Stacy Watson was a very great sales person. Our personality is beautiful and she gets right to the point about everything. She speaks very clear.

This is a Quality gutter system & Emmi was such an informed salesperson & did a beautiful job displaying the product and explaining the company’s policies. I’d say the gutters sell themselves, but it doesn’t hurt when you have an informed sales person.

Mr. Craig Cotton was awesome. He thoroughly explained the product and the service to be provided. He is an excellent representative of his organization and made me feel confident in my decision to proceed with Leaf Filter.

Kevin and Ed did a wonderful job. We were very satisfied with their work amen for such good guys. The Norfolk crew were very professional.

The job was started on a very rainy day. Several areas were not done very well, perhaps affected by the miserable day. I was asked for full payment in spite of the fact that the caulking of the joints was not done until several days later. When the tech came to finish the job, he redid one gutter and did his best to repair two roof corners that were damaged when the old gutters were removed. The tech seemed to be the only person of the four that I interacted with that agreed with me that the job was not done right and I had legitimate concerns. I subsequently found damage to my siding. Customer service folks eventually (and COURTEOUSLY) took care of the situation. Hopefully they appreciated the honest and courteous feedback that I provided, and will make changes for the next customer.

Leaf Filter’s salesperson, Stacey Watson, came out to offer me a demo and quote for their product. She did an excellent job demonstrating the many benefits of the product. Unfortunately, the product price didn’t align with our household budget.

We ultimately decided to go in a different direction, but our experience with our rep was excellent from start to finish. They were knowledgeable, responsive, and never pushy—taking the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly and honestly. Even though we didn’t move forward with the product, we truly appreciated the professionalism and great customer service. I would absolutely recommend reaching out to them if you’re considering your options.

James did an amazing job of explaining everything to us! No question went unanswered and he was personable and attentive and took time to walk us through the process. We can’t wait to have our gutters and filters installed!

I was so impressed with Leaf filter, from the initial consultation visit to the installation and follow up care, everything went great. Isaac Mayo was a very courteous, informative, and knowledgeable representative for LeafFilter. My large cottage in Nags Head, North Carolina, had a gutter down spout blow down in a recent storm. I signed up at Lowes to have a representative come out for an estimate in replacing the downspout. Mr. Mayo was so helpful in explaining the LeafFilter system that I was absolutely sure that I should invest in a new gutter system. He answered every question that I had. I am excited to have it installed. My cottage in Nags Head will be able to deal with the high winds and rain that my soundside cottage has to fight in storms and hurricanes. Thanks you Mr. Mayo.

Had a great experience with LeafFilter Gutter Protection from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, professional, and well-organized. Dan Shephard did an excellent job with the installation — you can tell he takes pride in his work and pays attention to detail. If you’re looking for a reliable gutter protection company or gutter guard installation, I’d definitely recommend LeafFilter.

I have LeafFilter gutters and gutter protection installed on two properties. It's a decent solution for an age-old problem but has a major flaw you should consider before purchasing. To keep the fast-running water coming down a valley a splash guard is used to keep the water from spilling over the gutter protection. It seems like a smart thing to do but in some situations it isn’t. This only seems to be a problem on inside corners. I have three. The material leaf Filter is supposed to keep out of your gutters gets trapped behind the splash guard. Over time, as the debris pile grows, water starts to flow around both sides of the splash guard spilling onto the ground. The other day I called LeafFilter. I was told that other customers have the same problem. When I asked to have someone come to look at the problem I was told that it would cost 90 or 95 dollars. The problem is all mine. I thought it was funny when the operator suggested I climb up a ladder to clean out the debris a couple times a year. The LeafFilter commercials tell us we won’t have to climb ladders anymore. I hope I’ve made it clear you probably shouldn’t get rid of your ladders if you have inside corners. I’m 73 years old and I try to avoid climbing ladders. That’s why I made the purchase. I guess this product would work if you lived in a vegetation free environment, like a desert. LeafFilter must not have an R&D department. They know they have a problem but seem content to pass the problem onto their customers. I have lots of trees, so it really sucks. I’m in the process of replacing my roof shingles. I’ve shown each of the contractors the problem I’m having with LeafFilter splash guards trapping debris. They all warned me about the moisture in the wet trapped material eventually finding its way up under the new shingles. They suggested I remove the splash guards. Allowing the water to spill over the gutter would be better than trapping the water. I’ve attached some visuals to illustrate the problem. The crap in the red two gallon bucket came from behind one splash guard. I hope this helps you make the right decision for your situation.

Isaac Mayo has impeccable customer service!!! He demonstrated A-1 knowledge of the Leif Filter System as he took his time explaining it. A "Top notch human being" who was kind and respectful and who still believes the customer should always come first!! He addressed all discounts and plans prior to the installation. My gutter had come apart from the house and took the rotting boards with it. I got a call back to schedule an appointment to measure the same day and in less than a week my gutters are perfectly new again! Can't even tell they're there. So far our experience has been a really good one! My wife and I went to Lowe's and a representative from Leaf Filter was on site with a demonstration. She provided us with great information and my wife called Leaf Filter before we left the Lowes parking lot. They were able to provide us with a same day free quote for our gutters. Kolby Arnadt came to our home and did a phenomenal job explaining how Leaf Filter is different and what makes them great. He had a great presentation and provided examples of what makes their gutter guard different from any other. Thank you Kolby for everything and we can't wait to get our new gutters!

The Leaf Filter crew was professional and very focused in putting up our new gutters and guards. They worked straight through from the time they arrived and did a great job. They were very careful around the landscaping and did a thorough job in cleaning up.
