The ladies were warm, kind, and professional. I’ve always been nervous about having someone come and clean because I feel like I don’t want to be in the way or feel judged and I can say with confidence that they made me feel comfortable. They did a fantastic job and my apartment feels much better now that I’ve had a reset. I can’t recommend them enough.

Today, Tressie and Zion cleaned my housed. For the first time since Shea got promoted, my house is sparkling again! Thanks to both of them they did an outstanding job, very pleasant and professional. Again excellent job and I hope they return next month!

Team 8, Shea, Rosie, and Lana did a superb job! Would like to continue to have Team 8 clean for me. Shea is an excellent leader and manager. This was their first time cleaning our home and they were extremely thorough and left the house remarkably clean. It looks beautiful, immaculate, refreshing, and clean. I started last December with team 10 but switched to team 8 after they covered for team 10 after two months. I was extremely pleased with the difference in service that I requested the change with the office. The staff was helpful and very professional. I have been remiss in providing a review however I will remedy this moving forward. Shea is the team 8 leader. She is outstanding and her team is awesome. They are professional and friendly. My bathrooms and kitchen are spotless after each visit. The entire house is dust free and sanitized. I recommend Molly Maid to my friends and associates. Team 8 deserves 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ after each visit.

Who doesn't like coming home to a clean house? After years of doing it myself, I finally splurged on a cleaning service when I moved to a new place last Spring. I first reached out to Molly Maid after seeing their conspicuous cars around a few neighborhoods. I spoke with Diana who told me what all is included in each visit, and they do more than you might think.

Every other week, I welcome Kim and others from Team 12 who vacuum, dust, wipe down baseboards, take out the trash, make the beds, in addition to making sure everything in the kitchen and bathroom are spotless. In anticipation of their very first visit, there were a few "easy to miss" spots that I was curious to check when I got home. They got every one! From then on, I was hooked.

While I can't speak for everyone's unique situation, I will say that for me the price is reasonable and absolutely worth the service. Every time I come home after a cleaning, I am so grateful.

Whether you have limited time or limited mobility, need someone to tackle a big project or a regular cleaning service, I recommend this Molly Maid location to you without reservation. Additionally, they have connections to other home service providers, which I utilized when it was time to replace my air conditioner. I felt confident to explore more services based on the trust that had been earned in my experience with Molly Maid.

Team 6, Brittany and Tracey were awesome! They arrived right in the middle of the arrival window. We walked the house while Brittany attentively listened to what I wanted to accomplish . They are both so friendly and talk about cleaning fanatics! I can't do my own cleaning anymore. My home had gotten completely out of control. I was overwhelmed. Team 6 gave me back my home. I hope I can get Team 6 next time. Cause yeah, I'm going monthly! THANK YOU MOLLY MAID!!!

Team 8 of KI and Tai did an outstanding job cleaning our house. They were as personable as they were professional. I highly recommend them!

I have tried several cleaning services since buying my home. Sadly, they all fell short until Molly Maids. They sent a team, they actually washed the floors rather than spit cleaned. They wiped down the kitchen cabinets I felt great when they were done!

I hired Molly Maids to do a move out clean. They did a great job. When I got settled in my new house I hired the same girls and they did a move in clean. Now I have the Dream Team #5 every other week. I look forward to seeing my pink angels come. They are sweet, friendly, helpful, they go above and beyond. I'm fighting some tough health issues and theses girls do not hesitate to help me. Amazing company and my 2 girls are an asset to the company.

Firstly, Abba and Z were very pleasant and seemed genuinely happy to be cleaning for me. They quickly and efficiently cleaned my home and did a very good job. They brought everything they needed and I was able to go about my business until they were done. Abba and Z make a great team and I look forward to continuing their service and would happily recommend them.

Ladies were very friendly and courteous. They seemed to work well together but I should have checked behind them before they left. My bathroom was not up to my expectations. Bathtub felt like soap residue was left behind. I have a walk in tub and when I opened the door I could tell the grooves in the door hadn't been cleaned at all. The rim inside the toilet underneath was dirty. I took some toilet paper and rubbed rim and it came back dirty! They cleaned the glass front and back doors as well as the ceiling fans well. The surface of my refrigerator at the bottom was streaky. The service did not meet the high price of first clean. Sorry, I will not continue their services.

The two ladies who cleaned my house did an outstanding job! I was extremely pleased and impressed. I don’t know what they used to clean my kitchen appliances, but they looked better after they cleaned them than when I purchased them.

To lazy to show up to appointment. Some people work during the day and must take time off work. I'm still waiting for a phone call...not really. I dodged a bullet. I have 5 properties at 3500 sf that need cleaning, but this was a very small project as a test. To bad, and my clients tip very well.

I receive a weekly cleanings from Molly Maid and they do amazing. When I have a special request for that week, they do their best to accommodate my needs. I definitely recommend their home cleaning services!

This was our first cleaning with Molly Maid and April, Jasmine and Mya did a fantastic job. We used The Cleaning Authority for over 10 years and after 2 canceled cleanings without notifying us, we switched to Molly Maid.
