I recently installed new kitchen cabinets and i was ready for Granite. I knew what i wanted and had my measurements, I went to 5-6 different places around town and got some quotes. I found these guys through the Valpack and was skeptical, when i drove by the building i was still skeptical, not in a great part of town and the outside of the building looked run down. The inside was nicer than expected but the best part was their price, it was $500 less that the next best quote. I found a good review online and decided to give them a try. They measured and installed within a week (measured on Tuesday afternoon, installed on Saturday morning). The only issue i had was the counter edge, i requested half bull nose edge and that got lost in translation and they did a pencil edge. After they were in, i decided to keep the pencil edge. I was worried because the half bull nose edge was left off of the contract i signed but the price included half bull nose edge. The owner called and i told him the situation and took off of the additional price of the half bull nose, no questions asked. The installers took about 2 hours and they look great. Overall it was a great experience and i would certainly do business with them again.

Delivered my countertops quickly, in beautiful condition, and installed just right. A+++

Stonewood replaced our kitchen cabinets, counter tops, and bathroom vanities in June of last year. I expected the entire process to be a hassle but it went so much better than expected. They gave us exactly what we wanted, and did it quickly and without much delay between the cabinet and counter top installation. There was an issue with the initial stone that we picked out, and we had to make an adjustment, but they were willing to work with us to get a nicer quartz, and even split the difference in cost with us. The only very minor inconvenience for us was having to have someone reconnect our faucets after the installation, as they do not do anything with the plumbing, but this was a very minor thing, and was not an issue at all.
I recommend them to anyone I come in contact with, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I purchased 12 uppers and 8 lower wooden cabinets. The material used is good. Painted instead of paper of laminate cover. Not press board, ply box and finger jointed drawer sides . I would highly recommend glue and trim nailing the cabinets together if you are doing the assembly. There was only one cabinet that had issues and they swapped it out no problem.
The guys that installed the counter tops did a good job over all. The top of my dishwasher door was scratched and the outlet was broken. But the top is covered unless being filled so it’s hardly seen. And I can swap the outlet cover for a few dollars so no harm done.
Yes, I would recommend going here. the material is better than Home Depot or Lowe’s has to offer and the prices are better. I will add photos after the kitchen is done.

New Reno and on a budget? Avoid and go to IKEA instead. Better quality and less hassle.

Our home's previous owner purchased cabinets here and we needed to get one cabinet that matched. Entire process was painful. Everyone behind the counter yells. There is so much echo in the space, that you cannot hear a word or comprehend what they are saying.

I see a lot of contractors getting stuff here so I'm assuming they have special pricing. But if your contractor insists on this supplier, run.

It is frustrating not to have dates when you are managing projects. It is hard to get answers from this company. When you call in, or email, the response is vague. It feels like the employees answering the questions are a barrier to getting to the employees that are running the departments. The calls received for scheduling were received at 6pm the night before arrival.

As a customer, I feel having to reach out to the company to find out installation information is unprofessional. Communication is key in client satisfaction.

They have done many jobs for me. But they just completed my personal kitchen. Cabinets and trim fantastic. Granite counters and full backsplash appear to be folded pieces of granite everything flows as if it was one. Their crews are clean, fast and pay attention to details. Always will and have always recommended them. Thanks for another great job.

TERRIBLE!!! I am glad we dodged that bullet. I asked two questions about the quality and service delivery and they blew their tops. Speaking in a different language and then said it’s better for me to pick up and install on our own and then they said they refuse to do the installation. At that point why would we continue to give them business once they are refusing service. As this is happening a guy walks in pissed he was given the wrong cabinet set. And I could only wonder how long he will be without his kitchen due to Stonewood’s incompetence. Some people have a great experience but as soon as things are not perfect I can see they will run and never cover the work they do. The only thing on paper is an estimate and want us to pay in full with nothing on paper about the service they will provide. Just know if you go to them they have terrible customer service the product is yours as is and if you ask questions they will refuse service and waste all your time so don’t strip your kitchen until you are sure the company is a good one. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a renovation company. No wonder they rank the lowest.

DO NOT USE! I just got done filing a BBB complaint. They damaged our ceiling and are now denying it. Damaged our quartz upon install and aren’t willing to make it right. TERRIBLE SERVICE

Horrible company, work, customer service, and professionalism!!!!! I give them a negative 10 stars. The installers install my countertops how they wanted to instead of what I requested and paid for. They scratched my brand new floors moving the refrigerator, which I don’t understand why they touched my Refrigerator they were here to install countertops, then lied about it and Stonewood refuses to take any responsibility. Court is next! I will never spend my money with this poor excuse for a company again!

First time installers came out one of the pieces had broken. Stonewood made it right and fixed it. We are very happy with our new counters and they turned out better than expected. Installers did an awesome job and were very professional. Can't beat their prices!

The customer service is excellent and the owners daughter designed a perfect kitchen. The installers where on time and did an excellent job. If you want the best quality for the price look no further.

COMPANY DOES NOT STAND BEHIND ITS WORK! Just purchased a home where Stonewood Kitchen & Bath had installed granite countertops in 2018. The countertop was installed incorrectly without any support for the overhang which is up to 15”. After calling & explaining the situation and asking them to fix the safety issue they had created I was told to go out and buy support posts & install them myself. I guess if the countertop breaks off & injures myself or my children I’ll see them in court.

Stonewood is fast, efficient, and they do excellent work. Their countertops are fabricated quickly, around 7 days or less, and installed professionally. The total process between measuring and installation is less than two weeks. Additionally the have trim and quarter round at .50 a foot in 16 ft pieces, flooring, doors, and a selection of in stock cabinets. Their cabinets are inexpensive and of good quality. Their staff is professional.

We've had them do a job at another house, and it went pretty well. We're in the middle of having another home done and so far it's been alright, with several hickups and some miscommunication.

I'm hoping things turn out well and we can keep using them.

    Value is certainly there.

Installed the countertops on a home going on the market. I understand that there is nothing they can do about a wall being straight, but I would have assumed they would have done the caulking or whatever necessary to blend it into the wall. The countertop also bordered a tile backsplash. On one countertop piece that's only 2 ft, they did not raise the back of the countertop to meet the bottom of the tile. I understand that maybe the cabinet was lower than the rest, but I believe that it would have only taken a couple small shims to make the difference.

I want to start off by saying I don't like negative reviews; reading them or in the rare cases of writing them. But I feel like I have no other choice here and want to spare other buyers a similarly painful and frustrating experience.

The good: I would purchase cabinets and counters from Stonewood again. The material is solid and they can probably keep costs down by offering a more limited inventory. It's fine. They offer more than enough to choose from and it seems to be good quality.

The bad: After the cabinets were installed, we saw several chips and dents because of how carelessly they were handled during unpacking and installation. When we asked about this, they told us to come by the store to pick up paint match to fix it ourselves. Then there's the design component. At no point in the emails, calls, or contract was a crown molding mentioned. In fact, they stated they would install the cabinets flush to the ceiling. We removed the old 12-inch bulkhead and rebuilt a 2-inch soffit so the surface would be level. Hours upon hours of extra work. Then towards the end of installation, they showed me the crown molding and the giant gap between the cabinets and the soffit, and said they wouldn't be installing the crown molding because it wouldn't fit over the soffit. If they told us they would be using the extra material and NOT installing flush to the ceiling, it would have saved us an entire 12-hour day of prep work. We now have to install the crown molding ourselves. Oh, and they forgot an entire wall cabinet and had to bring it back with the counters. We're also installing that one ourselves. There is a significant language barrier that also makes communicating with them extremely difficult at times.

The worst: I would never, and I mean never, trust them to come into my home again. If I bought anything from Stonewood again, it would be to pick up and install ourselves. The cabinet installers left my home an absolute mess. Not just all the dust and debris on my kitchen floor. Also the bikes that they knocked over in my garage, denting one. Also the screws and nails they left laying around in my driveway, that we could have either punctured a tire or stepped on. Also the piss all over my bathroom floor when I let the installers use my bathroom (NEVER AGAIN) because they were disgusting and missed the toilet. I almost forgot to mention how one of the cabinet installers wrote on my kitchen wall with permanent sharpie marker. Pissed on my bathroom floor, left permanent marker on my kitchen walls, and the entire place a complete and utter mess. My kids were cleaner and more attentive than that when they were 2.

And now Stonewood would like the remainder of the balance due, about $1,000. If I were to add up the value of the time we spent doing additional, unnecessary prep work, cleaning up after they destroyed my home, fixing the dings and chips in the cabinets, and installing the crown molding ourselves, the amount of money we could have charged for our time would FAR exceed the remaining balance due. To say nothing of what could have happened if me or my kids stepped on one of the nails or screws they left strewn about our driveway.

    In short: buyer strongly beware.

I used Stonewood K&B for (2) very large vanities, and I was very pleased with the products I chose. The cabinetry consists of solid wood construction throughout, with dovetail joints, and soft close drawers and doors. Overall, “excellent” quality and finish. The surface I chose was quartz, and it looks beautiful. Overall, you cannot beat the value of the product you receive. I would definitely recommend Stonewood K&B for your kitchen or bath remodeling needs.

What I ordered versus what I got. Looks like two completely different countertops. They’re saying it’s the lighting…that’s a lot of difference in lighting to make THEIR picture look tan/black, but when it’s installed look grey/white. But hey…“ The fabrication and installation was completed as agreed and within the scope of the invoice. If you wish to move forward with a different countertop, we’d be happy to start a new order, though the cost and coordination of the replacement and the removal and plumbing would be the customer’s responsibility”

I purchased my kitchen cabinets from stonewood back in 2017 and am still completely satisfied with my purchase. You will be hard pressed to find a better price for wood (not particle board) cabinets with soft close. The owners were respectful to me when I was choosing my cabinets and the installers were great to work with. We chose a granite slab from Rock Solid since we fell in love with a slab at the site. I bought a bathroom vanity and granite top recently that I installed myself and was very pleased with the outcome.
