I was WOW’d!! Efficient, quiet, exceptional cleaning skills. I was so overwhelmed with the difference in my home and appreciated the kindness and flexabilty of all three ladies. I am sticking with Molly Maid.

The cleaning team are friendly and do a great job. They’ve keyed in on the main concerns I have - our 2 dogs shed and trek in dirt and leaves! I appreciate the hard work they do. The office folks are also very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Very pleased.

I have recommended Molly Maid to many of my work colleagues and friends. I have shared the offers for referrals, when I get them. Their expertise, detailed, and systematic cleaning of my home is why I have been a customer for at least two years. I honestly can't remember when I have not had the service, since I moved to Chesapeake. The staff, both the team that cleans my home and in the office, are professional and friendly. They are the best group of folks to work with and worth the cost.

I've used Molly Maid for the last 4 years and have found the service to be exceptional. Anna and Sandra are my current regular team and clean my home as if it were their own. I work out of my home office, so I see the team each time they clean, and they always are polite and friendly. They always ask if there are any special notes or if any area needs extra attention. I couldn't be happier with the results each week.

I find the pricing to be very fair, and have never had an issue with billing or payment. I've called the office several times to reschedule cleans for various reasons and have always been impressed by the customer service of the team in the main office.

Wow, what can I say… they did a great job. A friendly team who went above and beyond. They helped us get out home ready to sell with a thorough cleaning from top to bottom. I would highly recommend this team to anybody in the 757 area! 5 Stars!

They were well organized and efficient with a plan of attack that they began after they met us and got a feel for our needs. They were very nice and we look forward to their return. The initial cleaning price was a bit steep

Service provided by Team 12. They arrive on time and always clean to my standard. They are serious about what they are doing by focusing on the task at hand. They do not take breaks or conduct telephone calls while on duty. I always look forward to their arrival because I know when the job is completed my bathrooms will be cleaned to the 10th Power. I have no regrets with the service they provide. They are the best!!!

I have been a customer of Molly Maid for numerous years. The employees in the office are kind and more than accommodating with changes in my schedule. Here's the challenge for me and any team that cleans my home. "Dog Hair." As much as I try to stay on top of it, it still ends up everywhere. The teams at Molly Maid are always so understanding. My dog is shedding a lot this time of year. Two days ago Molly Maid was at my home cleaning and when I returned home I was absolutely amazed at how spotless, dust-free and "hairless" everything was. Molly Maid are life savers for me and my large dogs. Save yourself the headaches like I did and hire Molly Maid. Your mind and body will love you for it.

We have been with Molly maid for 15 years. We have also had one person who has been with us for 11 years. We have recently had a change in our crew. Well, they are still great. Ashely came by herself this week and she did an excellent job. The office staff is great as well. I purchased the same vacuum cleaners as they use. It work well on my off weeks. We have never been disappointed.

We had Team 6 and they arrived in a timely fashion. We went over the house briefly, and then they got started.
