge, the weather on the day of install was very hot and the attic was even hotter. Kiyan and Milton were truly a high performing team with a plan and they installed it without a hitch. In addition to installing the unit in the attic they installed an exterior unit that required some additional securing to our previous platform and they got that done expeditiously and just as we requested. We highly recommend ME Flow and Kiyan and Milton.

The installation was scheduled promptly. The master plumber (Xavier) did a great job. The job was very clean and neat. The county inspector also remarked that the work performed was a top notch installation. I will definitely contact ME Flow again for future needs, if any. Also great follow-up by the administrative office, after the work was completed!

We have a hot water Base Board heat system and it wasn't working. We called M.E. Flow and they were able to come out the very next next day. Aaron and Rojillo (sp?) were early (we got a heads-up they would be) and after I explained the situation and showed them around, they went straight to work. They assessed the situation and after a couple hours, got our base board heat flowing again. They took the time to explain the system to me and what they determined the problem to be (air in the pipes) and we now have heat from the base boards again. Less than $90 for the service call and they did the whole job for under $370. Great job by these two professionals. We were extremely pleased by the quick response and the quality work. Would definitely use M.E. Flow again.

On time, professional, friendly, hard working & on budget. Kiyan & his terrific HVAC team check off all the boxes. Highly recommend.

I had an absolutely spectacular service from Kiyan today. He rapidly diagnosed the problem with our new HVAC unit, solved it within minutes, and was on his way. Par for the course—we have greatly appreciated our service from ME Flow and are lifelong customers hereafter.

This is a review for Saydal Ahmadi and Maclin Lopez. My HVAC went belly up on Christmas Eve and these two HVAC heros saved the day. They spent their Christmas Eve replacing my HVAC with good cheer and great expertise. When I say they were clean, I’m talking about spotless. Saydal and Maclin (and every other technician I’ve worked with at MEFlow) are why I return!

My friend was stranded with no power in 20°F weather due to M.E. Flow technician error! The technician was supposed to fix her HVAC and ended up knocking out all the power, leaving her to try to make last minute arrangements at night to stay somewhere else. Technicians clearly need better training and this customer should not be charged for these "services".

This company is highly unresponsive and challenging to work with. A representative visited to quote on a mini-split but their quote was not consistent with what I needed - their responsiveness back was poor - and then they said -after a lengthy visit the first time - they needed to come back for another visit - despite my telling them exactly what i needed during the visit and then in follow up emails. Go elsewhere - they are indifferent to getting new customers - and treat them accordingly

Kiyan and his team replaced our HVAC system today and I’m very pleased with the entire process from start to finish. The installation was done efficiently, with great attention to detail. The crew respected the property, kept the work area clean, and made sure everything was tested before leaving.
I’ve been using M.E. Flow since 2017, and they have always done an excellent job. Their consistency and professionalism give me confidence every time. Highly recommended! -
The home plumbing inspection completed by Xavi from ME Flow was excellent. He was extremely thorough and patiently explained everything and answered all my questions. Lots of great advice as well as finding problem areas. Highly recommend his work.

STAY AWAY! This company sold us an overpriced HVAC/Humidifier which continued to have issues all year long. Including flooding into our rec-room, damaging our carpet and walls. Management lied about compensating us for our out of pocket expenses. It's been six months and manager Ed Collins repeats the same lies over and over, that's when he's made to return out calls. Mostly he sends us to his voicemail. No compensation, no accountability, completely unacceptable!
