I literally was watching a show downstairs and by the 2nd commercial break Moe was cleaning the stairs (as in he was finished with the 2 upstairs bedrooms and hallway!) Fast, punctual, and personable and will definitely continue to get my money LOL

I reached out for last minute carpet cleaning for the next day. Not only did they come, but they did a phenomenal job! Will definitely use them again in the future!

My carpet still looks the same. This company you must have to stay in order for them to do the job right! When I return it looked the same. He is good with sales. Selling you what he want you to hear.

Paid for a deep cleaning for a moveout and nothing appears to have been done. Appliances, windows, countertops, light fixtures, hvac return, etc all covered in dust/dirt still, all of the obvious things to clean looked untouched and Im not sure anything was actually done. I assumed a deep clean should leave it looking better than a normal proffessional cleaning, especially for the price we paid, but im not sure the job was even performed even though I was told it was.

Tenants used this company, invoice#1115, on May 30,2022 for a "deep clean" of the entire inside of house, and a steam clean of carpets. Fans, walls, cubboards, behind fridge and stove, and ENTIRE UTILITY ROOM, WERE NOT CLEANED! Carpets had stains still, stair carpets were not brushed out at sides or in crevice of riser so all that dust and dirt made mud and the carpets look awful. Best part, windows were left open and it was pouring rain! You took advantage of Military Servicemembers, you did a $#@& job! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. AND THEY OWE THE CLIENTS A FULL REDUND.

Mr. Moe just did my carpets today and when I say he did my carpets I mean HE DID MY CARPETS! It looks like move in ready carpets from the condition they were in! My house smells Devine and I am huge on smells! It’s been just about an hour since he left and my 3 bedrooms and stairs are already almost dry before my boys come home. IF YOU WANT YOUR CARPETS CLEANED AND DEODORIZED BY A RESPECTFUL PROFESSIONAL WITH EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE CALL S&L! THANK YOU MOE!

Big shout out to Victor at Marmaids Cleaning Service! He saved my week long reservation I had on airbnb. My old cleaner forgot we had a same day arrival at my airbnb and then told me they couldnt make it. Thankfully I was recommended to marmaids by a local realtor and Victor was so helpful in making sure my same day arrival guest would have a spotless clean house. I'm very happy that everything turned out so great!

You would think I had a COVID-19 cleaning going on in my house. They cleaned everything and I mean everything. Top to bottom, corner to corner. I could have committed a murder in here and a forensic team wouldn't be able to find a trace. My house has never been this clean. They have a new customer for life. Great job ladies.

If I could give more than five stars, I would. A talented and enthusiastic group of professionals; these ladies left my home shining and polished. I daresay they left it cleaner than the day we moved in. I was stunned at the quality of their work. Exceptionally polite and dedicated, I look forward to having them back for regular service. By far the best birthday present my husband could have ever given me was coming home to an immaculate house. As a busy working mom, I never understood the term 'treat yourself!' but now I do! Phenomenal, professional, and enthusiastic, this crew was a force to be reckoned with against a well lived in home. ❤️

I love Janna Evans and Mermaids Cleaning. I always feel, after their cleaning, that my house is brand new. Everything is spotless. I have used them since they first started and 4 years later I am a happy customer!!!! 10 stars!!

I was a client for over a year and had minor complaints.  Owner was very slow or gave no response to messages, the teams were consistently late to cleaning (I had the first one of the day so not sure why) and the owner was aware but just joked about it as if it was no big deal, lights were often left on, floor mats were not replaced, etc.  I stayed with them as the price was reasonable and the job was done well enough. However, I realized a couple weeks ago all of my leftover hydrocodone pills from prior surgeries had gone missing within a short timeframe.  During that time frame, no friend, family member, or contractor entered our home other than Mermaids.  Someone had dug through two separate drawers behind a cabinet in my master bedroom, took out the small, easily concealed pills, and left the bottles to make it unlikely to be noticed leaving the house.  When I informed the owner of what happened, she interviewed her staff.  As would be expected nobody admitted to stealing anything.  I asked her if the cleaners could all work on the same floor from now on to keep an eye on each other, but she said they would chit chat too much and would not make that change.  Since it was not confirmed who did it, I told her I could not have the same crew back in my home, but would be open to a totally different crew to come.  She told me she would look into it and get back to me.  I asked her again several more times over the course of two weeks, and she kept saying she would get back to me.  Of course she never did, and chose to ghost me with no response instead.  Probably the least professional thing she could do, as a simple "sorry that's not possible" would have been appreciated. Honestly she was barely apologetic about any of it and gave me attitude when I called her out on her poor communication with me.  When I realized she had no interest in providing basic customer service, it only took 3 calls to find a new reputable service to come out for the same price.  I cannot in good conscience recommend Mermaids to anyone.

As a short-term rental manager with several properties, I have at numerous times needed last-minute turnovers and cleans, all of which Jana, Erin, and their team have been able to quickly adjust for and get done. Their responsiveness makes them stand out, and their punctuality makes them the best. Without a doubt the best cleaning company I have used thus far (and I've been through plenty!) and would certainly recommend to any other rental manager or home owner.
