Our technician Sahdula was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and got the job done fast. He explained everything we needed to know and made sure we took notes :) He cleaned up after he was done and we were very pleased with his service. Would definitely recommend him.

Very nice Gentleman. He came over and gave us a verbal quote for a new AC Unit from Lennox. However we never got anything in writing. He never broke down the price of the unit and the price of labor. He tried to sell us the least expensive made in Mexico. I told him 5 times I did not want that. It wasn’t enough efficiency and it also has a lower warranty. . I told him I wanted the Elite 18 at a minimum. Made in the USA. Currently we own a Signature top of the line that is 18 years old. Still running but not efficient enough now.

Dan was a great person, very knowledgeable. BUT one day before installation, manager there at Cyprus wanted an additional $1500 for a chimney inspection, then went down to $500, this was a suspicious situation and i cancelled and awaiting for my refund.

Derrick Dorsett is always careful and professional so I request him for my fireplace maintenance every year. As always his service was great today!

Mr. Ebersole performed annual maintenance on my fireplace. He is very professional and knows his craft. When he comes for my fireplace annual maintenance and my heating and A/C annual maintenance, I have confidence that he will do a thorough job.

Extremely knowledgeable about gas fireplaces. I was expected to have to purchase a part, however it only needed cleaning ( he did rewire as it was not rewired to the remote correctly) and did all of this in a timely manager

Ivan came to give us an estimate on converting our fireplace to gas. He was excellent in every way. Ivan gave us a thorough explanation of all our options and the advantages and disadvantages of each. He was outstanding. However, we will not be going with Cyprus because we felt the cost was prohibitive.

Sales rep was very knowledgeable and did not try to up sell. He focused on what was needed and proposed a fair price. No high pressure tactics.

Service was to check a gas log feature and prepare it for winter operation. Christian got the system going and identified portions that need replacement. He helpfully explained the different components and operation.

Mr Renardo Daniels was extremely professional from the time He stepped through the doorway placing his shoe covers on, to answering every question we with detailed information. We enjoyed speaking with him for our FP upgrade estimate. He is passionate as well as very knowledgeable about his job and the company. There should be a template made of him for future reps to go by.

Marcellus did a great job at The Flats at Union Row. He was professional, friendly and courteous. He also gave me additional useful information.

Cyprus did an amazing job. Found out current fireplace is outdated and inoperable. Sahdula recommended a way forward that was affordable to our budget. Now we have a working fireplace again. Thank you.
