Constraction reviews in Norfolk, Virginia

Very pleased, will reach out to Matt when it's time to do our next project. Good work done by a good person. How many more compliments can we throw at our kitchen renovation with house healers? We had to wait for his availability and he was worth the wait. Always on time, good communication. Anything that came up he handled. Matt was flexible and patient with changes we decided to make during the project. He stands behind his work and it shows. Thank you Matt for working with us we are so happy with our new kitchen and new home!

My wife and I were lucky to find these guys! Extremely professional and on the ball with their work. Great experience!

Very reliable business and professional staff. Conducted a thorough inspection and gave a quality report. Worked with me to assess the extent of maintenance required for my door repairs. Would highly recommend.

Matt installed two replacement shower doors for us. Excellent job. Very neat. Professional. Would highly recommend Beach handyman.

Matt and his team provide high quality construction work as well as excellent customer service. I am thankful for the partnership (Mobiledumps Norfolk) we have created and look forward to working on future jobs together!

I’d hire him a third time! Matt and his team did a conscientious job and stayed in communication with me during the two projects. I am pleased with the quality of his workmanship and he was collaborative to understand and implement my goals in this renovation.

Great company, decent employees

I was behind truck number 17 on Independence Road. He was doing exactly 45 mph for the longest time. I thought for sure there were cars in front of us. Nope, he was just being a good driver and obeying the law In the rain this morning. Usually contractors are in a rush and drive pretty terribly which is surprising with all of their company logos on the outside but hats off to you driver of the Nissan Titan in truck number 17. Thanks for driving safely in the rain today.

My husband Ulysses 🥊 withrow been with the company for a little while now and they had a Christmas party December 7 on Sunday and I just wanna tell you the Christmas party was so beautiful. I really enjoyed it. I met some amazing people and I have never had a great time as I did at that Christmas party and I just wanted to thank brite electric for that party.. it was beautiful 🙏🏽❤️

AQ Contracting is my most trusted contractor. I’ve relied on them for several projects now, and their professionalism and attention to detail are unmatched. They always show up on time, provide fair pricing, and ensure the job is done right. If you want a contractor you can actually count on, this is the one

I LOVE this company.

Do not waste your time and money going anywhere else. AQ Contracting is the best in Hampton Roads.

Great company. Great prices. Amazing customer service.

AQ quickly came and assessed my roof leak, presented me with a pictures and a quote quickly. My roof was repaired quickly and professionally. I trust AQ with all my home improvement needs.

Horrible company, ran by Claudia, who contracts out the work and never or doesn't have the ability to check to see if the work is performed correctly or completed. They quoted me one thing then after been paid said that they weren't capable of completing, which if they did a proper inspection they would have know the work was extensive. They said the space was too low. How can you do a proper inspection and do pest control if you can't get too the entire crawl space? Claudia hired another contractor who was totally unprofessional and encouraged me to threaten the owner so that he could get paid more to finish the job. This was a crawlspace fix but some issues are still unresolved and it's been years. I would have fired the company if my Realestate agent didn't get them paid before they finished the job.

AQ Contracting installed a patio door for me on June 2, 2023.
I would like to thank Jimmy, Bruce, Eddie, Nate, and the Trim
guy for the professionalism and work ethic they displayed. I would not hesitate to call them for future projects, or to recommend their expertise to others. Job well done!

These guys are the best!! They did my cabinets and countertops saved me a ton of money that I was able to put into my remodel. I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

Kitchen turned out really well. On time with cabinets and counter installation. Took extra time to trim window sill with granite. Came back for minor adjustments. We are very pleased !!!

The price was considerably less than 4 other quotes from big box and kitchen and bath stores. They were even able to squeeze me in before Christmas!! So excited for the new counter tops!

Great job Stonewood! The new kitchen for my client looks Super Fantastic! The gray cabinets with Salome Granite countertops look Amazing! I can’t wait to see the bathrooms!

I loved the ease of shopping thier showroom for countertops and cabinets. We even picked out a sink. Very friendly, informative and much better than the Big name stores. Many choices of countertops and prices. Love the quality of thier cabinets. Before you decide and buy, go here first!

Do not pay up front. Dishonest. They will not complete the work on time as promised. Excuse after excuse like “they need to polish the granite” when the process takes an hour for the few small backsplash pieces we have left. Next stop, Better Business Bureau.
