I don’t think I’ve ever been so excited to review a company. I recently recently rented an Airbnb due to some flooding in my home. On move-in day the place was filthy. I let the Remax agent know and at first she didn’t want to do anything. She agreed to send a cleaning service and told them a light cleaning was all that was needed.

I can’t overstate how impressed I was. They categorically refused to do a light cleaning and said it needs to be deep cleaned and we need to spend half our day doing it. They advocated for me and refused to do anything except the kind of job anyone would be proud of. I can’t recommend them enough super impressed with everything they did. They also went above and beyond with little things like straightening up my kitchen, turning the cans to the front and organizing everything.

We are very satisfied with the excellent work and good eye for cleanliness. I appreciate the extra effort to make this a great experience for us. I recently decided to have my house clean. I’ve been hesitant to do that, but let me tell you it was the best decision ever. The girls were on time. I left the house and came back in the afternoon, and I did not believe what I saw with my eyes. Satisfied with the gutter installation, however I wasn't advised during the sales consultation that if there was wood to be replaced that would be an additional charge to me. This was not mentioned during the signing of the contract agreement. Very disappointed to have to come approve additional cost during installation. The sales rep was great and apologized for not mentioning the possibility of the additional cost. However the sales rep sales manager was horrible. I would never do business with the sales manager ever again.

My salesman was Ross Bennett. He was very knowledgeable and professional when explaining in detail about the product. He demonstrated various types of screening products for me. I was most satisfied. I was told that the owner MUST be home on the day of installation. On the day of installation which was 10/2 the office called on canceled. The job was reschedule for 10/4 and that was canceled and reschedule for 10/5. I had to call Ross and speak with to him about the installation. He got right on the issue and my installation was finally completed on 10/8 to my satisfaction.

Our experience was great . Emmi Yates was absolutely amazing.

Dan was great. Very good with communication and did a good job.

Sales rep Kolby came by and gave an estimate. He was very detailed and explained everything and very personable. Job was done in a timely manner and i am glad I called Leaffilter to get this project done. No more flowers growing in the gutters!
